I recently placed an online order for a dozen bundtinis and I planned to pick them up around 1pm on Labor Day. I didn't realize they closed early at 3pm and got there at 3:15pm.....BUMMER! Well, I called the next day and spoke with the store owner/manager, Cheve. She was exceptionally kind and said she was sorry I was unable to pick up my bundt cake order but, she could offer a store credit or refund, whichever I decided, PLUS she'll even throw in a complimentary bundtlet on my next order for my trouble!!! Unbelievable! I couldn't believe the customer service. She went above and beyond for me. I will definitely be coming back again and again and again........you get the idea. These cakes are incredible! There are so many different kinds to choose from! A little pricey, but they are so good. We usually get the small cakes...bundtlets. The white chocolate raspberry is excellent! They have buy one get one specials occasionally that are awesome. read more

I'm sad to say as a frequent customer I'm writing a 1 star review based on service. I don't doubt or question the quality and flavor of the cakes...I've bought plenty to appreciate them regardless of the steep price. I ordered in person a decorated 10 in cake $60++ I pointed to a display cake and said I want the drizzle like that but just a little lighter, the employee said ok. Upon picking up the cake I was surprised that it wasn't what I expected. No worries I thought, this is a bakery after all, and I just paid over $60 surely it can be corrected/extra added. A guy comes out to lecture and tell me I was wrong, they were right with no intention to resolve to a positive solution or out come to a " loyal customer". It's a shame that's how this "manager" behaved..if it wasn't to be served for my sons' birthday I would've demanded a refund. I came in to buy a cake for a teacher. I was greeted kindly right when I entered the shop. One worker let me know there were samples to try. That day is was the lemon cake. It was SO good! I told the workers that I was there to by a cake for a teacher who likes chocolate. They both took the time to show me the different flavors and also the different sizes and prices for each item. One worker also asked if I'd like to pay to have it specifically wrapped and add a candle (since it was for a birthday). I did, and it turned out really nice. Now I understand it's Mother's Day weekend - but this location should have been prepared or just stopped orders from coming in. I placed my order over the phone a week ago to be picked up at 5pm. I get there and the line is super long on both ends with no direction on which line to wait in. So I asked one of the other customers what the protocol was and they said there wasn't one. They stated "find a worker to get your name to get your order." Seems easy enough right? WRONG! I found a worker who was nice and got my name and order on her list. I asked her how long the wait would be and she said about 10-30 minutes. In my head I'm thinking that's ok because there's a lot of people. So I wait...10 minutes past and one of the staff members came out and stated to everyone it would be about an HOUR wait! Apparently there are only 4 staff members and over 500 orders. WOW..why would you take so many orders if you know you are going to be short staffed?!?! But I'm not worried because I already checked in right? WRONG AGAIN! 30 minutes pass and I ask another worker to check on my order and she said she would. Keep in mind by this time there are people coming in after me and picking up their order and leaving! Where is the structure?!?! 30 turns into an hour and an hour turns into 2. I figure shoot I've waited this long and it is for my mom so what can I do right? Then I noticed a trend...if you go inside...the workers will look up the order and 10 minutes later you are done...I could not believe my eyes when I saw this so I thought I would give it a try. Sure enough...after waiting 2 hours...I went inside and was given what I ordered a week ago and waited 2 hours for...in less than 10 minutes!!!! NEVER AGAIN! So excited that we have a location in Corona. To me nothing is worse than when someone brings a dry and boring dessert from the grocery store to a party. If you don't have time to make something at home (or even if you do lol), you simply cannot go wrong with these cakes. They are absolutely delicious. Super moist and flavorful. Upgrade your cake! You and your guests are worth it. I don't write many reviews, but I just had to say something about this place. I went in and realized that I had forgotten my wallet. I asked if they had Apple Pay just in case. The manager said they didn't but proceeded to give me two of the bundtlets free of charge. Where to start where to start. If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. The wait was insanely long, however that's not the issue. It's Mother's Day weekend so I understand that many people want cake. The issue is that the cake that we PREORDERED OVER A WEEK AGO was not finished remotely close to the time that it was scheduled to be picked up. The owner just needs to have some sort of cut off I mean seriously. Many of us customers in line were saying we would NOT come back to this location. The only reason we waited was because we paid in advance. To make it worse, the employees looked like they had no idea what they were doing. My family comes here often (even other holidays that are busy) and normally the staff still maintains a bubbly attitude! I don't know what happened but the community misses the old nothing Bundt cakes. AND the cake that we finally got after hours of waiting looked awful. These are expensive cakes so you better make them look nice at least. It was the worst I have ever seen these cakes look. Not worth my money. If I knew it was going to look like this then I would have bought a box cake mix and decorated it myself. If it looked ugly, at least I know I only paid $2 for it and not $45!!! Because of this experience, my family will not be coming back to this location. I'd rather drive to Chino instead of deal with the chaos this place emits. I've been to different locations and this by far has to be my favorite because of the front staff. It's such a family environment, and they treat me with such warmth and respect. Checked out this place on the friday before Easter. Today's samples were lemon bundt cakes. The lemon bundt cake samples were very, very, very moist. With that being said, I was excited to make my selections. Our bundt cake specialist, Jacob was amazing. His suggestions were taken into account and his patience with us was greatly appreciated. Not much parking, but usually spots are available. They have designated 'pick up' spots reserved. Prices are about what you would expect. I recommend the mini's. I came into the store to buy a cake for my Mother's 95th Birthday. The store was clean & in order. Employees were friendly & attentive. They also followed CDC guidelines which I appreciated. I stop at this location from time to time on my way home from work. Today I stopped in to pick up treats for Valentine's Day. I purchased a good amount worth of goodies including a gift to be wrapped. I was very specific about the type of teddy bear that I wanted in my husbands wrapped gift. The cashier said okay - and took the items to be wrapped. I paid, left and told the young man at the counter that I was going next door to Smart and Final. When I came back they were closing so the staff handed me my items and I left. When I got home I looked at the gift which they pretty much trapped off of the shelf. Nothing was right.
