Went in today to purchase a dozen cupcakes but in 2 boxes... girl behind counter said "that's not possible because its corporate policy " ... so I asked for a dozen and asked for a 2nd box. She stated "we don't do that either." What's sad about this is every graduation, birthday, team dinner, and all other events we have - we came here. A couple of weeks ago I went to nothing Bundt cake. I enjoyed the customer service I received I ordered the dozen of the mini Bundt cakes. They offer you a variety of different flavors so I chose one of the varieties gave it to me within two minutes no wait. But if I had ordered my own flavors there was a 10 or 15 minute wait which I expected but at that time I was just looking for a variety of the Bundt cakes. Always loved their cakes but the customer service is below AWFUL. When I walked in the girl at the register, I believe her name was kayla looked annoyed that I was there. She didn't even acknowledge me until I was staring at her, since she looked busy staring at the register, and just told me whenever you're ready. I was only picking up an online order and once she got my order she asked if I wanted the receipt and just put the cake on the table and said nothing else. Today, my family went to nothing bundt cakes in Redlands for 12 bundtinis. I requested to have 6 in one box and 6 in another one because i had to give them to my 2 fathers. The cashier who helped us seemed very confused and said you could only buy 12 at a time. We repeated that we were buying 12 but needed 2 boxes. She again looks confused and said that they only come in 12 a we couldn't have another box. We were irritated so we just bought the 12 pack in one box. After paying, we stood in the store and waited for our bundtinis. When the other cashier asked if we'd been helped we said yes and asked her if we could just get an extra box to separate the dozen. she also said no and said she can get the manger if we wanted. we said sure and she came out to talk to us. At this point, we were very fed up and just asked if there was any way that we could get an extra box after paying over $30 for some tiny little cakes. The manager just reiterated that we can't have another box since it's corporate policy. We asked if she could just make a one time exception but she refused. After she repeated again it was corporate policy, we asked to call corporate. She didn't. Instead she said that she wishes she could do something to help. When that was said, my niece mumbled," you know there is something you could do, you just refuse." After that, she left and we got our order a little later. So, to recap, the bundt cakes were awesome, but the service was absolutely atrocious. Do not come here if you have a special request because they do not accommodate anything whatsoever(unless you know the people working, then they will probably be the nicest and most accommodating people ever). read more

The small cakes they sell are so moist and delicious; very full of flavor and tasty. The larger ones they sell are the same, just as good.
