Not all NBC's are alike. This location is smaller than most. The Bundt cakes, Bundlettes and Bundtini are of the same quality you would expect. I think I had a fairly "new" employee who had to ask her co worker to answer some of the question I had. If you plan to travel with your purchase, be careful and be prepared that you have the proper carrying boxes. FYI, their carry container for travel holds 8 bundtlettes. Why not 6 or 12? Not sure... I think odd as they sell their products by single, by 1/2 a dozen, by a dozen..... Oh well. I think most important you get your fix on the bundt cake flavor my your choice.
