There isn't enough on their menu to make me order from them frequently. But I definitely enjoyed the portabello burger I got and would get it the next time if I order again. The portabello has great oregano seasoning and comes with arugula, roasted red peppers, goat cheese, and a pretzel bun (love!). It also comes with red onions. I asked them to remove the onions and they didn't, so I had to take them off. The burger comes with a nice portion of sweet potato fries. And let me tell you--these sweet potato fries are the best I've had in a while. So, I stumbled across this healthy food restaurant while I was driving through the neighborhood. I was looking for good quality food and I've been to other "healthy" restaurants so I decided to give this one a shot. First, the restaurant is not that big at all in size but do not let that discourage you whatsoever! It's just right for a quick sitdown during the day and the free Wifi (ask the cashier for the password) plus the USB/Power outlets available make it a perfect place to grab some food and get some work done. Also, I must mention that the place is extremely clean and well kept. The bathroom is also pristine! Now, for the food. They offer numerous options from wraps, protein shakes, and plates. Everything is health conscious and the menu is very detailed. I opted for the teriyaki steak with brown rice and broccoli. I dined in and they brought the food on an actual porcelain plate and stainless steel utensils. Their attention to detail and service is great. The food tasted delicious and it was exactly the type of plate I was craving for lunch. The steak was tender and the teriyaki sauce was the perfect touch. Needless to say I left the plate clean. The only downside I would say is the pricing if you're on a budget. It's not too expensive in my opinion for the quality of food but it will be an issue if you're on a budget. Typically these type of restaurants are a bit on the pricier side but healthy food is always more expensive. I ordered a salad with Mixed greens, shrimp, avocado, tomatoes, carrots, and honey lemon dressing. The salad was great and the shrimp was very well cooked. FAIL. Saw this new place on Seamless this morning and got super excited. I ordered two egg platters and pancakes. Egg platters didn't say much, just that it would come with your usual meat selection but because the word PLATTER is in there I figured it would come with home fries and toast, the usual. Nope- not the case. Instead the platters came with sweet potato home fries that were super hard and no toast. My over easy eggs has the yolk cooked, and the turkey it came with was super dry. I ate the eggs and turkey only. I also got an order of pancakes to share with my husband. The pancakes looked more like small and thin crepes. I thought they would come with seasonal fruit which is what Seamless said. Instead I got blueberries and jam. $25 later and I'm simply not satisfied. I won't be ordering from this place again. I was really excited that a healthy option opened up in this neighborhood. Acai bowls, healthy wraps and salads? Yes please. This place sounded like a dream come true in an area with not many delivery options, let alone healthy ones. I've ordered delivery from NTK for both wraps and the acai bowls. The spicy wrap is fantastic and my favorite thing I've gotten from here. It isn't very spicy, but the combination of flavors is fantastic and everything is very fresh. My only complaint about this wrap is that they have avocado in it which actually doesn't go much with the flavor of the wrap and feels forced... Guac would be a better (and still avocado related) fit. The Thai chicken wrap is also pretty solid but a bit drier and less flavorful. I'd get it again if I was craving a chicken based one, but the spicy one was better. The acai bowls were delicious but really small. More of an appetizer sized acai bowl than a meal. At least the size is reflected in the price. The berry one is delicious. I have also tried the avocado one, expecting it to be a green base one, but instead it was the berry one plus avocado... a really weird combination and again forcing avocado in. Just don't come here. My husband and I came here to get an açaí bowl and smoothie. I ordered the Cinnamon Roll smoothie and my husband got the tropical açaí bowl. The young lady first made my smoothie and left it on the blender running while she was taking another customer. I instantly knew it would be runny. As I watched her pour it it was pretty much like a juice so I asked her if she could make it thicker. She proceeded to add two bananas and more oats and ice again let it run too long on the blender. For my husbands tropical bowl they didn't have pineapple so he got kiwi. He said that some of the fruits on top were not ripe, the mango was hard like carrots , and that the bowl could've used a drizzle of honey. You never know how small a salad is going to be so that's why we ordered the panini, but man! These salads are huge! Also, I really appreciate the size of the dressing they provided. I don't like when places give a large salad and a tiny little cup of dressing. You know what I mean?! Not this place! We were so full from the salads we were only able to take a bite of the panini, but the pesto had a nice flavor. Only thing I'd say is the wrapping it came in was a little flimsy for the panini, but with that taste I didn't care the packaging ripped. Nothing was tremendously bad but when you call and have to get transferred to another person because someone cannot comprehend basic english is a problem. #3 you have to step your acai game up. I always order the arugula shrimp wrap and no joke, there's always like 2 pieces of shrimp chopped up in the wrap.
