I seriously cannot get over how great Noto was. I've been wanting to try this place foreverrrr and since we moved it is quite the drive for us now but totally worth it! I started off with an Aperol Spritz and then went with their drink special of the night which was a white wine- a mix between a Pinot Grigio and a sauvy blanc. So delish! We tried the Nduja pizza which was very different than anything I've had before. We decided to go with the pizza uncut to get a full Neapolitan experience! Definitely recommend. The bolognese was incredible and the cheese was so fresh that they put on top. I told the host last minute (oops) that we were celebrating a birthday and they provided a card and a dessert for our friend which was incredibly sweet. They also get bonus points for all the cat decor in the bathroom. Can't wait to come back again and again!

    Citrus salad - ORDER THIS!

The restaurant was fully booked for our date tonight (early valentines dinner), but it still felt intimate, and the decor was beautiful. We arrived early for our reservation but they were able to accommodate us, and we continued to receive excellent service courtesy of Hadley for the duration of our dinner. My boyfriend enjoyed his Negroni, which was very adorably adorned with an "XOXO" stamped ice cube. I had a glass of the Sangiovese which was excellent with our meal. They require you to order your entire meal at once, due to the very small kitchen staff. We started with the citrus salad, which was shockingly the star of the show. Do NOT skip this! Everything on the dish went perfectly together, I hope to continue to see this on the menu in the future. Our salad was followed by the mafaldine bolognese, which was rich and delicious, with impeccably cooked pasta. We also tried the sugo pizza, which was on their seasonal pizza list. This wasn't our favorite, but still very good. The guanciale was amazing, albeit a little salty with the other toppings. The pizza crust is definitely the star of the show, rightfully so! I can't wait to come back to try more. Many friends had recommended Noto to me, and it certainly did not disappoint.

Really have enjoyed all my experiences dining at Noto and this time was no different! They have a great selection of Christmas cocktails (see third photo) right now and the holiday pop up decorations are awesome. I ordered the gnudi. It came with five dumplings and it wasn't quite what I expected. The goat cheese flavor was too much for me, it was just thicker than I imagined. My friend ordered the tonarelli pasta and hers was amazing. I wish the portion was a little more but hey for homemade pasta noodles, I'll take what I can get lol. HIGHLY recommend the tonarelli. Then for dessert we ordered the tiramisu and cannolis. The tiramisu was more like a brownie texture but still amazing. Then the cannolis were perfect. Always love eating here. Also shoutout to our server Jacob because he is always providing great service.

If you want to try Noto out, make sure you make a reservation well in advance! The experience is worth the extra planning, trust me! The interior is warm and inviting as well as the hostess. A pizza oven is in the middle of the restaurant- that added a nice little touch to the atmosphere. The menu is carefully curated with flavors for each season. Tonight, they just began to transition to their fall menu with warmer flavors and away from the brighter summery menu. Everything listed sounded delicious, it was difficult to pick out what to order! My husband and I landed on sharing a braised lamb pasta and mortadella pistachio pizza. Both EXCELLENT! Paired well with wine too! This is our second time here and both experiences have been top notch. Attentive service, friendly- a great spot for date night! Excited to come back again in the future.

One of our favorite restaurant's in the area. Was fortunate enough to make it for the new menu and everything was fantastic! Arancini and the Noto salad are must's for the starters. The crab pasta was my wife's choice and she devoured it. The steak was also a winner. And we always finish our meal with an affogato. Best I have ever had!

Noto is so freaking good. The prices are reasonable for a nicer dinner. It's super cute too. Our server was knowledgeable and gave us good recommendations. I will be thinking of the broccoli dish forever. The Noto salad was simple, but delicious. I got the kale pesto pasta and my boyfriend got the Scarpa (add spicy sausage). Loved the noodle shape of the pasta; the pesto was earthy so just something to note. Already planning to go again soon!!!

