I love being able to support a minority owned cafe, especially one that's right next to starbucks! One thing I will say is that when it gets busy the wait time for your drinks and food can be excruciatingly long. My friend and I waited for roughly an hour and a half before we received our drinks and food which was the longest wait i've ever had to wait in my life for a meal. They did only have two people working which makes sense and hopefully they will adjust to their new rise in demand and that won't be an issue in the future. On the other hand the food and drinks were great! The cafe itself is really cute too. You can tell this place was opened up by people who don't have too much knowledge about the food industry but you live and you learn and with time I hope they do too. read more

First time trying this place. Went with my daughter, niece, sister and mom who have different food and taste preferences. It was nice for them to put the tables together so that we can sit. Service was so good and staff were really friendly and helpful since we had so many questions regarding food. Ordered the Mezza tray, spinach pastry, flat breads, Dubai chocolate waffles, chocolate pistachio crepe, lotus biscoff latte hot, and orange tea. Everything was so good! This place looks cute, but it's not clean. It's not organized and we waited for a while to order already made pastries. When we entered, no one greeted us and we stood there for a while before somebody said something to us . when we entered it took long time for the person to take our order. Everything we ordered was already made in display and we didn't have them heat it because we took it home. I did not like that the person that took my order used her phone to pay for the order because when I asked for the receipt instead of giving me the phone to put my phone discreetly she had me say it out loud, and everybody can hear it but she put the wrong number and sent my receipt to someone else which made me very upset and mad. I didn't say anything to her, but I've left and will never come back to this place. It's not that clean. It's not that organized and the food does not taste that good. I told her I did not get the receipt and she replied to me to wait 10 minutes and I'll get it but I still did not get my receipt so I don't even know what I paid for and if they charge for using a credit card or not. And since there were no prices on the item that I ordered, I don't even know how much I paid for each thing this place was not welcoming. It was a disaster. And she lied to me because she said the receipt will take about 10 minutes, but I never got it. I don't like people lying to me. I will never come back place. Very bad experience. My grandson and I were looking for a late night dessert when we came across Nour's Cafe on Yelp. We were pleasantly surprised. They have a variety of desserts to pick from. We chose the Pistachio Nutella Waffles to share. To drink, he ordered a Turkish coffee and I a Pistachio Almond Milkshake. The waffles were very tasty. The pistachio flavor came through beautifully and paired with the Nutella and the warm waffles made for an excellent combination. The pistachio almond milkshake was excellent. So much to talk about. I live nearby and was looking forward to trying out this place. I stopped by today, and as I approached the register, no one paid any attention to my presence and the staff just continued to talk amongst themselves. Zero urgency to help their customers. After standing for over 5 minutes I finally was able to order. I ordered the Nour Special Matcha which has brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and white chocolate. I asked to be light with the sugar (specifically the white chocolate and the vanilla). The staff answered personal phone calls and talked to each other instead of preparing drinks. I watched and waited for my drink to be made. After another 8 minutes I received my drink, took a sip, and it was the sweetest thing I have ever tasted- couldn't taste the tea at all! I can't drink it. I spent $12 here and I would never recommend it to anyone. It wasn't worth going to the register and having it remade and waiting another 15 minutes. I'm disappointed as everything looked so good and it's clear the staff don't put effort into taking care of their customers. Me and my boyfriend waited 30+ minutes for 1 crepe when the whole cafe had 4 people. The service was awful, no care or consideration, no apology or compensation for the extra long wait. I had been wanting to try this place for a long time and finally got to check it out! We went for a midday Mother's Day treat and Noir's was the perfect place for this! The decor is so aesthetic and has a few different spots for cute pictures. We did not go during a busy time and did not have a long wait at all for our orders even though there were other customers there. Their iced lattes were really good! I prefer Less sweet drinks and requested mine half sweet. It was still on the sweeter side but not so much that I didn't enjoy it. For a midday treat it was a perfect level of sweetness. We ordered the fruity crepe, the pistachio crepe, and the house special waffles. The fruity crepe was a 4/5 - really simple and not overly sweet if you're looking for a lighter option. The crepe didn't seem to be filled with anything which in my opinion would've made it a 5/5. Perhaps a thin layer of some sort of light filling. The pistachio crepe 3/5 was a bit heavy for my liking. A drizzle of the pistachio sauce would've sufficed for me but I also understand this is one of their staples. Flavor was good if you like a lot of pistachio. Came here with my family for an evening after work treat. walking in we found tables where dirty and unkept, The bubble wall display was working a partly un working and very dirty with Pink slim mold. Definitely noticeable and needs to be better kept. The chairs some of them look very dirty and needed to be cleaned!!! The fluffy white chairs looked like they were falling apart!! -! This makes me think, how is the food prepared? How clean is the kitchen????? The restrooms were FILTHY, and not gender divided, as we all know men don't take care of their restrooms.!!! the bidets where covered in urine! And the toilets were also! BEST CHEESE CAKE EVER! My husband and i came here for our first time on valentine's day. My first impression is i never want to leave! Such an amazing atmosphere and aesthetically pleasing. We ordered the brown sugar latte and the lemon cheese cake. Best cheese cake i have ever tasted, it was so light and it was the perfect amount of sweetness level. The brown sugar was the same! Unfortunately i had to get it hot since they were out of ice, but it didn't even matter when i tasted how amazing it was! We personally are not big fans of things that are super sweet so we were pleasantly surprised when we tasted the cheese cake and it was heavenly!
