My car died in the 7 - eleven parking lot near by. I tried getting it jumped by someone in the parking lot. When I set up everything my car went completely dead. I was concerned to just start asking everyone to help get it jumped because of that I went to the NTB by the gas station and their technician went and got his jump pack for me to jump my car. I should have remembered his name, I apologize But the car started right up and I was able to start work today. I don't recommend going here. It's like they don't care and just slap on tires but not double check their work. They don't reset your oil life. There is a woman there that was being rude to a coworker in front of customers. 4th time coming in and there is always something wrong after they service my car even though they had already checked and told me what was needed. .Now my car is shaking like crazy after changing my tires. I will not be going to this location to get it fixed. Almost forgot Expect to spend 3-5 hrs waiting for your car because they won't tell you they don't have what you need they will just order it and make you wait there and eventually when it gets there they then tell you "the part is in we will get it out as soon as we can" read more

I went in this morning to get service done on my vehicle and witnessed an employee tell his boss that he would not do any work on the vehicle in the shop. Not sure what was exactly going on, but from my prospective the amount of disrespect at this location is very apparent. I will no longer be going or sending any of my friends or family to this location or any other NTB location. I personally feel that the employee should be fired. I am truly shocked that this is tolerated in any manner. I will say the manager on duty kept his calm and did his best to service the customers that were waiting in line. read more

In the past this was my go-to place for small maintenance items. These days they don't offer any services. Tried to go in for a part swap, they said they don't do that anymore. Tried to go in for a gasket replacement to fix a leak, they said they don't do that anymore. Tried to have them recharge A/C, they don't do 1234yf refrigerant. Tried to go in for an annual inspection, they don't do that anymore. They even changed over and no longer offer conventional oil changes. No reason to go here anymore, added one star because they're usually friendly at least. read more

To be honest I hate car places to begin with. For the most part I've had good experiences here, especially with the guy with blonde hair he has great knowledge and if really nice. He is always very helpful and talks to you on a 1 on 1 level not like he is better because he knows what is going on. There a two other guys who I'm not the biggest fan of, it always seems like they talk down to you. The other thing that annoys me lately is their appointment situation. I walked in early to an appointment because I had free time, and while there was no one there they made it seem like a big inconvenience due to all the appointments they already had. I understand making an appointment but you can't turn away walk in customers because of upcoming appointments when no one is there. For the most part they are ok, but they need to work on the front desk person ability, there is always a veil of superiority on their part which is not needed or helpful. I spoke to Jason on the phone for tires for my vehicle. On the day I went to NTB Jason had the day off and different person was at the front desk and took care of my needs. Overall I am pleased. But I need to offer caution. When I left the store with 4 new tires the tire pressure warning light was on. I took the car to a different NTB. The pressure in each tire was 3 pounds below recommended pressure. My second issue is the vehicle history is input incorrectly in the NTB system. Specifically the car mileage was entered 13K less than the actual miles. Which could cause issue if the warranty comes into play. They are a good bunch of people and very polite and knowledgeable. Just be sure to pay attention to the details. read more