After months of trying, I finally landed a reservation at Noto in St. Peters -- and yes, it's absolutely worth the wait. Noto is one of fewer than 1,000 pizzerias in the world certified by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana, which means they're doing authentic Neapolitan pizza exactly as it should be done. We're talking imported Italian flour, San Marzano tomatoes, fresh house-made mozzarella, and a 900° wood-fired oven brought in from Italy. The crust? Soft, chewy, and perfectly blistered with that signature leopard spotting. I ordered the sausage pizza -- rich, savory, and just a touch spicy -- and started with the roasted carrots topped with shredded cheese and nuts. Those carrots alone could convert any veggie skeptic. I also tried a couple of their craft cocktails, and they were fresh, balanced, and dangerously easy to sip. The vibe is warm and lively, with the smell of dough in the air and that gorgeous tiled oven right in view. Service was welcoming and knowledgeable without being rushed, and the pacing of the meal was spot-on. If you love pizza, this is bucket list-worthy. Book early -- once you taste it, you'll understand why reservations are so hard to get. Follow me here and on Facebook, Instagram, and GoogleMaps for more STL food finds, hidden gems, and travel-worthy eats.

Some of the best Italian food in the area. Grab a reservation and go try it now. They have a few seats at the bar for walk ins. The pizza program is top notch. My favorite are rustic pasta dishes they offer. The drink program is on point too. The servers are very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. Plus it's the best tiramisu ever.

Some sort of old fashioned. My cousin really liked it, but he likes everything.

Had a pretty good meal here for my wife's 50th birthday. My only knocks are minute. They asked if we were there for a special occasion and I told them it was my wife's 50th. That was never acknowledged nor was a free dessert or after dinner drink offered. That is totally fine, but it would have really bumped my opinion of the place for sure. Don't even ask if you're not going to follow up. When our allotted time was up the server rushed us out the door, which was more than a little off putting to me, though I get why. Our reservation was at 4 when the restaurant opens. At opening, the servers are seated at every table in their section and start the night off "in the weeds." We had to wait a not insubstantial amount of time for our drinks and order to be taken, etc. through no real fault of the server. The service was otherwise fine. The restaurant is small, like small small. Think your grandma's house in South City small, with a big wood fired pizza oven as the centerpiece. It's a pretty cool oven. While I wasn't blown away by the food, it was good. My pasta dish wasn't what I was expecting it to be, so maybe that turned me off a little bit. The Gnudi was balls of pasta and that threw me off when it was dropped off. It was pretty good, but every other pasta dish we had at the table was better. Arancini was good with a good sauce. I liked the bread with dipping oil and we were brought a second helping after asking. The salad I had was probably the best thing to me that night. It was very good and was a generous helping. I paid extra for a couple of pieces of anchovy on the salad, whic was probably not worth it though it was only $2. The pizza we shared for an appetizer was good, but not spectacular. It maybe could have used another 30 seconds in the oven as the crust was rather flaccid to me. The pizza was not better than Pizzeria de Gloria on the Hill, if that's a comparison. Both are good and I see the potential with NOTO pizza, but maybe this one pizza was a little off on this night. Drinks looked really cool, though I'm a beer guy and that selection is weak. Drinks and food were reasonably priced for what the place is I thought, and if we lived closer we'd definitely go again.

Was very excited to get a Friday night reservation here! Reservations are a must! They may be able to accommodate walk ins or some bar service but make a reservation! Cutely designed like a pizza place in Italy, their simple menu is appreciated. Had the Aranchini. Served with a sauce with a kick it was a little bland but the idea is to mix it with the sauce to balance flavors. Still delightful. Pizzas were cooked as a Neapolitan pizza should! Slight char and flavor is good. They don't skimp on the toppings! Drinks. Quite an eclectic menu! Flavors that You wouldn't think go together. Snap pea infused vodka? Such a great combo! Plenty of wine by the glass or bottle for the choosing. Desserts as well but get the amaro flight! Great gem in St. Charles! Love the lemon decor. Great spot for any occasion!

Been looking to try Noto for a long time and finally got a reservation as they're booked well in advance. Noto is what I call a traditional Italian restaurant where portions are small, freshest ingredients and great service. Located in St. Peter's, MO, Noto is the restaurant where an intimate dining experience compliments great food. Again, reservations are highly recommended. During our visit some customers were informed bar service was available, but walk in seating may not be available unless arriving at opening. Noto will contact you the day before to confirm your reservation. After our review of the menu we decided to get appetizers, salads and a main course. We did order a speciality drink and both were great pours and refreshing. Noto is know for its pizza and provides a diverse menu of pizzas and can accommodate any pallet. Pasta and entrees are limited but pizza is where it's at. I do recommend the Noto house salad, incredible ingredients and dressing will almost make you order another one! Service was excellent and allowed us privacy to enjoy our experience. Prices were reasonable but the experience makes up for it. Noto is a great restaurant and will be back.

