Nothing bundt delicious is what their name should be! The moment you walk in to the store you forget you're in a pretty worn down shopping center in the middle of the not-so-desirable Kendall area. The decor inside the store is not only cute but also welcoming, vibrant I say. When I walked in, the young cashier greeted me even though she was attending to a very long line of customers. This is always nice. She too was nice and kept a smile on her face the entire time I was in the store. I asked her what she recommended and she gladly suggested the red velvet (their number one seller) and the chocolate turtle (since my mom only likes chocolate-related cake). I paid for my two cakes and left. Btw, the prices are steep so please do not come here expecting to get $1 "cupcakes". The lowest price for a "single serving Bundtlet", which was what I got, was $3.99 each. (See Picture) After leaving NBC, I went to three different nearby stores and the cakes held up in the car. However, I wouldn't leave them in the heat for too long because the icing would probably melt. When I eventually got home, my mom and I tore into that bag with the quickness. The red velvet was delicious; taste was absolutely spot on. The chocolate turtle was good as well, but not AS GOOD as the RV. I'd probably skip the chocolate turtle next time and try another flavor. I'm a heavy eater and couldn't finish an entire one. I believe each one gives two servings per person. So I don't feel THAT BAD for paying $3.99 for one. It's like buying two cupcakes, in my opinion. I can't even understand how anyone could rate this place anything less than 5 stars!!! lol but I've noticed it's a common theme relating to the frosting being too sweet. I went in person to purchase the 10" cake and asked for confetti since it was the birthday of an out-of-town relative. Later that night when we cut into the cake it was raspberry and not vanilla confetti! Unfortunately the birthday boy did not like raspberry. It's not a flavor for everyone - you have to like it. I was embarrassed because the cake is for up to 20 people, so I ended up wasting a lot of the cake because not everyone likes raspberry white chocolate cake. I called after the debacle and they were closed so I left a voicemail. The next day, I called for a couple hours and nothing and they also never called me back. Just busy signal all day and the phone prompts leave you going in a circle trying to get through to someone. I ended up having to go out of my way back to the store. I asked for a manager and they weren't there but a supervisor was and I told her I was calling all morning and no one answers! She acknowledged that she knew what I was talking about because they were purposely not answering calls! What a way to lose business! This is the wrong step in customer service. They finally gave me my refund for their mistake. Also, this plaza is a $h*t show after chick-fil-a moved in and the traffic is even worse. Avoid this location. read more

A nice little shop in the little shopping next to Bed Bath & Beyond in Kendall. You walk in and quickly realize that this place is more for large orders and catering. You can't sit and eat there. There is a counter with a lot of their cakes on display. You can get large orders, individual orders or mini bundt cakes. They even had some for sample. That day, I sampled the White White Chocolate cake and it was delicious. I went ahead and got myself the Chocolate Chip cake and took it home for dessert. It was just as good. This is a super cute shop with very nice employees. I was offered a sample immediately when I entered the store. It was a piece of, I believe, chocolate choc chip. The cake was very moist but lacking in taste. I ordered a Lemon mini bundt. Now, this little cake was very moist and full of flavor. The frosting was nice, and you got a bit in every bite. They are reasonably priced as well. They have some really cute bundtlet towers for gift giving that are really cute. So if anyone is thinking of buying me a gift, remember that i love cake.
