Came in 15 minutes before close, I asked if I could have a dozen bundtinis, they told me I couldn't do a custom box (comes with 4 flavors) because they we're about to close and could only do the default flavors. I order a dozen bundtinis for my employees weekly, and even more in my personal life. I have ordered literally thousands of dollars of product from this place for weddings, work events, etc. I guess I'm more disappointed for the owner that your employees would turn away an order when there was nothing else going on in the store. I guess I'll stick to the chino location where they actually care about making money read more

They are ok. Nothing really special and their customer service needs some tweaking. I bought 3 of the second smallest sizes and I could probably buy a better tasting grocery store cake. The carrot cake is bland and the confetti is boring. I have yet to try the red velvet that I bought. read more

Went in on a whim and I'm so glad I did. I don't usually buy chocolate cakes because I like to try new flavors, and also because sometimes bakery chocolate tastes artificial. The salesperson, Jacob, was friendly and welcoming. I sampled the "chocolate, chocolate chip" and it was awesome! Went in and got a cake for my moms birthday. Nothing special about the customer service here. Got an 8 cake and they didn't even bother to put a bow in the middle so it looked sad in the box. I should have just gone to the location in chino hills. They are always cheerful there and they do a great job! My mom also said this cake didn't taste as good as the chino hills ones. First let me start by saying this review has nothing to do with the cakes or the quality...everything is always yummy. Here's why I'm giving one star, I ordered my son's birthday cake last week for a Monday pick up at 10:30am. When I placed this order online, the operating hours allowed me to order for this pick up time, nothing on the website stated they did not open until 12pm. Now I understand there is a lot going on with the current Covid situation, but if you were going to change your hours, you should've notified customers who had placed their orders for an early pick up time that it would be a bit later than expected....but here's where it takes an even worse turn. So after going there at 10:45am to a closed building, I return at 12:20pm, and call in for curbside pick up. I am told it will be about 5 minutes. I watch as customer after customer leave with their orders yet I'm still waiting for mine...after about 25 minutes I go inside to question where my order is? It wasn't even made yet...they tell me it'll be about another 10 minutes so they can make it real quick...20 minutes pass by and the gal brings me a cake that is not even mine, I tell her this and she's like a deer in the headlights...I wind up taking the cake into my car, she walks back inside and the runs back out right as I am ready to leave...wants that cake back, and states she will bring me the right one. At this point I am so frustrated I don't even have words...another few minutes and she emerges with my cake finally, not the way I ordered it, but at least it was close...I remind her I also paid for candles, so she runs back inside for the candles and brings them out to me. I leave and get home with the cake for my son...and the card on the cake is for someone else...a 15 year old girl, and I have a 14 year old boy. Par for the course I guess....I have to say, after this experience I don't know If I will ever go back. If you can't fulfill a customers order placed online, don't allow for orders online then..and if you change your operating hours, why wouldn't you pull up orders and give customers a heads up...and if that cake was to be ready Monday morning at 10:30am, why was it not ready until after 1pm!!!! So many issues wrong here I can not even wrap my brain around it! We pay good money for quality products, maybe you should treat the customers like they matter, we give our business to you to stay afloat during these rough times, guess we don't matter... read more

I like to say first, I am glad and excited to see new bakery has open, even though its franchise/chain business. The quality of their cakes are excellent, superb flavor, and outstandly moist. Although the cakes do not have unique decorative style, but the taste is excellent. When walking in a bakery your old factory senses are waken, but not here. Needs some work, even though adjacent businesses like DD, MOD Pizza waken your senses. The three areas that could stand improvement: 1.) The display case is small, the challenge is people buy with their eyes; does not capture your attention. 2.) Their all cakes price point needs to be reconsidered and look into much closer considering, location, demographic of their customers, local competition and comparison shopping consumers that exist today. 3.) Capture that old factory wakening that are found in bakeries that you find. If these areas are improved then this business is going to be hard outdo. read more

I picked up one dozen bundtinis and had ordered toppers that I don't think they were even supposed to put on for me because it was just a kit that I ordered, but I received them with the toppers on already so that was a great surprise. Also I was giving the girl a hard time (not on purpose, I'm so sorry to that girl) It was a stressful graduation planning day and I was confused about the stamps on the stamp card but she remained nice and never responded rudely to me, which I appreciate. My rating is for the business hrs. I can't review on anything else because I have not been able step one foot in the door. This location business hours are limited in comparison to other locations. I wish this location would be consistent to other locations. A few times I wanted to get a treat after dinner on a weekday, but they're closed. Other locations close at 8pm. I'm so used to other locations hrs, that I visit often. That is why I get disappointed every time when I stop by this location. I forget about limited hrs. Since I always get disappointed on weekdays, I thought for sure I will not be disappointed today, being on a Sunday afternoon at 2pm. I was sure that I will finally make it in the door today. WRONG! They're closed on Sundays. Just my luck!!!! I understand that business hrs does not revolve around one person. But the frustration is the inconsistency for being a franchise. If I can get a bundt cake on a Sunday in one city, then I should be able to get the same in another city within the same franchise. People expect consistency and similarities if a business is a franchise. read more