This is my favorite place for an early Friday night dinner. Get there at 4 when they open so you can grab a seat at the bar (or make a reservation, but prepared to make it in advance). The bartender is friendly and will be happy to tell you about the specials. Relax, treat yourself, get a salad, they'll bring you some focaccia with it. Have a pizza or some pasta. Everything here is delicious!

Mortadella pizza with Burrata in the middle

Came here on a weekend for a double date night. Our server got so excited to tell us about how much work the restaurant has done to achieve the VPN recognition, that we knew we had to get pizza. We got 2 pizzas for 4 people and 2 appetizers. Appetizers we tried were the carrots & the Arancini, the carrots were good, but I was inspired to try making something similar at home. The Arancini, very good, cheesy and delightful. For pizza we got the Fungo & Mortadella. They ask you if you want your pizza sliced or not sliced, I can save you from asking, if you'd like. There are reasons why they don't slice a pizza, but it comes down to, in Italy you eat pizza with a fork and a knife, so if you order a pizza unsliced, it is assumed you are digging in as such. We did get the Fungo sliced, since we were splitting it amongst all of us. The Mortadella did not come sliced, this is why, there is a lump (?) of Burrata in the middle, meant to spread out among the pie. This was delicious, I do love Burrata, what wasn't my favorite thing ever, the cold Burrata made the warm pizza cold. Since we are in S. city, I don't know if we will be in the "neighborhood" but if we are, I would totally go back.

The burrata on top was creamy and fresh, pairing well with the slightly charred crust. A simple yet elegant take on pizza.

It was decently busy for a Wednesday night but there was plenty of bar seating. The decor is beautiful and I especially appreciated their carefully curated glass and tableware--all stunning. Our bartender, whose name I fail to remember, was excellent. She had great beer recommendations. We tried the Hefe Weissbier (my favorite, which paired perfectly with both appetizers), the Meteor Pils, and the Gaffel Kolsch. I'd recommend all of them if you're a beer drinker! The spinach dumplings are a must. They are bursting with spinach flavor and swimming in a rich brown butter sauce. We also tried the alpine dip, which comes with an enormous soft pretzel. It was okay, but the dip wasn't exactly what we were expecting. I'd probably pass on the alpine dip next time. Overall an amazing experience and I look forward to enjoying a full meal there next visit. That's a cool space - and by the way from the same owners. But Frankie Martin's was clearly designed to be a food truck and entertainment venue. There's a specific section for food trucks to park, making walking around and getting food quick & easy. There are separate buildings and sections - a whiskey bar, beer area, and dirty soda stand. There's a few private seating areas, including big covered sections and smaller clusters of chairs around fire pits, that look great for a party or special night. There are lots of covered picnic tables but I wouldn't bank on getting one unless you get there early. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets. There are corn hole games set up around and a volleyball section area I believe, but I didn't readily see it. More game options would be nice, especially for adults. We parked on the street, didn't seem like a lot of parking options. Lots of kids running around and got crowded. The band we saw, Zero to 90, was a 90's cover band and pretty good! There's also a big screen above the stage, which is a little distracting while the music is playing. I walked around before that trying to find a fountain soda and never did, so I got something from the soda stand. The soda stand closed at 8:30 last night and we didn't realize it would. The pizza I got from Savory Wheel (margarita) was pricey, but delicious. It was ready quickly, hot & tasty. My husband got rolls and rice from Bad Monkey. It is worth noting that it was a 40-minute wait for his food - much longer than expected. Each place had a buzzer that let us know when our food was ready. It can vary by truck and be confusing. My husband ordered on a screen and then had to ask for a buzzer. Everywhere we purchased from took cash or card. The website tells you what food trucks will be there as well as the entertainment schedule. It would be helpful if they had the menu or at least type of food mentioned as it's not easy to find in advance. I was looking for vegetarian options, but took my chances and luckily had something for me. We might be back, especially with a few friends or with our kids on a quieter night. I'm not sure if it was a big crowd because of the band or what, but I would prefer a less busy time for sure.
