I was picking a rental car at Enterprise and I saw a sign that said "cake" and me having an annoyingly ravenous sweet tooth had no choice but to go over and investigate. They had free samples. Lemon and chocolate, and I got the lemon flavored cake. I got the small personal size cake, and it was about $5 including tax. The cake is so moist (oops if you hate that word) and full of flavor. These cakes are so freaking good. They are my weakness for sure. I love the white chocolate raspberry and the chocolate chocolate chip. My little one loves the confetti cake and basically everything in the store. It's really a cute little place and they have some cute things for sale. This is a great place to grab dessert or if you need a last minute cake for any special occasion. They have small bundlets (larger than your average cupcake) that are great for 1-2 people and larger cakes also available. The bundlets are kept refrigerated in plastic containers and have always been extremely fresh and flavorful when I get them. This little cake shop also has an assortment of trinkets and gifts that are great whether you are looking for decoration inspiration for an upcoming event or picking up a quick gift. Great place to pick up a little something for a co-worker, hostess, housewarming, bridal, birthday or really any type of occasion. The best part about stopping in is that they normally always have one flavor of cake cut up for you to sample! I LOVE these cakes! They're to die for and well worth their prices. A small personal cake lasted me a few days because they are so rich and delicious. I will say I was so disappointed because we planned to eat our cakes at the park for a little picnic but when we asked for some sort of cutlery to eat with and they have NONE. I understand plastic cutlery is bad for the ocean and environment but please provide us at least with an alternative. I know they have biodegradable cutlery, and so many more options available. Why do they not have any? It was a pain in the butt to eat with my hands and give to my toddler. It was a mess and kinda gross to eat a cake with your hands. Never knew cake could be this good! I know people normally hate the word moist, but in a cake, it's necessary! And these cakes have never been anything less than perfectly moist and delicious. My favorite is probably the red velvet, but I've tried their regular yellow cake, strawberries and creme, White chocolate raspberry, lemon, and chocolate cakes and all are so good. I had the pecan praline and lemon bundt cake. I'm very particular about cake and icing. It was the right amount of icing and did not overpower the cake. The praline cake had a good amount of pecans in it. They both were delicious and I enjoyed the extra icing in the middle of them. They were only $4 each. Samples were on display. I pulled up at 6:17 p.m. and the store was closed and the owner/manager came out and asked if I needed something. I was visiting friend who just gave birth @ East Cooper. I got a dozen of "buntlets" for around $20 , cheap right?! I tried a sample while the gentleman ran me up. It was one of the best pieces of cake I have put in my mouth in years. You NEED to go! I was in Atlanta a couple of weeks ago having dinner with my mom and on the way out of the restaurant, we noticed a cupcakes shop next door. They were advertising their fall flavors; smores, some other one, and everyone's favorite, pumpkin spice. Being the Basic B that I am, I wanted a pumpkin spice cupcake. So we went in and got some pumpkin spice cupcakes and threw in a couple of other flavors for later. (Hang in here, this story has a point...I think). I ate the pumpkin spice cupcake that night and had a smores cupcake the next day. Both were so bad. The cake was so dry and nevermind the 6 inches of frosting on top. And all I could think of was how badly I wanted some cake from Nothing Bundt Cakes. This is what NBC has done to me, I literally compare every dessert I have now to their cakes. And 99% of the time I'd prefer to have NBC. They're so simple but executed so well. The cake is always incredibly moist and the frosting tastes great and it's the perfect amount to compliment the cake. I'm almost positive I've tried all their flavors and there's not one I haven't liked. I will say that the carrot cake doesn't really taste like carrot cake to me, but it still tastes good. My favorite flavors are marble, the white chocolate raspberry and the chocolate chocolate chip. And of course I got the pumpkin spice flavor that is their seasonal flavor right now, and it's amazing. What is not to love about Nothing Bundt Cakes. Super delicious cakes and great friendly service are always as a part of the experience. I really enjoy all the flavors with Cinnamon Swirl being my favorite. It is a cake that taste like a cinnamon bun so you get the best of both worlds. All of the cakes are super moist and the frosting adds perfectly to the taste of their cakes. I have been to several of their locations and they are always consistent with the cakes. I am never disappointed on any visit to Nothing Bundt Cakes. Add in the southern hospitality and the Mount Pleasant location by far has the best customer service. I signed up years ago for the emails and get the occasional deal emails which are always welcome. This location has a reusable bag you but with the bundtlets that for future visits get you 10% off. Tasty cakes at an ever better price - yes please! Also they seem to always have a free tasting of one of the flavors so it is a great way to try one you may not have enjoyed yet. My taste buds were screaming for joy! Received an assorted box of a dozen of these perfectly sized treats after a recent surgery and what a treat! Forget cards, flowers, or a box of chocolates and simply give me these 3 to 4 bite baked goods. A flavorful, moist bundt cake with the correct amount of icing so you can taste the baked goodness without having a mouthful of goopy sugared icing. Perfection! Whenever I drive through Mount Pleasant I must clutch the car's steering wheel tightly to prevent a daily turn off from Highway 17 onto the Bowman Road exit. It took my friend visiting from PA before I tried one of these cakes. She got the chocolate chocolate chip for us for dessert. The cake was fresh, just dense enough to still be light and the frosting was the best compliment to it. I have never been a fan of bundt cakes but all I can say is "best.cake.ever.". My granddaughter and I went to the shop to taste test the cakes. The staff on duty was patient and professional, even taking time to answer my granddaughters questions. I purchased a 2 layer cake for a baby shower. Both flavors ( lemon raspberry and red velvet) were moist and delicious. Yummy!! I got their selection of 12 bundtinis. It's all 10 flavors, plus duplicates of the red velvet and double chocolate. Of course I tasted every flavor. They were all delicious!! The cakes were all very moist, even a couple days later, and the frosting was a yummy buttercream. They are also the perfect size - not as big as a monster cupcake, but plenty satisfying.
