Honestly, I would give this place more than five stars if I could! I've been here three times now, and each visit has been a great experience. The last couple of times, the staff has been especially kind and welcoming. I feel terrible for not catching the name of the person at the front desk. They had vibrant pink hair (which made them easy to remember!) and were genuinely one of the sweetest, friendliest people I've ever encountered. Their kindness really stood out and made my visit even better. The cakes are always consistently delicious, so no complaints there. Put in an order. I guess the time slots mean nothing to them. They did not start making the order until I came in to pick it up. "We must have been busy today and didn't see it". Nothing is worse than people wasting your time. I am still sitting here waiting for 45 minutes so far, making me late for the birthday celebrations for a 8 year old. I picked up my favorite bundt cake, the lemon flavor, and a recommended flavor, the snicker-doodle bundt cake. Both were delicious and were very soft. The lemon offered that natural lemon flavor, and the snicker-doodle, well tasted like I was biting into a scrumptious snicker-doodle cookie. First of all, walking in right after enjoying a great morning at the movie theater watching Minecraft with my daughters the two girls made it so welcoming with there smiling faces and positive attitudes. I walked in right at 9 AM to be greeted by the sweetest cashier/cake decorator ever, Justice. She was so thoughtful and informative. She provided me some information about their rewards program and gave me a punchcard which I was never offered in the past. When I was about to leave, I expressed how I never ever get to eat the cakes I purchased because they are mostly gifts for people in my life and she asked for my favorite cake flavor and a second after I told her, a beautiful little white chocolate raspberry Bundt appeared in her hands for me . Not only are the cakes delicious but the customer service is amazing at this location! We had ordered a cake with the flower in the middle but when we got home we realized it was missing. We called and they said someone would be coming by to deliver the flower. Totally not what we expected to happen, we just wanted to see if the flower price could be credited to our card since we did not want to drive all the way back but they offered to deliver it and when they did they included a free bundtlet!
