The kitchen was closing soon, so we ordered quickly. I loved the colorful decor and the space was beautiful. The service was very good and the food came out pretty quickly. The Kow Soi with stewed beef brisket was amazing. Super tender beef the flavors, textures and spice level were perfect. It was creamy and spicy with that ridiculously delicious beef brisket. This was one of the best dishes I've ever had at a Thai restaurant. We also shared the street noodles, which was a much lighter dish with rice noodles. The flavor and textures here were still delicious, but it was nowhere near as impressive as the Kow Soi. I hope this sells you on trying the Kow Soi with the stewed beef. It's absolutely worth it.

Both times, my wife and I were glad we went. I forget what my wife had, but I had the comfort bowl my first day and it was delicious. Everything tasted fresh. Good portion sizes. Friendly staff. And a vibe that said the place really cares about somewhat healthy foods, and common allergens. The second day I had the Thai bowl and it was equally delicious. I ended up taking some leftovers with me since I knew I was going to want to enjoy some of it for lunch the next day. The staff was absolutely wonderful. I never really like going to new restaurants and trying to figure everything out, but the staff was easy-going, and walked us through their process, the menu, and genuinely seemed like they are treated well. If we are back in Bend, Oregon, and then near future, we are definitely going to come back.

The staff was super helpful in getting us set up with a tasting box, with multiple cupcakes & frostings, to try as many combinations as we pleased. They were able to deliver the two-tiered cake & the cupcakes we ordered without any problems & even had cake display plates available. The cake was amazing & guests were excited to take home some extra cupcakes (you always have to order extra cupcakes, right!?). Definitely a normal heat compared to some other Thai places. The crab rangoon appetizer was fantastic!!! perfectly crispy and packed with filling (see picture). My partner ordered the Pad See Ew with vegetables, and it was just as delicious, noodles, fresh veggies, and a rich sauce. Nothing leaked from the takeout packaging and everything stayed warm during the loooooong drive home (5mins). The portions are generous. My partner always saves half for a second meal, which makes it an excellent value. We've been coming here for a while, and I feel like the food quality has always improved especially recently!
