I have had many remodeling projects done in the last 20 years, both interior and exterior work. Through my experience, I realize that nobody is perfect. Nick and his crew are pretty much as close to perfect as it comes. Any construction projects will have issues/delays that are out of the contractor's control, what makes Nick and his crew stand out is the communication to their customers. We were always kept in the loop regarding our project. Weekend text messages/emails were always returned promptly. Roberto, the project manager is a true asset to the company as he is always on top of everything. Their entire crew consisting of carpenters, masons, electricians, landscapers, excavators, etc, were all professional and mindful. With that said, the attached pictures will not do justice as I am not a photographer. So far, everyone that has seen it in person... jaw drops.

I found Nick and NRC Landscaping after searching online for companies that installed pavers and stones. I read several excellent reviews and decided to give NRC a call. Nick was professional and offered to come out right away to discuss our ideas and what we wanted to accomplish. He offered several design concepts along with stone colors that would complement our house and yard. He presented us with options and estimates, and after we selected what we wanted to do, he was ready to start as soon as the materials were available (which was within a week or so). We had our old walkway and porch removed and new walkway and porch installed, and we added curb stone edging around all of our trees and the corner flowerbed. His crew also removed and reinstalled walk lights at the porch and street ends of the walkway - they did a beautiful job. Also installed sod along both sides of the walkway, and outside the curb stones around all of the trees. Their attention to detail is outstanding. Color selection was amazing - when Nick suggested flagstone and a slate blue color for the steps I was not sure about the color. After seeing the samples with our brick house, I knew his choices were going to make the house and yard look beautiful. We are extremely pleased with the completed project. Curb appeal - oh yes. The NRC team is professional and the workmanship is beautiful. Customer service is exceptional - Nick was available to answer any question I had before, during, and after the project. Each day, Nick checked in to make sure everything was going well and made sure we were satisfied with the progress. Nick's cost estimate was reasonable, and competitive with other contractors. The plan stayed in line with the original estimate. We would definitely recommend NRC Landscaping.

New front walkway. Thanks NRC

Nick and his team provided us with a wonderful experience. From the first consult, demo and final result NRC was professional and skilled. The vision I had came to life and the end result is better than I had pictured. It was not the biggest project, but an important one for our home and our curb appeal! We are very pleased, we couldn't be happier. Thank you!

Our stone pool deck is absolutely beautiful!

NRC did a beautiful job designing and installing our pool deck!! We are so pleased, we are having them back to redesign our front yard! Professional staff that just couldn't do enough to ensure the project was done to our satisfaction. They even installed the fire bowl waterfall feature- built the stone pedestal and made sure the gas line was operating properly. Designed and installed all of the backlighting which also included timers. We truly have an oasis in our backyard. Thx Nick

After having poor experiences with some of their competitors, I've been very pleased with their professionalism and attention to detail while still offering competitive prices. I appreciate their work order reports and the very detailed pictures that they include. I also wanted to call out two of their employees, specifically -- Nahum and Miguel. This year, due to all of the snow, our pool cover caved in and the pool cover pump accidentally pumped out most of the pool water before we discovered it. That, coupled with lots of leaves in the pool, made for a much more difficult opening this year. Nevertheless, Nahum and Miguel went the extra mile to get the pool to open very clean and clear. They spent extra time but did so with a very positive, helpful attitude that I appreciated. I would highly recommend them.

We appreciate that gesture and their willingness to address some of our concerns. While our original experience and the delays remain unchanged, it is only fair to acknowledge their effort to make things better. After more than six weeks, our pool liner project is still not complete because Millennium Pools has measured the liner incorrectly multiple times. We are now waiting for a third liner and hoping it finally fits. To make matters worse, the company removed our old liner and left our pool empty and without a liner for two weeks while we wait for the replacement. What should have been a routine liner installation has turned into a lengthy and frustrating process. The company has offered no discount or compensation for the delays, inconvenience, or loss of use of our pool, despite the fact that the mistakes were entirely their own. We have spent tens of thousands of dollars with this company and expected better service, communication, and accountability. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Millennium Pools.

His quick response and dedication made me feel reassured about his availability and commitment. After listening to my concerns and applying his technical know-how, he helped me adjust the air intake valves to stop the leaking/dripping. He even took the time to drive to Home Depot to purchase a simple adhesive to apply to a zip-tie connection to the applicable valves. Joshua's honesty and transparency were evident when I explained an issue with my Delta Touchless faucet that may need replacing. He was very upfront about his skills before agreeing to the work. However, it turned out to be a simple job that did not require work he was not able to complete. This level of honesty made me feel secure and confident in his services. I will not hesitate to contact him for future plumbing work. In the end, Joshua's skill, ingenuity, and honest collaboration shone through as he completed the job. His impressive skills and innovative solutions left me feeling confident in his abilities. I will definitely use him for future plumbing work in my condo and would do so if I had a pool. :) Joshua, continue the great work. Also, good luck with your career endeavors.

Sorry to have to write a bad review. Bought the Grandee from the Fairfax store about 5 years ago,…read morehas worked great except for the cover lifter. Getting service this year has been a nightmare. I replaced the entire mechanism for ~$1200 last year. This year (in March 2026), it detached from the hot tub, rendering it unusable in the prime spring weather. - I spent the last 10 weeks trying to get someone to come out to repair it (offered to pay full price) but no reponse. - Initially spoke to someone in the service center, who told me I needed a "bracket", and that it was on backorder. - A month later (in April), I reached back out to service center to check on status. I was told the original person I spoke to was no longer with the company, and the part wasn't the issue. - I asked to speak with a manager; was told to speak to Jeff. - Left multiple messages with Jeff, but he never got back to me. -Filled out the "service form", also no response. After 10 weeks, I got fed up waiting and went the DIY route. Located YouTube instructions on how to remove the panel. Once I did that, I saw the plywood they used to re-install cover lifter last year (which bears ~150 lbs of load btw) was only 1/8" thick, which would explain why the mechanism failed. I installed a 1" board, then remounted the screws on the lifting arm and closed up the panel. Fingers crossed, this will do the trick. As mentioned, the tub works mostly as advertised; Hot Springs equipment is great. However Capital Hot Tub doesn't seem to care about customers once they've made their purchase. The whole point of paying a premium price is to avoid this kind of hassle, and not have to DIY fix your stuff on the weekend.
