I had a very disappointing experience ordering from Nothing Bundt Cakes. When I picked up my cake, the top was not secured properly, so it slid and the frosting became smeared. It was clearly not packaged carefully. I immediately tried calling the store to let them know and to see if I could bring it back to have it fixed, but no one is answering the phone. I have been trying to reach them for the last 20 minutes with no response. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. When I said no, he explained that I should leave the cakes out for at least two hours before serving. He actually popped out under the guise of going to the hardware store for a quick errand and had timed everything accordingly. He was very disappointed for two reasons: 1) At the shop, there were 3 employees, but no one helped him when he came in, even though he was simply picking up a pre-order. We still continued coming back because the other flavor options were okay. However recently, I was surprised to see how small the bundtlets have gotten! This is our go-to for party cakes. We get 12 Bundtini's in Chocolate, Lemon, and Red Velvet and they are always a hit. Cakes are delicious and moist.
