I went to the take 5 oil change today between 8-9am this morning, on 2/19/2026. The manager on duty and his employee (i wasnt able to catch names) greeted and did my oil change along with offering me some air filters and a coolant flush (which i declined the flush, purchased the air filters, silly me) and went about my way. Only to find out these employees damaged my oil pan bolt or oil pan and now it needs to be replaced completely, which is looking around close to another $1000. When I arrived back at the location, the manager swears that my car was already leaking and typed up some code in his computer and shoved the paper in my face, claiming that they explained this to me before handed that they shouldn't have done the oil change, but did anyway. 1. If you shouldn't do an oil change, why do one? To which the managers response was "With people like me telling them no doesnt go well" 2. If my car was leaking this much within a matter of minutes (see attached photo of oil puddle) why would you fill it up or do an oil change knowing it would be empty in less than a half hour ??? Then i ask his employee if the he heard the manager tell me the car was already leaking.. he says yes.. lol such a joke.. the manager says out his own mouth he never told me anything he told his employee to tell me SO NOONE TOLD ME ANYTHING! This manager needs to be fired. There are so many reviews for this location of similar situations happening. Something needs to be done. I don't care if I need to take it to the news. I don't care if we need to take it to small claims. Something needs to be done and I'm not going to stop. The way these oil change places in mechanics take advantage of single women thinking they dont know whats going on is sickning!. read more

I was there for an hour and a half; one of the younger guys there seemed angry, very aggressive with the oil change and the mod left while there were 5 cars in line. They didn't check any of my fluids, my coolant or windshield wiper fluid was never topped off and nothing else. read more

Isaac waited on us; he thoroughly explained the tiers of oil quality available. My wife & I stayed in our Tahoe during the whole time. They changed the motor oil & filter, air filter & wiper blades. All the underwood levels of coolant, wiper fluid, brakes were also checked. Isaac, recommended a coolant flush next time. Overall, my wife & I are very satisfied both with customer service & the whole process took @15-20 mins. The staff working with Isaac were thorough & very attentive. It's one of best place for oil change! My bf went in for oil change and let me tell you our great experience, most business would have just changed oil and charged me. However this service manager advised me that I wasn't yet due for oil change and provided me with sticker to come back after another 1600 miles. Today I went here to get an oil change and left thinking everything was fine, and I was wrong. I got on the highway and heard thudding from underneath my car and it turns out they didn't put all the screws on the plastic cover that covers the place they do the oil changes. After waiting for my dad, we went back to get it fixed. When we came back nobody did anything. My dad who works for Ford was the one to put it back on correctly. When he told the employees that they forgot something else to they all walked away and didn't respond. They even almost let us leave without the under piece because they had lost or didn't have my screws. When I said I wouldn't allow it they finally handed MY DAD the screws to let him fix it. My dad was the one who fixed their mistake when he shouldn't have to. I got a refund and that was it. I will not be going back. read more

Went this afternoon for an oil change (full synthetic). The whole process was easy and quick. Everyone was friendly and efficient, I was offered an air filter and a coupon for the air filter, which I took. The total was $80.51, which is less than I paid at the last place I went, and I didn't get an air filter or any additional services. The guys that worked on my car today/ helped me out today were Sidney, Joseph, and Josh No complaints at all, will come by again for an oil change when I need one. read more

Stopped in on a Friday at 3pm for an oil change, a few cars ahead of me, not alot of urgency on their part but I can wait - took about 30 min as 2 cars were ahead of me. Unfortunately I was told they only had the $89.99 option. My car takes 8 quarts only 5 quarts covered at that price $9.99 per additional quart. I didn't think it would be that much. It would of been really nice if they showed the old & new filters. Service was not as expected. No options given with type of oil. Synthetic was not mandatory brut was the only option given. Upsell to an expensive cabin air filter was told to customer it was needed. This is the only place I've been to where you never leave the car for an oil change. You keep your car in line and pull into the bay. They enter the pit and release your oil then top you off as well as a couple other fluids. They'll offer some basic services, air filter, wipers, but that's it. I was given a water bottle and just sat inside while I read the news. In and out in 30-45 mins on a Saturday morning at 7am where I was number 3 in line. Predatory, rude and incompetent employees here...... Avoid this cesspool of a business at all costs! Waiting in line for more than a half hour behind a poor woman who the unscrupulous employees here were clearly upselling for filters and other crap she didn't need. Should have been my first clue to drive away and never come back but by then another vehicle was parked behind me so I dealt with it. Finally got to the front of the line and sure enough, the idiot employee wearing a Pittsburgh Pirate cap (black cap with a gold capital "P") taking my info tried to intimidate me into getting the synthetic and/or high mileage oil change at $85 and $65 a pop (it ain't worth the extra $$$ kids so don't fall for their crap) after I told him three times I wanted the conventional change. After he failed at his pathetic attempt at larceny, he stormed away cussing under his breath and I had to start all over again with another moron who tried the same thing. At this point, I got in his face and told him the lower the hood back down and get the hell outta my way cuz I was leaving to get a real oil change at the Kwik Car in Coppell. Do yourself a favor and don't slow down if you happen to be driving on Business 121 through Lewisville. These neer do wells will try and suck every dime outta your wallet and then probably screw up what should be an easy job. These guys added way to much oil to my dad's car and didn't put the cap back on. Then the manager had a combative attitude when he came to ask them to help clean the overflow that had spilled all over the engine. Accusing the poor guy of going home, spilling oil all over the engine and then coming back smh. Came here to get a inspection... waited 15 minutes before inspection guy was informed i was waiting on inspection ... I didn't have current insurance card ready... while i called insurance company to get current card sent to me which took 2 or 3 minutes. Guy decided to skip me in line. I gave them benefit of doubt and stayed anyways. When it was my turn on inspection like 45 minutes had passed.. I finally asked guy what was taking so long? They had originally said 10 minutes however 45 minutes is long.. His printer broke and he couldn't print my paper.
