This location was recommended. Unfortunately for me the client that referred me is white and I am black with natural black hair. I am degreed 54 years old professional and wanted a simply acrylic and gel polish for work. I was referred to Nam-the owner. Nam was rude to me. Upon my apt he decided to take a break w/o telling me, during my appointment and in my presence he talked about me twice in his native language to an androgynous looking staff hand and AGAIN to a female nail tech. When the apt was over he didn't thank me for the service, didn't say good bye. He told the receptionist to cash me out and when I asked will he see me for a follow up/fill in, I was told he is not taking new clients and I was recommended to see a different tech. Clearly he has skill and has a clean shop, but perhaps he only wants clients that prefer complicated designs and or have a different appearance. Had he been brave enough to state his issues with my nail request in English I wouldn't have a need to right this review. Nam doesn't need my business nor does he want it from clients that look like me. Clearly I won't return. read more

Drove 30 minutes to this nail salon because the reviews were so good but i was seriously super disappointed. I called and made an appointment for me and my friend yesterday for 11am but when we got there, the receptionist couldn't find our appointment and told us to have a seat. We patiently waited until 11:45 then i asked the receptionist how long it's going to be and she rolled her eyes at me and just walked away. I asked her again when she returned to her desk and she just "a couple more minutes" and continued to have a TERRIBLE attitude. The lady who did my nails was great but i will not be returning here because of the terrible customer service. read more

NT Nails is clean and bright. The nail techs are all talented and know what they're doing. My taste in manicures is pretty basic, but I've seen them do all kinds of nails and designs. I'm always happy when I leave, and I'm sure if there were any issues, the owners would make it right. read more

I have finally found my nail place!!! Clean and serene! This is my third time going and every time the have gotten me right in and achieved the look I was going for. I usually have to take my 4 y.o with me and the always are so pleasant with her, offering her a drink and a place to sit. We usually get her nails painted when we are there and they take their time with her and are very patient. Highly recommend! read more

WORST PLACE EVER! You have to make an appointment weeks ahead. I called to make an appointment few days ago and the receptionist said they were not taking appointments but I can walk in, she told me to call before to check how long the wait is. I said ok sure. I called in the morning, and asked when I could walk in and she recommended around 2. I said sure, that way I can get my babysitter to come out. She took my name and number and said she will call back to let me know when would be a good time to walk in. I never got a phone call, I called the salon around 2:45 to tell her that I was still waiting for a phone call, and that my babysitter had arrived, she told me that they were booked and are not taking walk-ins for the day. Mind you I called more then once. She could've told me they were booked from the start and I would've gone somewhere else instead of waiting all afternoon for a call back from them. Very unorganized and not professional. I've been to many salons, and this is the first bad review I've ever given because this place has got to be the worst when it comes to making appointments and customer service!! They did not properly take of my acrylics. Instead of soaking them with cotton balls and tin foil, she just used a tip to pop them off. She broke a few of my nails and even made one of them bleed because of how bad and painful my acrylics were taken off. My nails were a good length underneath and now they are completely destroyed read more

I went to this place when it was Le's Nails a couple years. It was terrible then and it's terrible now. I only went because my nail person from another salon switched to there. As much as I love her I cannot deal with this place. I called and made an appointment for my nail person. I showed up and had to have someone else do my nails because they had no appointment on the books for me. My nails ended up being too long and too thick despite asking the tech to address both things. My regular nail person apologized for the screw up and chalked it up to her being new there. She personally made me another appointment 3 weeks out. I showed up today and apparently she was out sick and they bothered to call me. Also the receptionist never said anything when I said I had an appointment and named the girl by name. After about a 15 minute wait someone asked me what I was there for. I told them who I had an appointment with and that's when I found out she was off sick. They offered to do my nails and told me it would be a 20-30 minute wait. I informed them this was their second screw up and they just sort of shrugged. So I left....never to return. read more
