A woman took down our order, but later asked if we got waffles, even though I said pancakes - overall took 25 minutes to get our order of a salad and pancakes. Pancake platter came with two pancakes, two eggs, and a couple berries on the side. There's also an option to add sausage or bacon but no price there, which adds to the confusion. When we pointed it out, they removed the charge from our bill. There were maybe 3 people who stood behind the coffee bar which is kind of around a corner, making it hard to get service if you're not in their field of vision. Kind of strange there isn't a clear welcoming desk or something like that. Also, I think the menu uses AI as photos - there's a picture of a burger with fries and chips, but I don't think they serve chips. There's also a picture of cake with garlic next to it, which could be an artistic choice.