I've yet to have a good experience with NTB anywhere in Texas. I was going to give the company another chance because they are right down the road from me. All I needed was to have them check and see why my tire was flat - I already took the tire off of my vehicle and had it sitting in the bed of my truck. We stood in the lobby for ten minutes and no one welcomed us in or helped us. There were two workers inside, one who gave me direct eye contact as I walked in, and then still ignored me as I stood at the counter. There was another worker standing out front on his cell phone, completely ignored the fact there was someone in his lobby. We went to the bay to see if we could get someone to acknowledge that that had a paying customer waiting for their service, and the gentleman in the bay ignored us as well. According to google, we went during their "peak" hours; no customer was there. I would hate to see how they handle a lobby full of customers willing to give them their money. I will not be doing business with NTB again. Every time I have visited this company, the workers are rude and have horrible customer service. I showed up at this place on a Sunday (yay they're open Sundays) to get an alignment done after some home suspension work. I was treated EXTREMELY poorly by the unhinged alpha male running the counter. I don't know what's happening in his life, maybe his wife is leaving him after years of putting up with his anger outbreaks or maybe he was just pissed about having to work on Father's Day. Either way, not someone any business owner should put in front of their customers. He seemed pissed when I said I'd parked the car on the back side of the building but we proceeded with the interaction. I needed an alignment. He twitchily asked the make and model. When he asked if the car was lowered I said yes and he snapped angrily "we can't help you". OK. No problem? When I asked "why?" - which I thought - and many other shops in the area obviously thought - was a reasonable question - he appeared to snap. Rage filled his eyes and face and he started shouting at me. He could have said "it won't fit on the ramps" or "our policy doesn't allow us to touch suspension modifications, I'm sorry, I wish I could help. Let me help you find somewhere that can" - both reasonable and professional explanations - but no. He was angry and yelling. "Sir! I said NO!" - he had sweat running down his top lip, was red in the face and stared an enraged glare into me. I immediately felt like this guy was capable of horrible things and maybe shouldn't be around people. Maybe foolishly I tested him further "what if I told you it wasn't lowered?" I asked cheekily. The flames of his anger were apparently fanned by my effrontery, and louder this time he yelled "NO SIR" at me. It was time to bail. This wasn't going to get better. I said "OK, Thanks", slowly backed away and left with no explanation on what kind of challenge my car presented them with. Some phone calls to various places later I found that lowered cars need to be aligned on an 'in ground' lift versus a ramp that the front of the car will have trouble clearing. Not all places have the in ground lifts. Reasonable and good to know. One day later I've found a Firestone that can accommodate me and I now have lifetime alignment from them for a happily-handed-over $200. My car is aligned and everyone is happy. ...almost everyone. Ironically, at another NTB down the road - where I had a really reasonable conversation with one of the techs who wasn't sure, but was willing to take a look at my car to see if he could help - they actually recommended I try THIS VERY NTB because apparently they do have the exact in-ground lift that would be required for my purposes. Had TireRack send tires to the preferred NTB. After taking off my 4 tires I was told that all my lug nuts would need replacing to the tune of $318.00 or there would be a labor charge of $120.00 to put back on my old lug nuts, not a hell of choice after the tires are already off the truck. This is a rather long detailed event, but let's just say that Bobby Milligan who helped me knows that he hates installing TireRack tires because there's no money in it and that they are in business to make a profit. So, instead of what I was originally quoted for tire installation of $85.00 I was charged a whopping $388.53 to install 4 tires. I got sucker-punched by NTB and Bobby Milligan. Sent corporate an email, let's see if they respond. I can believe I trusted this guy. See the Google reviews there just as bad. read more

1 1/2 hours to change my oil?!?! Only one other customer has been here in that time. Guy actually came back to tell me I needed a new air filter but would take 30 minutes to get the part. What good was it to register car and schedule appointment online if you don't have the parts? All this to save about $5 off where I normally go and there I'm in & out in about 10-15 minutes. Won't be back. Ever. ----- Manager just came back and apologized for it taking so long. Said going to not charge me. That was a stand up thing to do. I was not treated well, bullied into needing parts and when I said no I was given a lecture. Is it because I am woman, I had a nail in my tire and they took 45 minutes to get it out had my car up on the lift and I asked why they need to be poking around under the hood and I was told that they were checking my A/C unit, and my car wasn't taken down from the lift till I told them to give me a quote and that I would consider it. Mechanics are the nicest of guys Manager and counter staff are rude! When I took my car in at other points for an oil change I was hounded to buy other parts, never going back !! I was almost ripped off by the manager and mechanic here, they charged me $12.99 X 6 = $77.94 for the labor plus $89.99 as part to replace a battery. I did not pay attention at first and I drove home, then I looked at the bill and did some research when I saw on their website they were running a promotion '$19.99' to change the battery, I called NTB nationwide customer service and was told I needed to talk to the manager of that shop. So after communication with the manager, I got forty bucks back to my credit card. But still these people are not honest at all, try to avoid driving into their garage if you can. Long story short , I had a flat came up on NTB & thought as I have done before in this situation I could pull up and ask someone to put my spare on for me, from experience ive gotten this done for free and just gave a tip for the assistance. I was charged 25$ to put MY spare tire on and it took 45 MINUTES , seriously no one else was being serviced, there was no wait and I just needed assistance with changing a flat it took 45 MINUTES ! They had me fill out paper work and everything like seriously. any other tire place would have just changed it without all the other unnecessary things they required. With my receipt was a list of things i did not even ask to be checked . SLOW and horrible customer service !!! read more

