There were only one or two people inside when I came in, and I was greeted right away with a smile and asked if I was there for pickup. There was a small misunderstanding with my order -- I thought the hot honey rub came with actual honey, but that was my mistake. Since it's a dry rub, my wings were a little dry to me. When I went back in and explained, the guy at the front was extremely kind. He told me that if I was unhappy, he could remake my wings and let me keep the original ones instead of throwing them away. That alone meant a lot to me. He remade my wings, didn't make me wait long at all, and even asked if I needed anything else -- all while answering phones and helping other customers. I asked for his name because I honestly don't usually get this level of service at Wingstop. His name is Tim, and he's the Assistant General Manager. My remade wings were crispy, fresh, and well seasoned, and I left very happy. Even though this location only has three stars, I'm giving them more because this experience genuinely touched my heart. Great service like this deserves recognition, and I'd definitely recommend giving this Wingstop a try.

We asked what was wrong while we waited and the waitress told us other tables got their food first and in half the time because of computer ticket times. And this is the third time in row of a terrible experience. But there was never even an apology. We didn't even complain. We were never rude or upset. We're just done.
