I was pleased when my Pharmacy Manager brought in this super cool box. It was NOT pink, but it had these very cute bites with frosting on them. We had them in the pharmacy for 3 days. This was my first visit to Nothing Bundt Cakes. I needed a birthday cake at the last minute and knew it would be challenging. I found Nothing Bundt Cakes on Yelp and am so thankful I did!! I found a yummy red velvet and the staff wrapped it up very nicely! They also have mini bundt cakes if you want a small treat! The variety was fun, the flavors are kid friendly, they are SO MOIST and delicious and added some novelty to the usual birthday dessert option. Reasonably priced compared to the similar cupcake order I'd gotten from a local specialty bakery a few weeks earlier that gave me very standard cupcakes. Wow, I am flawed by how amazing and fantastic these cakes tasted.  My taste buds were having a party in mouth . They are moist and just enough sweet to make you say that is a yummmyyyy . I'M OBSESSED. Okay so my mom has been raving about bundt cakes for like the past year and I finally got around to trying them out. And let me tell you, mama knows best. These little bundt cakes are HEAVEN. They're so good that I've consumed 5 bundtlets to myself within the last 3 days. Oops. It's hibernation season, right? These cakes are super moist and have just right amount of frosting. I've tried the carrot, red velvet, cinnamon swirl, white chocolate raspberry, and peppermint chocolate chip. But then my kid enrolled in art camp nearby and the birthday of a beloved coworker came up so I made a trip in today on my way to Hillsboro. The Bundt cakes come in several flavors and four sizes. A petite size like a petit four, a cupcake size,an 8", and 10". They will also stack the bigger two for you if you special order. For $9 they will garnish the pastry with pretty flowers and adorable magnets. I took a 10" red velvet bundt cake ($31) to my office and it was a major success. I skipped the decorations and put candles in it. It was a confection of tender fluffy cake, chocolate chips, and dreamy cream cheese icing "petals" ( their words for it). The birthday girl was very happy. I think this was a good move on my part and I would get one again. My only critique is this place would do well to serve coffee and slices of cake and have a few tables. It lacks the welcoming bakery feel of a place like Dessert Tray or Beaverton Bakery. We got the Devil's Food version. It was surprisingly good. But, for what it was, it was expensive for cake and icing: $24 for 8" cake. It was cute, though. The only thing I really don't care for is that these are not 'authentic' (IMO) bundt cakes. There's no filling! Just icing. I think I was messed up by boxed bundt cakes in the 80s, I guess? Or they spoiled me (especially the chocolate with coconut filling!). Anyway, I vote for filling. read more

We ordered the medium lemon cake without frosting for a whopping $27 making it about the most expensive cake we have ever purchased. When the lady handed me the fancy box my first thought was she forgot to put a cake inside - it was light as feather! We got it home and unboxed a tiny little 6 slice lemon cake. It was tasty but nothing special. More spongy like angelfood and less moist than Safeway. I don't understand why people buy cakes here. The large cake should be like $10 but it's $37. I guess the fancy packaging is the extra cost. I've been here two times in the past month, only because the first time was too good to be true. I bought a lemon Bundt cake for my girlfriend's birthday, I was pretty upset I couldn't just devour the thing after getting my first taste. I love the sample platter they have to the left when you walk in. I got to try the white chocolate raspberry this last time. Jeez Louise Papa cheese! So good. I've now also tried the confetti. The cakes here are so moist and soft that I can't say enough about them. They are a bit expensive but they have been worth it to me at times. I have yet to buy a large cake because the small ones work so well. My family usually buys 5 smaller ones instead of the bigger ones so we can have more than one of their great flavors. Sometimes it takes a couple of days to eat them all but the frosting is still soft and and the cakes are still moist 3 and 4 days later (they may last longer but not in my house so. . . .if you have more willpower, maybe you can find out for yourself). I've had the bundlets here a few times and here are are my thoughts: The size is perfect to either A. eat half of and save the rest for later, or B. Eat all of and feel sick for 30 minutes. The cake itself is good, nice and moist and flavorful. The frostings were all the same though which I thought wasn't very fun. It would have been nice to have a little more than just the cream cheese buttercream. Maybe throw some berries or cinnamon in there and make things a bit more interesting. My big question is why don't they sell any beverages? Or have any tables? They sell these cute little cakes but you can't get a cup of coffee or a glass of milk or a place to sit. I'm not going to make a special stop for cake, but I will venture in if I can sit and sip and snack with my family for a bit. Just an idea. read more

Great experience from start to finish. The people on the phone are very nice and helpful. I've ordered remotely from them twice, since I don't live in the same town as my family and it was straight forward and great service. They even did a same day cake delivery for me one time. Owner Carla Mayes was wonderful and helped me pick out cakes for a little party. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We tried the Red Velvet, Chocolate Chip, Lemon, and Pineapple Upsidedown Cake. Each cake was delicious! (Though the Pineapple Upsidedown cake was a tad sweeter due too the fruit). Beyond cakes there are ornamental plats, servingware and dishes available for purchase. This is also a very family friendly place where you can bring the kids to pick out their own dessert. Amazing business! They helped me in a pinch when I was getting married (small wedding) and I didn't have any plans for cake. With enough notice, they will build a beautiful tiered masterpiece of buntinis. I was under the 24-hour-gun and they delivered with a variety of bunitnis and a beautiful full size bundt cake. The wedding guests LOVED LOVED LOVED the buntinis. They were so different from the traditional wedding cake and cupcakes. They were super DELICIOUS! Fan favorites were the lemon and red velvet flavors. The shop itself has the best customer service. Shawn and his staff will do everything they can to help you. I cannot emphasize how nice they are there. The shop is very warm and welcoming with lots of options.
