I bought 1 dozen assorted Bundtinis for my wife's birthday last Tuesday at the Pensacola Florida store. Small quiet store, fast service. Her favorite flavors and a few of mine. They all looked delicious and I couldn't wait to give them to my wife on her birthday. After the initial presentation, we jumped right in to grab our favorite choices. Now this was our 1st purchase at a Florida Nothing Bundt Cake after moving from Texas. My wife enjoyed all her flavors without a complaint. But, my only complaint was that my flavors were all undercooked on the bottom and some through the middle. I'm not a fan of raw batter or cookie dough, so this was a big turn off for me. My wife had no complaints with her choices but she likes cookie dough and batter. Just thought this should be addressed. read more

I have always loved nothing bundt cakes but today I'm not pleased at all. I ordered my cakes 2 days ago and arranged for a friend to pick them up for me. I'm not sure what happened all I know is she wasn't given my order. So I drove from Navarre to get the correct order but when I got there JORDAN C felt the need to roll her eyes multiple times and act like it was a burden to do her job. I very well could have stormed in and made a scene that my order was messed up, but I came in quietly and calmly with a baby on my hip just trying to get my order. And mind you I had 2 large cakes, a dozen cupcakes and 4 bundlets. Pretty big order ($100+) to receive such poor customer service. So JORDAN next time fix your face or at least do it where the customers can't see. If y'all expect to be treated with patience and respect especially the day before thanksgiving then you need to do so first. Placed an order for 15 mini cakes 3 days before I needed to pick them up. Went to the store 10 minutes after my pickup time and they still didn't have them ready. I was standing in the store for 10-15 minutes waiting for them to frost and put together an order that should've been ready when I arrived. I understand that 15 can be a lot and if they hadn't been picked up in my time window then I understand the order being put away for other uses, but if this order was placed this order 3 days prior I feel that it should've been completed before my pickup time, which it was not. read more

So, I heard nothing but grave reviews about Bundt cakes, so I had to try them. I was staying in orange beach, so i called the pensacola store to order one for pickup. It was my birthday so i wanted to go all out and get this cake. I called, ordered over the phone, and they had it ready in about 30-45 minutes. I got the 10" vanilla flavor, and it was freshly made. While i was there, i picked up a variety pack of bundtlets. Everything was great! I think the red velvet and raspberry white chocolate (bundtlets) was my favorites. Absolutely stunned that I went to this highly referred business to buy several gifts for associates and was told that I could not get several of the small cakes placed into a box. They could only be bought in paper bags. When I stated that I wanted several boxes with 4-6 small cakes each, I was informed that they still could not be boxed. Manager pulled the employee working the register in the middle of helping a costumer to go to something else. Manager then comes out, without a mask, and the customer had to redo her entire order. This is probably my favorite cake shop in town! The bundt cakes are so fresh, delicious, and moist. I did not buy anything my first time visiting this shop, but my sister bought their original dozen bundtinis (4 flavors). I was able to try 2 of the flavors and fell in love with the texture and balance distribution of cake to cream cheese frosting. My second visit was on my birthday and I had originally wanted one of the bundt cake, but I changed my mind and got the assorted dozen bundtinis (I picked all 9 flavors and the featured flavor of Peppermint Chocolate Chip). I also wanted one bundtlet (White Chocolate Raspberry). Before checkout, I noticed they had a sign-up form for one free bundtlet on your birthday, which they would email the coupon. I was super excited about it, yet a bit sad because it was my birthday that day, meaning the company would probably not send me a birthday email until my next one. Luckily, my husband asked if I could get the free bundtlet that day and the manager verified my birthday via licence and I got my bundtlet for no charge! After paying for the bundtinis, the receipt has a survey code which offers buy one bundtlet get one free on my next trip. I was able to share my bundtlet with my husband, my sister, her husband, and his cousins which they enjoyed very much. I've seen this franchise traveling around the country for a few years now, always have been intrigued and Pensacola had the fate of being the first place I took the dive and tried it! I was SO impressed, these cakes exceeded expectations. I usually go in to restaurants with a plan of action, so my husband and I were set on getting the white raspberry and praline however our plan was thwarted. Not because they were out of the flavors, but because of the luxuriant samples. The *lemon bundt cake* is just out of this world insanely delicious. It wasn't even on my radar whatsoever, so good on them for putting out the sample. There was also a peanut butter sample that my husband said was great - though I didn't try it (not the biggest peanut butter fan). I can't believe how moist these cakes are, exuding a zesty lemon flavor. The icing is sweet (not cloyingly so) and is just thick enough - I wish there was more of it, but I have a big sweet tooth. Really there is enough. Also got the double chocolate, which was good, but I would have like a few more chocolate chips in there and the lemon was superior still in my opinion. The cake and the icing compliment one another and makes for a really delicious cake. I first heard about it when they brought a few dozen minis to my baby shower, and then I went in one day and the owner overheard it was my birthday and he was so eager to get me a free birthday bundt cake! I called in for pick up yet didn't start making my order until I get there they assured me they will prepare it with the message I asked. They even spelled the name wrong.  What really annoys me is how they handled the situation when I'm asking for a box just so it's easier to carry the cake specially it is raining. But the (black) worker she has been on the phone for like more than 20mins chatting to the so-called customer ordering but she was just talking w someone she knew. She is asking what he/she are! And really.. explaining about the bundt cakes for so long,punch in the register and cancel.. then she would ask, "what did you eat today? " just not professional. And it seems like I am interrupting her conversation with someone on the phone. Then Savanna came out,I asked if I could have the brown box instead but she gave me the look and say, No! I can't give you that, got stuff on it!
