The Lemon Poppyseed cookies were some of the best I've ever tasted. Filled with a gooey, homemade lemon curd, they were to die for!

When I'm about to crack, I fight back with Snack Attack. The chocolate fudge brownies are my favorite... Best cookies around!

They have seasonal flavors, but none of them seemed appealing to me so I decided to go with the double chocolate and stracciatella in a cone. If you get a cone, you get the choice of dark or milk chocolate drizzle, and if you get a cup you get a little waffle chip dipped in chocolate to top your gelato. They also have various premade gelato pops and mini ice cream cones which are nice options. Of the two flavors I got, the double chocolate was my favorite! It was extremely rich and had a strong chocolate flavor. I got two flavors, but it seemed a bit uneven and I got more of the chocolate than stracciatella but I didn't mind. The drizzle of dark chocolate was a great addition, and love that it hardened and added some texture! It's a small store with a few indoor seats, but it gets crowded really quick. But definitely a great sweet treat after dinner!

The double chocolate was rich and delicious, but the rose lychee was lacking flavor. There was no taste of rose or the lychee and it just tasted like vanilla with a tint of pink dye. I really liked how the wafer dipped with chocolate (milk or dark option) was included with the gelato. It was a nice touch. I do wish the gelato flavors were more flavorful overall, especially since no sample tasting is allowed and choices had to be made based solely on appearance and description. The flavor selection also felt somewhat limited, with not many fruity options available, something that would be nice as summer heat is quickly approaching

My partner likes the BBQ one. I often get the Hawaiian one, sometimes the Sour Cow, or the Tuscan. The Big Belly is really big, with lots of ingredients. The crepes are usually served golden into triangles, which makes them easy to carry. No utensils needed. There's usually to less cheese than I'm used to from other locations, but it's not bad. Note: We usually get ours To Go. The apple caramel dessert crepe arrives cut up into squares, which was surprising. Normally the plain chocolate one we get isn't cut up. This resulted in a bit of a mess when my partner didn't hold the container flat me time. Service is so-so. Definitely order in advance if you can, or you may wait a bit. Ambiance is terrible indoors. Only a couple of small tables and more of a "pick up at the counter vibe." They have a nice outdoor seating area though, if the weather is good enough for it. Parking is usually decent if you park in the lot right next to the restaurant. It's sometimes easiest to enter that lot from Walnut, the street parallel to Laurel, though. You get to it from Olive, going around the back of Bianchini's. The outdoor seating areas and proximity to Bianchini's market make parking on Laurel a bit dicey. I tried the round waffle things once, and wasn't that impressed. Seemed a bit dry. Keep meaning to try the gelato but never have. And I don't drink boba tea, so I can't comment on that. They do stay open later than the other nearby boba place though, so if that's your cup of tea (ha!) then it's an option later in the evening. A solid place, if not the best crepes I've had.

The sauce was delicious, rich, and comforting without being overwhelming. Everything was cooked just right and came out piping hot. Hit or Miss: Hit. Definitely something I would come back for again. 3/5 Drink Ordered: Hong Kong Style Milk Tea It was okay. Nothing bad about it, but nothing super memorable either. Pretty standard flavor overall. Hit or Miss: Slight Hit. Would drink it again if I was already there, but not something I'd specifically crave. Additional Comment: Overall, pretty solid experience. Nothing was mind blowing, but everything was done well. The baked spaghetti was definitely the highlight for me and the service helped make the meal enjoyable. I'd come back mainly for the spaghetti and a comfortable casual meal.

Mainly for our toddler. Pickled mustard greens with pork noodles - you can select your noodles. This was basic but decent. Not as good as those you get a Taiwanese cafe. Baked Shrimp over rice with portuguese sauce - Tasted like curry to me. I rarely get the baked dishes because they tend to be a bit on the heavier side. My husband and in-laws like this. Upgraded this with soup and garlic bread - the soup had a sour aftertaste - I think this is from a can. The garlic bread was good! Chicken Katus w/ rice - Surprisingly good. My toddler loved it. Their milk tea was perfection (we had dim sum yesterday and the milk tea was watered down) Heavy on the MSG - I passed out. One unisex large and surprisingly nice bathroom. I would still come back.

If you know, you know. The pastries here are absolutely worth the detour--and honestly, wherever I see a Paris Baguette, I do pull over. That includes locations I've visited in Northern California, North Brunswick, New Jersey, Atlanta, Georgia, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and even the one here in Charlotte down in Pineville. It's a bit of a drive for me, but when I'm in that area, I always make a point to stop in and pick up a couple of their delicious croissant-donut pastries and marzipan or almond croissants. That's the beauty of this bakery--it's a chain, yes, but the consistency is what keeps me coming back. I have yet to be disappointed. Of course, I had to stop at this Hilton Head location--and I didn't come empty-handed. Food connects people, and bringing pastries to your host is always a winning move. I picked up three different varieties of their famous croissant-donut style pastries (similar to the well-known cronut): * Chocolate * Tiramisu * Mango And I added two large almond croissants that were beautifully filled, flaky, and indulgent. Everything looked fresh, full, and irresistible. The setup inside is easy and efficient. It's self-serve: you grab a tray, line it with parchment, use the tongs, and select whatever catches your eye--from baguettes to cakes to coffee drinks. Checkout was quick, Apple Pay was accepted, and the whole experience felt smooth and well organized. The space was clean, friendly, and inviting, with plenty of outdoor seating. Bottom line: Whenever you see a Paris Baguette on your radar, pull over. It's dependable, delicious, and perfect for picking up pastries to share--or to treat yourself. For me, it's one of those rare places that delivers the same quality every single time, no matter the city--and that kind of consistency is something I truly appreciate as a traveler and lifelong foodie.
