I ordered from this location over the phone in December for a work party. She read the order back to me and everything seemed great. Showed up and the order was wrong. The girl kind of argued with me and eventually the manager/owner (i assume) comes out and fixes it. So I ended up with what I ordered. I ordered online last week for pick up on Sunday. They called after I placed my order to confirm and read it back to me. All is good. My mom picked them up Sunday, I sent her with a copy of the order. They read her the order to a T. They get to my house and they are not correct. They are all declicious but it shouldn't be such a task to correctly get what you ordered. I shouldn't have to open every box to inspect that they are what I ordered. And if it is too complicated to put multiple flavors/ quantities on an order, don't offer it. read more

The cakes here are very yummy! My favorite has to be the red velvet. The cream cheese frosting is very sweet and they are very generous with it so make sure you have some ice cold milk on hand. The carrot cake is good, but I don't think it is anywhere close to the red velvet. The people there are very nice and I am sure they will be seeing more of me and my hubby! read more

Visited the Temecula location twice, both visits were disappointing. Tried a "Bundtlet" cake on the first visit; the cake was dry and tasteless. On the second visit, we tried to purchase the "Bundtinis," in the featured flavor of the month. We were told they were out of the featured flavor (a week earlier than advertised). We were offered no options except for the 4-flavor assortment, and were told that was all they were selling. We will NOT be returning to this location, and do NOT recommend it. However, we highly recommend the San Diego location on Friars Road. This location's cakes are moist, flavorful and excellent every time. They not only offered the flavor assortment of "ready to go" Bundtini's; they also offered the flavor of the month, and gave the option to do a "custom order" while we waited. read more

So far the red velvet is my favorite. I love a red velvet cake that has chocolate chips in it. We had nothing bundt cakes for our wedding and they were a total hit! When talking to the staff at the store, they were helping me figure out the right time to have the cakes delivered so the heat wouldn't affect the cakes. The delivery went smooth and they also did an awesome job setting up! We had a couple ideas of how to lay out the cakes, but the delivery person made a good remark about one of our stands. They let us know that if we put a cake on the top of one of our stands, it would most likely not hold and fall over. I am glad that they cared enough to let us know that so we could avoid a disaster. I go to pick up my order a few days later, and they don't have my carrot bundlet!!! They say "sorry, we ran out." What??? Something strange happened after I took the first bite of my red velvet bundt cake. All of a sudden I felt like I just understood everything. You know, things like the meaning of life suddenly became clear, and my worries of yesterday faded into the clouds. No, but really, someone bought me the large red velvet bundt cake for my birthday. I am not really a cake person, but this was the best cake I have ever had in my life. I now feel like EVERYONE should try their cakes and plan on giving everyone I know this year a bundt cake for their bday. The cake I received did not come from this location, so I can't speak on customer service, but this company has a great product. The cake (even 4 days later) is super moist and melts in your mouth, yet, it doesn't fall apart when you serve it. The cake is super easy to cut and serve. The frosting is abundant and out of this world delicious. It too has not changed texture even after 4 days in my fridge (no hardening, etc.) The entire cake was literally just as delicious on day 4 as day 1. Since I live in this area I will be purchasing bundt cakes in the future from this (temecula) location. I will update my review if I come across anything funky in the future. Try this place! The cakes are pretty good. However, customer service is LACKING! No one here wants to put it any extra effort. Anytime we've ordered cakes, I truly feel like I'm bothering them. Also, a couple of times I've used a buy one get one free coupon for a bundtlet. Both times they appeared offended that I would use a coupon. Finally, if you try to pop in a couple minutes before closing to grab a cake to go, don't expect service. They will shout "we're closed" as you walk in. read more

We placed a large order for cakes for our 3.21.20 wedding, and unfortunately due to the COVID 19 pandemic had to postpone. This location was willing to offer an immediate refund or hold our order for when we were ready to proceed. When I was recovering from a knee replacement I had the joy of receiving 2 bundt cakes 1 each week and I could not have been more excited and feeling better already! Had the Strawberries n Cream and my normal favorite the Lemon. I have to say they were both super delicious but I think my new all time favorite is the Strawberry! Wow! Fresh moist and tasty! I never thought i would crave a Bundt cake. I mean Bundt cake to me has always meant orange and avocado Tupperware plates with a marsh mellow infused jello mold nearby. But.....this stuff....it is flavorful and far from the eighties version of da Bundt. All kidding aside i have not had a bad Bundt from this place, ever. I had been waiting months to try this myself, so this weekend on the way to SD i stopped by. Got a lemon,pumpkin spice,red velvet, and white chocolate raspberry Bundt cake. I had tried the red velvet and wcr one before but just one bite :( So this place is pretty amazing. I had the first Bundt cake as soon as i sat down in my car, SOOOO Good! I don't like a lot of frosting usually but i licked the container it was so good. Not too sweet and the frosting wasn't all stale, the cake was perfection! moist and delicious! I didn't get to the other cakes until the end of the weekend and STILL they were amazing! just like the first one. I think my favorite was lemon. I wasn't so impressed with he pumpkin spice flavor. The only thing that sucked was getting out of that shopping center at 5:30pm!!! i was in and out of store within 3 minutes but it took 15 minutes to get back onto the street. read more

They have special decorations to top your cake for every occasion and many flavors of cake to choose from.
