I mean it's the best grocery store in the world. You can find anything here. It is a little pricey but you get what you pay for. We do our meats and veggies here and any specialty items for a charcuterie board . The deli, seasoned meats, fresh cold and hot apps, everything here is good. The staff are amazing too. Everyone is in a good mood all the time and happy to help with questions. read more

This nugget is closest to my home, and we come here at least 1 -2x a week. We get our water bottles refilled for our in home dispenser, get freshly made hot breakfast burritos, fresh made smoothies. Or to grab a couple groceries. Employees are always very nice and kind. Service is quick and friendly. Clean store with lots of lighting. They even have a indoor area to eat. The Nugget is a great place to get a prepped meal to warm up, a hot meal to eat now, or even baked goods, like my favorite, their warm fresh made chocolate chunk cookies. read more

Went to the new nugget and I was shocked with how big it was inside. They have seating outside and a smaller second floor lounge area where you can enjoy a nice meal from their hot food bar, cafe or sandwiches. I've always been a fan of nugget and this one feels just like any of their other ones. Employees are very friendly and they had tons of staffing when I was there. Usually my sandwich takes awhile to be made at other locations but this was one was ready in about 5 minutes! They had several workers at each station: cafe, bakery, sandwiches and pizza. Everything looked really fresh and clean and they even had small sample stations to try certain foods out and tons of cashiers open so there was no wait time at all. I highly recommend trying their cafe, sandwiches and pizza. Their breakfast burritos are also one of the best! Definitely try it if you get there in the morning. read more

Went today on my limited lunch to get a sandwhich and some pasta salad to eat, I proceeded to go order a sandwhich from the counter and patiently wait( 7-8 mins before I was even acknowledged) to order a sandwhich, I was told it would be 10 mins before it was ready no big deal, I get my bulk pasta and wait to the side and doom scroll away on my phone. Several minutes go by that the timer for my lunch goes off I'm now late, I proceed to head to the sandwhich counter to ask about the sandwhich again I was not acknowledged all the while the employees gossiped about another employees personal life (all of which I needed not to hear about) was told it would be another 10-15 mins as they could not find my sandwhich order slip. Turned around and walked out feeling as if I had just been ignored like the odd person out at the water cooler. read more

Saw the advertisement for this new location so I had to stop in. I'm so happy that I did. This upscale grocery store has an excellent selection of fruits and veggies you don't always find in other grocery stores. The store is so neat and clean. It's easy to maneuver through the aisles and find the items you are looking for. They are generous with samples and their customer service is impeccable! The meat department and wine selection were very impressive. Eddie Murphy might regret selling his home in the area. read more

I walked into the bakery about 30 minutes before closing with a completely last-minute request for five dozen plain vanilla cupcakes -- no frosting -- and Eli didn't hesitate for a second. They jumped right in and got the order together without making me feel like an inconvenience at all. That kind of guest service is genuinely hard to find, and it did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Eli! I got a good impression from this market during my visit. It was clean, organized, and filled with great shopping options. They were also giving away a variety of samples throughout the store, so I enjoyed some good snacking. I stopped by for lunch and found all kinds of fresh salads, sandwiches, and soups in the deli. The employees were rushing to stock the shelves with things like sandwiches, and chicken salad they ran low. I went to the self-service salad bar and filled a container with a selection of pasta salad, green salad, and curry salad. The price came to $8.99 and it was a fair amount of food. Everything tasted and looked great. My checkout was quick and the cashier was friendly. You can't ask for much more from a grocery store. read more

The selection in the store is great, but last night I was waiting for the guy with the long black pony tail to check me out, I had 2 items. The man in front of me checked out and continued to talk to the courtesy clerk ahem, about high school track or something. Now its my turn to check out two items and the clerk with the long black pony tail, TURNS HIS BACK FROM ME TO LISTEN TO TJIS HIGH SCHOOL TRACK CONVERSATION! I waited for him to ring me out, and I waited a few more minutes. When I realized he was deliberately ignoring me, I said to him I have two items. Oh yeah I know. Was his response. This market is my favorite to visit because it's clean, organized, well stocked, has great looking produce, nice bakery, has hot food options, and it's never crowded when I go. The staff is also very nice and welcoming. All the reasons to make shopping here pleasant experience. It is slightly higher priced items but the quality of this place and its products is definitely high. read more

I used to drive from Granite Bay to Nugget on Pleasant Grove because it had the best bread, vegetables, meat, and knowledgeable people. The new Granite Bay store is out of bread half the time, vegetables are average at best and staff is not knowledgeable about anything. Meat department is still great. I used to be able to ask produce people a question and get a great knowledgeable answer. Now they know about as much about vegetables as someone working at Home Depot. Hope this is just because it has new staff and management. Don't really understand why you have such a great store in West Roseville and basically a loser in Granite Bay. read more

We are very satisfied with the quality of food, the quality of service and the employee team that make us keep coming back when we both lived in Rockland we shopped at the nugget that was in Roseville and also had great expenses there. The phone service is amazing (Costco is horrible). I called for a product, was connected to the right department and she offered to hold the items for me. Also the only store in ROS area with Buffalo mozzarella from Italy! The store in ROS always seemed too far from GB, so super excited this has opened up here. Amazing selection and service! read more

I came into the new Nugget in Granite Bay which is a quick 2 minute drive from my work and I was in AWE. Everything was aesthetically displayed and organized. I would love to give a shoutout to the sandwich making department. Jershawn greeted myself and my coworker with a smile and took our sandwich order. We loved that she clarified items we were unfamiliar with. Very personable. It made for a good experience. Looking forward to coming back tomorrow! Ok the experience is just terrible, I visit this place like every week since they opened and I think the store try really hard to make the employees at check out nice, but this one lady made it downhill. How can someone be so bossy not allowing their customer walk their cart through the check-out lane (which is how every store supposed to work). This lady had the nerve to say that the cart has to go through her side even when all products has already been scanned by her on the register. Lady, I know this not the norm of the store since I have been there countless times and no one has ever treated customers like that. I will stop visiting this place. I can find cheaper priced items anyways. read more

This review is in regards to the premade cold food you take home and reheat. My wife and I grabbed pancetta Brussels sprouts, bbq ribs, and mashed potatoes. The Brussel sprouts were inedible and tasted like bad fish, my wife and I each ate one and threw the rest away. The ribs were not bbq but some kind of nasty overly seasoned ancho chile tasting garbage. We ate as much as we could because that was our dinner and we needed to eat something but they were terrible, my wife covered them in bbq sauce, I added salsa since they were already seasoned like Mexican food but they were still hard to eat. Don't call it bbq ribs if you're going to put some nasty taco seasoning dry rub on it, THATS NOT BBQ!! Lastly is the mashed potatoes, how could you mess up mashed potatoes right? Straight out of a box, I swear to you the mashed potatoes were straight out of a box of instant mashed potatoes, you can not convince me otherwise. So don't eat the prepared food unless you want to pay restaurant prices for trash. You could get better food at chilis for less even if you added drinks read more

I went there right after their grand opening. It is a beautiful store, well organized, very clean. The staff all so friendly and helpful. I had heard their meat was good quality so I bought a bone-in steak for my husband ($27.00) and filet mignon for myself. They were so superior to any of the steaks at the local markets.
