In this class she prepared a presentation and gave us a beginners guide to decorate the 6 cookies. She was encouraging us and helping us when we needed, and shared with us good tips! I'm just removing a star because I'm not fond of an ingredient used for Royal Icing, but it's just my preference. Cookes were fresh and delicious and I encourage people to take her classes or hire her for events. This is great too for a team work activity.

My son's been obsessed with MUNI buses and trains lately so I told her that either one would work. We communicated back and forth through email and Shirley was very prompt in responding. Note that I inquired around the same month of the event date, so somewhat late to the game in planning (I have a feeling some people plan two months in advanced because custom cookies and cakes usually are booked way out in advanced) but it still worked out for me!