My story.....Friday I went in for an oil change and tire rotate. They call me and say my coolant reservoir is empty, do I want it filled, of course I do! After waiting 2 hours at a restaurant nearby, I walked back. Car still not ready and they totally emptied my radiator and refilled to the tune of $70. I asked where my coolant went, I don't have a leak. Response....I don't know. I say I was here 1,000 miles ago, where does the coolant go during that time. Response.....At least we caught it this time. Driving home water temp light comes on and I can see my temperature gage climbing, I pull over for a bit, then make it home. Next day, cleaning the inside of my car and had A.C. on because it was hot outside. Water temp light comes on again and gage is almost at hot. Turn off car and call NTB, they say bring it in, might be an air pocket. We were trying to get it ready in a hurry for you. The attitude was like it was my fault that I waited 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and they had to step it up. Drive off to NTB, with husband in tow, thank god. Only made it a third of the way there and had to pull off before my car overheated. Waited in my husband's truck for 45 minutes for a tow truck. Tow cost me $252. They comped me on original bill. But I basically ended up paying $252 for an oil change. read more

Usually this location is fine. Today my husband and I came in to have a tire replaced and Jason was the most impersonal rude sales associate I've dealt with in a while. He basically blew off my husband when he asked questions, was rude to the gentleman in line in front of us, he threw the tire in the back of my truck, and didn't even close the tailgate. So, I called on Wednesday afternoon around 3:30 to get a appointment for later that day to have my front tires balanced. I was told they were really busy and he'd rather I come in on Thursday. I asked what time they open and he said 7 am so I said that would work for me so I set the appointment for 7 am Thursday am (the very next am). I arrived at 7 am Thursday AM and was told I didn't have a appointment with them for that morning that I must of called a different store. So I asked if they could go ahead a work me in since they just opened the doors. I was told it'd be 1.5 hrs before they could get me in because they only had 1 technician there this am, so I left and headed to the Grapevine location on 114. On the way I called that location to see if I'd made a mistake on appointment location and was told I didn't have a appointment with them either but he'd be more than happy to work me right in. While waiting on the work to be done I looked at my call history and determined the NTB that I went to first was the one I called the previous afternoon for my 7 am appointment. I called them back and talked to the manager, he continued to argue that I didn't set up a appointment for Thursday but that I had one for 7 am the previous day which was impossible because I didn't call until 3:30 that day. He continued to argue that their system would not allow for that to happen that I must be wrong. He'd never even acknowledge that they might of made a mistake. Went in to get a oil change, the worker left the oil cap off, and oil got on everything including my driveway. Call back later that evening, GREGORY LEBLANC, the manager PROMISED, he would degrease and spray the oil off my parts. Drop the car back off, pick it the next evening. Bobby gave me the keys and invoice. Got ready to go, my wife was like you not gonna check under the hood? I really wasn't because I wanted to believe the manger took care of the problem that they made. So I pop the hood, grease was still smeared on All my mechanical PARTS! I Called GREGORY LEBLANC back up, he sent a guy out, with a spray bottle, a rag, and no water. So I had to take my car elsewhere to fix their mistakes! This was my first time going to this NTB, The NTB I was going to had relocated in Lewisville and I didn't know where it was. Wasted a day and half on a company and manager who don't respect the workmanship and customer. I received a company review in my email two weeks ago, took the survey, what a waste of time. The reviews don't reflect the ppl who had horrible service from them. They don't post them. They are tricking ppl into their business with false positive reviews, Then you leave out with extra damage, and more money you have to pay another business to redo the damage they have done. read more

I like these guys a lot. I bought a set of tires here about a year ago for my ford pickup. They were honest salesmen and helped me find the tire that was right for me. I took my truck in to get my tires rotated and they did it for free in a fast and friendly manner. I am definitely coming back here when it is time for my next set of tires. read more

So, I have NTBs 3yr alignment program and have been aligned many times by many different locations, never having a problem and getting quite good service. Until now. This location took one look at my car, with its sport suspension, and said "It is against POLICY to align anything with a modified suspension". Huh?! Half the trucks in this town has a modified suspension. Needless to say, my planned tire purchase will be taken elsewhere. read more
