I was anxious to go to nothing Bundt cakes that I had heard so much about from my son and daughter-in-law. I was overwhelmed with the selection and wanted to try every single one. We ended up getting three different ones. The three we got were white chocolate raspberry, red velvet, and strawberries and cream. That way all three of us could taste all three flavors. We just got the little ones. While all three were good I still like the white chocolate raspberry with cream cheese frosting the best. Service was very good and helpful. 7/18/25 went to nothing bundt cake about 3p.m. was going to buy a small bundle cake al I had was a 100.00 bill I told the attendant that was all I had she said she didn't have any change what type of owner doesn't supply change to your employees when you know people come in and out a the time buying your products and you either tell them not to make change for anything larger than a 20 dollar bill I think that is either very irresponsible or just plain lazy we all don't use a debit card some of us pay cash..bad customer service no days business owners don't care ...in any event we will not be going back ...and i got an answer on my review the same day that tell me the owners not even reading the review now days every one has an automatic answer to your review what does that tell you about the owners bad business...that's a real shame that tells you they don't even have the time to readyour review read more

I'm giving it a 1-star for customer service reasons. I just placed an order that the employee said would be ready in 20 minutes i went in at 2:15 and over heard the employee telling the client ahead of me that it was happy hour and if she bought 2 she gets 1 free. I had ordered 2 so I was expecting to be asked what flavor I would like. She handed me the ordered and I asked about the promotion and she said since I had order 10 minutes before 2, it didn't apply. I explained that my pick up time was after two and she said sorry I can't give you a free one. So my complaint is more so that at 1:50 the person on the phone should've either said do you wanna call back in five minutes and you can get a free one? Or the employee that handed me my order should have had some common sense and done the right thing customer service wise and this review would not be being written. read more

Great customer service every time. The bundtlets are my favorite!! I was greeted and help by a kind and knowledgeable staff member!

I have no complaint about the cakes but the service yesterday was less than par. The cashier didn't seem to care about what she was doing. We entered asking about the daily special from 2-3 every day & said we wanted to order some bundlets. I said we want to buy 4 & get 2 free. (buy 2, get one free during happy hour) So she proceeds to ring it up & says that's $25. I told her that wasn't right, it should be $20. Her reply was that the register rang it under 1 order & proceeded to want $25. How is that my problem? I told her she needed to fix it & she put our order on the back table where we couldn't reach it. We'd given her the $25 already, why would we leave when she owed us $. That was just rude. She did get the manager who fixed it, we never got any apology or anything & had to stand there so we could get our money back. I left there so frustrated & insulted, I'll have to think about whether I want to go back again. I don't know if it was a training issue but it seemed like an apology was in order. read more

Laura Benavides was rude and literally walked away from the register after telling me she could not ring me up when I declined to give my phone number for a purchase. I wasn't placing an order for later pick up, there was no need for a phone number. Additionally when I asked her to box up half of the cakes she told me they don't have boxes. (As she stood in front of a wall of boxes.) When I pointed that out she said there's a charge. Nothing like a lie followed by the truth. Whatever happened to being nice? Or being honest? I don't care about paying for a box. I do care about being on an annoying sales list and about honest, nice people. The last time I checked businesses were in operation to provide a service in exchange for currency. Not this one, I suppose. Came in to get a birthday cake for a friends 50 th. Cake was $50 with some plates candles etc... Sounds pricey but their cakes are beyond delicious. Took only about 10 minutes for them to decorate our cake and we were on our way. If you need a special occasion cake that is out of the ordinary, you can't go wrong. I do love nothing bundt cakes, never have had an issue going into the store until today. As soon as I walked in I was approached by the lady yelling "Do you have a mask?!" which I said no she then yelled "we require them! here's our card we can help you over the phone!" Mind you if you "require" them you need to have them in store for people who do not.. which if they had one I would of put it on and ordered. I went to pick up my husband's BD cake on Friday May 13th. Before I walked in I received a phone call that the cake was ready. I told the employee I was about to walk in. She said ok "I'll bring it up front". I walked in where there was about 3 customers inside. Literally the second time I've had a horrible experience here. They have the cakes pre-made and still make you wait an hour. The employee smirked at me when I complained cause I'm from out of town and my boyfriend works overnight and we have to drive an hour. I paid $40 for a horrible experience. The cakes are amazing but nothing justifies the horrible customer service this place has. In order to get anything done in a timely manor you have to complain and it's so messed up. Also to sum up I order online waited outside and one lady looked at me through the window from inside and turned around and didn't acknowledge me at all. I advised I would be happy to comply but I had been vaccinated. He said it didn't matter and I had to wear a mask. Irritated but I respect what a business requires of customers. Okay so I doubted they had Gluten-Free bundt cakes you know like is hard for me to find but my friend went and found out they have gluten-free cakes and brought me home some chocolate chip ones and oooooooooooh my. These cakes taste like real cake which I have not had in over 5 years and wow are they amazing. Oh my tasty goodness! I stopped by a few weeks ago to pick up a treat for my mom's birthday. There were only going to be three of us at their house that weekend and she wouldn't be thrilled with a huge cake sitting around. I decided on two bundlets: the white chocolate raspberry and the marble. The employee who helped me stacked they on top of each other (in their plastic containers), wrapped the tower in plastic, attached ribbon, and added a birthday greeting. For $10 this was perfect. They held up just fine on their 3+ hour journey to my parents' house, and they were a hit! The white chocolate raspberry? It was DELICIOUS! The marble was also good, but nowhere near as good as the other. I had debated on getting the pecan praline or lemon (I've had that before, and it was so good!) instead of the marble, but I figured that it would be the safer, more basic route in combination with the white chocolate raspberry. The two ended up being the perfect amount for my the three of us to share. I have a feeling that I've turned my parents (or at least my mom) onto NBC and will be asked to bring them back again =) You can't really go wrong here. Prices are decent, especially considering how unique their product is, and the cakes are delicious. Granted, I've only been to this location once, but I had a very positive experience. The employee who helped me was very sweet and quick. I was in and out in maybe ten minutes. The store is nice and clean, though I could see it getting crowded very easily. That's just rude of them and so I went to the store and waited in the long line that was just about to reach out the door and come to find out the line us and others were waiting in was for pick up. This business is very UNORGANIZED/RUDE. I told them they need signs for pick up and new orders because we had to wait the entire time just to be told it was for pick up and to top it off she tells us to wait on the side to cut into the other line that just barely formed. I first heard of Nothing Bundt Cakes after they brought mini bundt cakes and coupons to my work. For my grandma's birthday I wanted to get her something special and different than the ordinary birthday cake, so I decided to get one from here. One of the employees recommended the White Chocolate Raspberry one and my entire family loved it! There were no leftovers! I wanted to get one for my mom's birthday also but it fell on a Sunday and that's the day they're closed. I was so sad but at least I had something to look forward to the next day!
