I drove out to the store and asked if I could get two dozen bundtinitis and couple single servings. It will be 30 minute wait. They use to have them in stock. To pick up and go. The cakes are Delicious and I don't think I ever had a bad one! I took a dozen to my dermatologist and one to my Physical Therapist office, it's fun to hand them to others and you can see their face light up! The Nothing Bundt Cakes is in the Smith ridge shopping center right by Trader Joe's with easy parking to the shop! if I could give negative or zero stars I would. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a nothing Bundt cakes. Nothing Bundt cakes has appeared at EVERY celebration of ours, between birthdays and anniversaries. so on APRIL 16th we placed an order for UNR's graduation to celebrate the first college graduate in our family. Our pick up time was for 11:15. My daughter went to pick up our order at 12:04 after the graduation ran long, and we wanted to give some additional time to prepare our order as we knew it would be a busy day. By 12:27 she was still texting me that she was IN LINE, for a pickup order we placed a month prior. They should have created a second pick up line for already placed orders, especially since UNR graduation has been set for this date for a year and knew it would be busy. But no, they chose disorganization and didn't value any of their customers and had them waiting for ridiculous amounts of time (over 30 minutes?!?!) . My daughter missed most of her son's graduation lunch because of this wait, breaking her heart as she just wanted to bring his favorite dessert and missed almost the whole lunch because of NOTHING BUNDT CAKES. The employee told the person in front of my daughter that they were out of frosting, and that if they didn't have a flavor they would look to see if "they could steal one from an ahead order" UM. IM SORRY. SO PEOPLE PLACED ORDERS WEEKS AHEAD AND THEN DAY OF THEY WERE LOOKING TO COMPLETE NEW ORDERS WITH ORDERS PEOPLE HAD PLACED BUT HADNT PICKED UP YET?!?!?!? Picking up our placed order took over 40 minutes, while my elderly father was stuck waiting in the car for that entire time. To make up for this? They offered my daughter a free bundlet, only available to be redeemed from that one cursed location (we don't live in state and certainly will NEVER be back to this location even if we were in state again) absolutely ridiculous. This was so stressful that my daughter's Oura ring warned her she was in a high stress environment (to pick up a pre ordered cake! Imagine that!) Nothing Bundt cakes ruined our day and our celebration. I really hope that next year they just close for graduation since they clearly cannot handle it and they should not have people relying on them when they are incompetent in completing orders placed a month ahead. This was beyond disappointing, and I hope that someone from management reaches out to correct this. We dropped by Nothing Bundt Cakes one evening and ironically enough, the store was empty, it seemed like they were closing shop for the night because the display case was also cleared out, but as soon as we walked into the shop, a few more customers followed is in and in a blink of an eye, the shop was full of customers. The two young ladies behind the counter did a marvelous job helping the each of customers that walked through the door; the young lady that processed our order was truly hospitable and nice. We ordered four bundt cakes: carrot cake, chocolate chip, lemon-blueberry and cookies-and-cream. I absolutely love Nothing Bundt Cakes -- they're always such a treat! Of course, some flavors are better than others, but that's totally subjective and depends on personal taste. So far, my favorites have been Classic Vanilla, White Chocolate Raspberry, and Strawberries & Cream. I tend to prefer the larger cakes over the little bundtlets because they're definitely more moist and overall better tasting. That said, the larger cakes are quite a lot of cake -- probably too much unless it's for a party or special occasion. Recently, I grabbed the Biscoff Cookie Butter bundtlet for my family to try before they sold out. Honestly, all four of us agreed we didn't quite get the hype around this one -- it was pretty dry and could have really used some vanilla ice cream to go with it. Nothing Bundt issues. Prepaid a cake order for my husband's birthday several days prior to delivery. I ordered it for delivery to alleviate the stress since we have an infant and a toddler. The day of delivery, I called the store to confirm it will be delivered. It took 11 calls for someone to answer the phone. The store could not find the order, then confirmed a wrong order, then stated the correct order be delivered during the delivery window. Not surprisingly, the cake was not delivered and no refund or apology has been issued to date of this review. While the cakes are delicious, the business is managed very very poorly. read more

When I arrived the lobby was full of people and two girls were working the registers. No one could tell me where the line(s) started or ended. One girl was taking new orders while the other girl was running to the back to find orders. All the ones she called out were not present for pick up. As the lobby became packed full, she came out and told us we all had to wait outside. She then started calling names. A lady got her order and left, but 30 minutes later, someone else called her name for the order. It appears that the woman did not get her complete order. When my name was finally called, the girl gave me the bundtinis but not the tower. When I told her what I had ordered she went back to look for it. She came out a few minutes later and told me they were out of the peach I ordered, even though it was listed as available in the Reno Nothing Bundt Cake website. She had me select different flavors. I was able to leave with my order at 3:07! I understand that it was Father's Day, but the whole pick up situation was not organized and careless errors were occurring in giving people their orders. A few customers commented that they would not be ordering from this store again, and I have to agree with them. I think the staff needs to be trained in organizing for major holiday pick ups in a more efficient way. I hope this rating will help improve service at this location. read more
