Please save your money. If you're a fan of the franchise and have tried their cakes from other locations you're going to find yourself really disappointed here. Compared to other locations the sizes in this location are about half (or less) of the sizes in other locations and the sizes comparable to what's in the companies website and their pictures everywhere. The Bundtinies are tiny! Tiny tiny! Not at all like the pictures (stock images) uploaded by this franchise owner. The medium sized one is also smaller with the majority of the "bulk" being the frosting. Also the dimensional size of this is way smaller too! There is typically about 1/2 or 1/3 bigger space around than other locations. The prices are the same but the service is also a little less than par with others. The teens they often have here are busy texting or trying to look cute and the cakes are typically not available (compared to other locations) This location needs retraining and needs the owner to stop trying to screw customers over with a luxury item and reducing the quantities it should provide for an already pricey treat. Save your money and support other local cake shops who try to give you more or just don't get cakes from here! I came in to buy a dozen of their mini cakes and had to wait for 20 minutes while others came after me and bought 2, 3 or 4 and got served right away. Maybe next time I'll go in 4 times and order 3 at a time to get faster service. I think that it might be the weekend crew. read more

Absolutely love this cake shop!! The cakes are beautiful and delicious. The staff and manager Yomi are organized, professional, helpful and friendly. We go in a couple of times a month for Bundtinis and get the big cakes for special occasions. We went in to pick up the cakes we'd ordered for Mother's Day but the order wasn't there. We showed them our bank page that listed charges. Due to a mistake on our part we'd ordered the cake from the shop in Albuquerque. Yomi called them,got the money refunded and then filled our order from the right place! The staff went out of their way to correct our mistake and didn't make us feel like dummies. I must say I am truly disappointed in Nothing Bundts Cakes. Saturday I prepaid for bundts cakes with no icing. I was told when I picked up the cakes Sunday that one of the cakes was not available without icing. Needless to say I was not happy. I was told that the cakes are made daily and that I needed to prepay for cakes for the next day in order to get the ones I wanted. I did and still no satisfaction. My family purchases cakes from NBC very often but after today, we will not be going back. I won't get into the details of the subpar customer service and mistakes made by the employees bc I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt. Maybe they're new and training? Maybe the language barrier leaves room for extra error? All understandable, especially during these unprecedented times. What's not understandable nor acceptable is management making comments that can be extremely harmful and completely unnecessary. As I'm waiting for my order the manager, YAMI, says to me, "wow you are really slim, I've eaten chicken thicker than you.. make sure you eat all of that cake!". First of all, I didn't ask him for an opinion on my body. Second of all, remarks like that can be beyond detrimental for someone with body image/mental health issues. I preordered a 8" cake to be delivered for my boyfriend's birthday. I made an exhaustive research for cake delivery in El Paso since I live in Puerto Rico and don't have any personal reference from the cake quality and the service. After all the information, I decided to go for Nothing Bundt Cake because of all the awesome reviews about those qualities I was looking for the special occasion. I called to confirm the delivery was done and found that they tried to contact me to let me know that my delivery had some issues. They called the recipient and not my contact number so I wasn't expecting all the trouble. I need to say that I'm giving those four stars because of the miss understanding, they actually deserve more than 5. During the call, the manager explained to me and I was really mad and frustrated about not having a cake for him. BUT, then the magic happens... The manager told me that she will find a way to make it possible and she did. She sent Gabby, after the delivery personnel went out of shift just to make it possible. I was completely pleased with that amazing customer service that Gabby and the manager gave me (they rock). My boyfriend is really selective with food and he was amazed about the lemon cake flavor. Because of the reviews, I ordered it with the little drizzle frosting option because he's not a sweet tooth and it was perfect. After all, I definitely will continue being a customer for every occasion I'll need an spectacular cake (not about the overworked design but about flavor, texture and presentation). I usually am not a fan of cakes, but these bunt cakes are TO DIE FOR! The frosting is so creamy and compliments the cake flavors. I tried the carrot cake and the white chocolate raspberry mini bundt cakes. Both of them were really moist and fluffy. Also, the store is super cute!! I personally partook in the Chocolate Chocolate Chip flavor, which was simply heavenly--moist, flavorful, fluffy, and perfectly dotted with chips. Worst customer service. Picked up a cake for my daughter's birthday, and when we got to the party a guest noticed a bug on it. So embarrassing. Immediately called the store and they demanded a photo and that we leave my daughter's party, go back to the store to prove there was a bug on it. Questioned our integrity as they asked if bug had just gotten on there in transit. It was never unwrapped from the cellophane. Owner gave us a "credit" for our trouble. Then we were over charged for another cake so had to call owner again. We tried to use our remaining credit and it all of a sudden disappeared from their records. Bugs AND cheats? Lovely, whimsical bundt cake store. I was surprised that their manager is so warm and welcoming to every client that comes through the door (unlike a young lady who was questioning my bogo offer during my second visit). Their products are fresh tasting, flavourful and moist. I thought the cream cheese icing would be overpowering since it's piped on thick on top of their bundlets, but it is just sweet enough to complement the taste of the cake (so far I have tried their Cinnamon Swirl and Chocolate Chocolate chip bundlets; red velvet only as a sample). What a find, and it was pure serendipity! We were cruising through the shopping center, headed to Barnes & Noble, this time from the east instead of the west like we normally do. And there it was, in all its glory: a bakery with a pun in its name! My wife headed in to the bookstore, which is next door across an alley to the west, and I went to the bakery. They were giving out samples of their White Chocolate Raspberry, and it was good. So good, I fact, that I bought one. I don't know the name of the size, a Bundtiny or something, but it was a perfect-sized dessert for my wife and I the following night. Nicely moist, and though I don't normally like white chocolate, this time I did not mind. They also make smaller bite-sized and full-sized Bundt cakes in a variety of flavors, high probability that you'll find something to like. We shall definitely be returning to this wonderful little bakery in future trips when we return to El Paso. Oh, and that one dessert was less than $5, so less than you'd pay for dessert for two in most restaurants. read more

The location was difficult to find. After placing an order Kama I was told to wait for 20 minutes period after 20 minutes, I came back and it was told to wait for another 15 minutes. Apparently the salesperson cannot tell time. The manager or the owner should really hire more staff to accommodate the business.
