A nice place to get some refreshing boba tea! I had only gone to the other location in Chinatown so am happy to have this location as an option too. I did notice a slight price difference between the two locations however, with the Chinatown location being a bit cheaper (and I think that their portions are a smidge larger too or is it just me?). For example, their milk teas - I ordered a Nu Ice tea with honey boba and paid almost $5 on Westheimer and almost $4 in Chinatown. UPDATE: they changed the prices for their milk teas and it now matches the Chinatown location's pricing. :) read more

We came here on a Friday night after dinner after seen the review from Yelp. The sweetness of the shaved ice tasted artificial and the Boba were under cooked with the same artificial sweeteners and some kind after taste. The strawberry shaved ice also tasted artificial. The store was very warm with outside temperature above 90 degrees and A/C did not seems to be on. There is no comparison with the Saved ice from Taiwan. Definitely will not come back! read more

I am a regular customer here and I came in to give my neice and nephews a treat. I come here at least once a week. I filled out the form while my niece was distracting me and I checked off the wrong box. Instead of green tea with strawberry toppings, I put strawberry as my shaved ice. We asked them to change it since it was a mistake, but they made us pay for a new one! As a business owner, I must say that was the worst customer service! Especially cause I'm a regular!!! Everything on their menu is amazing! Definitely a must try if your in the area. The staff is really fast and friendly. They will take their time explaining everything on their menu. We usually go late evening and its packed. Best thing they close late. read more

This place was nice looking and had a good amount of seating. The menu was easy to read and order. The shaved ice was very creamy and surprisingly rice tasting. This was my first time trying shaved ice and I'll definitely come here again. It was tasty and not heavy. It was a tasty light treat. The price was a little high for a small cup ($5) but I felt like we got more for the money dining in. read more

I really liked this place. The decor is cute and ordering is pretty simple and easy. I tried the mango shaved ice with mango and strawberry with condensed milk on top. It was delicious! The first time we visited this place, the young man behind the counter was very helpful and we were very impressed. Even though the place did look dirty, we attributed it to it being late in the day, with a slew of customers having already paraded through. Our first experience with shaved ice, and it was fantastic. Their Thai tea is amazing, and they have a good variety of jellies for their teas. The boba tastes great, too. The second time we went- not so much. We walked in about an hour and 15 minutes before closing time, and we were turned away because they were 'already closed.' That was after about 5 minutes of standing at the counter wondering if anyone had seen us yet. The ac wasn't working, so it was very hot in there; perhaps that's why they closed early? read more
