I have not tasted a flavor that was not amazing, and the cakes are always moist. It's was a friends birthday so I got her cake wrapped. The employee was very nice asked my ribbon and flower color. They are always very kind and patient with you. I almost always get the red velvet but will ask about flavor suggestions and try them now and again. The decore is cute, no sitting options but the have cute mugs and tumblers that you can get to go with the cake as a gift or something for yourself. The keep the store clean but there is a little clutter behind the counter because it's a small space. Really solid cake. Not sure the Bundt format is my personal fav, but if I am ever interested in it this is 100% the go to place for it!

This location has awful service. I have ordered from them 3 times and all 3 times my order was not ready when I arrived. I even gave them a 30-60 minute window from when I said I would be there. This last time when I asked if my order was ready the lady behind the counter said "well is should be." I waited another 20 minutes and then they gave me an incorrect order. The man who 'helped' me wasn't very kind and was annoyed that I was there. He laughed at me when I asked about candles and even though I bought 4 bundtlettes he made me feel like I was an inconvenience. His attitude completely changed when the next group of customers came in and greeted them kindly. Very weird experience. I was kind to him the whole time and said thank you and left, but he was not a kind person to me at all. This place is amazing! If you have never had one of their cakes, it is a DEFINITE must try! All of their flavors are so delicious and they also have miniature cakes for purchase as well. This is great when you want to buy/give them to friends or keep them all for yourself! Haha! This is a staple in my family, as a dozen little bundts are bought for the attendees of the birthday get together, and then the Birthday Girl/Boy gets one of the Bundtlets for themselves! They have all different sizes -- tiny little ones that come by the dozen, an individual serving size that you can get one or more to stack up, and even a larger-regular sized one. They have lots of little flags and decorations fit for any occasion! This location is always great. Friendly staff. Always clean. Quick service. Never a bad experience the dozen plus times I've been here. Did you forget a card to go with your bundt or need a cute little gift to go with it?! No problem, they have you covered. So many cute nic nacs for everyday, birthdays and weddings available around the little store front. Take a little browse while you wait for your order! I love Nothing Bundt Cakes! I first learned about NBC when they were in Huntersville, the first one in the Charlotte area - probably 6 years ago! The Fort Mill, SC location is the one that I actually visit the most because it is closest to me, however, I visited this location earlier this week. If you are not familiar with NBC - they sell moist bundt cakes in different sizes with cream cheese icing! They have the same flavors at each shop with a rotating monthly flavor. My favorites are the red velvet, chocolate chocolate chip and lemon. Monthly favorites include turtle, blueberry, strawberries and cream, pineapple upside down, and peppermint. My favorite flavor offered is the peppermint chocolate chip. Unfortunately that is only offered in December (that's if they keep it in rotation, they change their monthly flavors often and never bring some back, for example it used to be awful gingerbread in December). At any rate, I was working on 12/31 and I knew with my running around I was probably not going to make it to the Fort Mill location before they closed. I called this location, was put on a brief hold before I got to ask to see if they still had any peppermint bundlets left. The locations sometimes sell out of monthly flavors early. I also enquired about their closing time since it was New Years Eve. I work uptown and it was a quick commute to this location during my lunch break to visit this NBC location. The only con with this location - the parking lot was packed and there aren't really many spots up front. I was lucky enough to snag the last spot for the time being. I was able to walk in and get two peppermint bundlets and one red velvet bundlet - which were all fantastic! Customer service on the phone and in the store was good. I would say they didn't do their usual greeting coming into the store as it was busy, a customer leaving as I was coming in, and a couple more coming in right after. No issue without that, but just sometimes the welcome and friendliness can change with how busy the store is - I notice this at multiple locations, not just this one. The only inconsistency that I notice from store to store and even from bundlet to bundlet in the same store is the amount of icing. Sometimes the icing is plump down the side and then sometimes it falls flat - I always say the more the better! Stop being stingy sometimes! Always a moist cake though! read more

They get you in and out quickly so you can enjoy your delicious treat. I usually pre order my cake online so it's ready for pick up when I arrive. I did have one issue with this location. I ordered their snickerdoodle cake for a birthday but was given the vanilla cake instead. I didn't realize their error until I had driven all the way back home. I called the bakery and they apologized and asked me if I could come back in. It was a 30 minute ride back to the store but they upgraded my cake to a larger size and gave me a 12 pack of bundtinis for the inconvenience. I was happy with how they handled their mistake. Also I was directed to the samples that they have as well to make my decision easier. These are easily the most moist cakes I've ever tasted. And I am very picky when it comes to red velvet cake because it could easily be too much flour or too much chocolate added. These were perfect. The icing is amazing. I would suggest the red velvet for sure and believe it or not the marble is great too. After I placed my order I was given a punchcard for rewards, and I was also able to sign up for an email club that will give you a free cake on your birthday month.
