Service 10 out of 10!!! Quality 10 out of 10!!! I came here today with my sister and my partner and the service was very good. The ladies here are extremely good at their job while being very nice and very helpful with explaining to you the different types of services that they offer and making sure that you get exactly what you want. My shaping was not the best but I honestly could not complain. The only reason they are missing a star is because it reeks of acrylic in this establishment and makes it kind of hard to breath without a mask. The acrylic dust kept getting in my eye which is a little bit irritating but the space is small so you can't really be too mad. They keep this place nice and warm which also adds to the effects of how you breathe with the acrylic smell. I will definitely be back to this place and I will recommend a air vacuum for the acrylic dust to the manager. Overall the way they handled our services I will definitely be back a multitude of times and probably make this place might go to new nail shop!! read more

Of the last few times I've been here I've been paired with a worker named Vicky. Both times Vicky skipped several aspects of the treatment I paid for and has cut me pretty good. Today she cut me on 3 toes (still bleeding at home), cut multiple toenails crooked, and of course painted crooked too. I'm out of $120, my feet are still rough and scratchy after a "deluxe collagen pedicure". I paid extra for cat eye polish and the whole job looks terrible. I will not be returning to this shop to get cut, cheated out of treatments I payed for, and left with ugly work on my feet. read more

I don't normally leave reviews for businesses unless their service was stellar but I feel the need to share my experience so that others can proceed accordingly. I'll start by saying that I just got my nails done Saturday afternoon and it is Monday night and one of the nails has already split in half. I went to this shop because my sister found this place and I wanted to go to someone who would do full set gel x nails. When I got there, I had booked my appointment online and said I would take whichever technician was available, so I got seated with a lady who was not very conversational, but that's totally fine, I just wanted to get a good nail job done. I went in with a specific design which she tried to emulate, but I was very unhappy with the end results. If she wasn't able to do it, I wish she would have let me know so that I could change to something simpler. For the gel x extensions, they only have one type of nail that they can use so I got charged five dollars for them to shape the nail as if it was my fault that they only have one shape and length available to work with. I was not told that there would be a charge for the shaping so I was not happy about that, especially since I felt it was not my fault they were not prepared with a variety of shapes. When the lady was doing my nails, she applied a few of the extensions wrong - one she couldnt apply the binding liquid right to cure under the UV light, another she cured then I had to have her re-apply because it was significantly crooked. I started getting frustrated at around this time in the process, so by the end of it I just let her proceed with however she needed to because I just wanted to be done and to get out of there. I was shocked when I went to pay that I had to pay for the shape and also had to pay $25 for a design when really only two of my nails had a sort of intricate design on them and the rest were fairly simple. I also was charged dollars for matte top coat which nobody warned me about. Also, the drill bits my nail tech used were in a little pencil box labeled "soiled" which was worrisome. My sister goes here and recommended Kevin who I guess I should have requested to begin with. I appreciate that they tried to have a welcoming and relaxing space, but I definitely would not go back here again. read more

There was an extremely dirty towel under the foot rest, and it looked like they just swept every single dirty particle underneath the chair. Writing this review while in the salon, i made me a 10am appointment day before and when i came i was helped right away. I say down with cherry and she was super sweet, i showed her some pictures of what i wanted. I actually decided to change my color from orange to hot pink and it was no problem for her. She communicated really well the price of everything that i was asking for so 70$ for short/medium length with french tip gel and than 10$ for 2 fingers with rhinestones so 80$ total for nails. Seems reasonable too me. I than got a spa pedicure which was 62$ because of gel and French tip. Lady doing my toes was really sweet and helpful since i am super pregnant and its hard for me to move my legs. 10/10 recommend. I called around 10am to schedule an appt for same day at 2pm. Originally I was getting a gel X fill and gel pedicure but option for a new set of gel X. I got red almond nails and gel toes. I didn't have to wait at all, and Kevin who did my toes and nails was very gentle and took his time. His work is very neat and he repeatedly asked me if I wanted any water. The salon is very cute, they have cellphone holders and charging stations available next to the nail stations. I got the spa pedicure and a gel X set for $122. It's a little on the high end for me but the service was really good and overall a great experience. I had gel X nails and gel polish on my toes already so they had to take them off. Somehow they did all that in only 2 hours and 30 minutes. Will definitely come back again. Also, they were playing a beyonce station the entire time which definitely enhanced the experience lol. read more

Adding another star for the employees' capabilities of putting up with any dumb customers that may come thru here. Truly is a pet peeve when other patrons ruin your experience by bringing in their negative energy to the salon. Impatience from others will only tend to put more pressure on the nail techs and make it awkward for the their guests sitting at their stations. Yet I witnessed their team manage to get through all their last minute walk-ins with poise, and only have to stay open late for 30 mins. Pro tip: Try to come earlier if you want to avoid the afternoon/evening crowd. Common sense: no appointment = you're going to have to wait awhile. Especially if you're walking in with a group. No point in getting frustrated with the workers when all they're trying to do is accommodate everyone, and give priority to their customers that actually had an appointment. Also, the more you bother them to ask how much longer, the more distracted they'll become... and actually take longer. There is a certain salon/public health etiquette that others don't seem to be aware of, and the workers are probably just too nice to enforce. For instance, if you're not getting your nails done, there really is no business for you to be waiting in the building and taking up space. The salon itself is not that big and not designed to be a hangout spot. You also should have the decency to eat your food outside or at least in the waiting area, rather than at the techs' working stations or within close proximity to other guests. Again, def recommend trying to make an appointment earlier in the day when there is less people to deal with. Otherwise please tip their nail techs well, can't imagine what other ratchet behavior they have to deal with on a daily basis. read more

The people were nice but the job was so bad. My nails started chipping off the next day!!! My pedicure messed up because I put on socks the next day and apparently my polish was not completely dry. But it was my birthday the next day and I could not go back to fix it so I just dealt with it. Price was decent but for the quality of the work it could be much better. The place was quiet, not too busy, nice music playing, not too loud. No TV which I also really like. Cute decorations! Friendliness - the staff don't talk to you unless you talk to them, most of the other customers were on their phones, but it has a good vibe. As it got later it got busier and louder, but not too crazy. Nice mix of folks, and they had some rainbow stickers up that seemed permanent, Not leftover from Pride, I think the place is actually LGBTQ friendly, which can be surprisingly hard to find in nail salons, so I really appreciate that. Cleanliness - unfortunately this is where they lost a star. The place is very sanitary, there was nothing that made me feel uncomfortable or unsafe at all. They were very conscientious about all the usual protocols for safety with both my pedicure and my fingers. But the place is just kind of messy, nail dust, things scattered around, etc. It could use some straightening and reorganizing and maybe a deep clean with a duster. Pricing - very reasonable!
