The decor was simple, nothing was a wow factor. Does take away from the it being cute. Customer service: the lady that helped us was nice, but didn't notify us there would be a surcharge. What's it for? Card? Cakes? Takeout? Just notify me. Food: I got two cupcakes $7 per. 1 brownie $6.50. 1 cake pop and one almond croissant. Total $35 and some change. For those prices I would expect my food to not be spoiled. It was the matcha cupcake. The bread and strawberry were soured. The only thing we ate and finished was the brownie. And it tasted weird. Everything else was split between 4 people and even then half of everything was thrown away. $35 and spoiled.

I don't like super sweet drinks so she helped me decide on an iced toffee nut white mocha, and of course I had to get some cakepops for the kids! The coffee was so good! It was just the right amount of sweet. Not too much, so it wasn't overpowering. The flavor was perfect. Sweet, with a hint of nuttiness. There are plentty of milk options, and a whole list of drinks I cant wait to come back and try! The walnut brownies looked absolutely decadent, but I really had to restrain myself considering it's bathing suit season! Hahaha! The guy making the drinks worked quickly and efficiently. He was very friendly when when my drink was ready. I really like the people who work here! The vibe here is pretty mellow. Our wedding cake was a gorgeous three tier Victorian style cake with two flavors: chocolate cake with hazelnut filling and almond cake with raspberry jam filling. It was stunning and tasted just as incredible as it looked. We saved the top tier for our one year anniversary and already cannot wait to eat it again! Kaitlyn also created the most amazing dessert table for us, including apple pie bites, cookies, mini cupcakes, rice crispy treats, and chocolate brownies. Everything was so delicious and our guests loved having so many options. The hand pies were especially a huge hit and and I felt like they added some extra personal charm to our wedding since it was in Oak Glen, a town known for their apples! Many guests grabbed extra treats to take home after the wedding and our guests still talk about it to this day. I personally still think about the Neapolitan cookies she made for our wedding. They are honestly one of the best cookies I've ever had! The cake display looked absolutely beautiful and paired perfectly with our florals, creating such a stunning moment in our reception space. Kaitlyn is incredibly talented and we are so grateful she was part of our day. The handwriting on top seems sloppy and this is not how writing is portrayed on the website. Also, I thought it was going to be fondant-decorated since the cakes on display were fondant and I specifically asked if the fondant would get dewy in the fridge. Finally, I ordered vanilla filling, but since this was my first time ever ordering a custom cake, I didn't know I needed to specify buttercream or bavarian cream, nor was it asked for clarificafion by the person taking my order. So the filling was also not what I expected. The funfetti cake tasted good, and the shells were beautiful and very realistic. 3 stars instead of 2 since my daughter still loved it and the design/color matched my request, but room for improvement and customer satisfaction. However, for the price I paid, this is pretty disappointing.
