The service was fair. The sandwich was ok.. it was a Sunday lunch time. They had no fries or anything hot. They stated they ran out. It appears when things happen like that, as if the customer is a burden. It was quiet and no one was there. The drinks and sandwiches were tasty but not a return visit. read more

Tried to redeem the offer for the free mini sandwich for lunch and my only option was for it to be ready the next day. I called to ask if it could be redeemed in store and the employee told me no, but that I could try another day. There was no resolve offered so I chose another restaurant for lunch. Very good first stop at Capriotti's for lunch. We got a half (5") chicken cheesesteak ($9.68) and a small (8") cheesesteak ($13.28). Both were excellent - especially the real pieces of tender streak. There were plenty of ingredients so it made for a finger-licking good mess. The sandwich roll is a little soft for my liking but it held up pretty well. The onions and mushrooms made for a flavorful sandwich but the cheese was a little cloying. Service was friendly and pretty quick as not too busy for a late lunch. Nice clean space and restroom. I would come back if closer to home, but thought the prices were high given the portion sizes. read more

I've been here twice and both times I ordered the house made turkey provolone sandwich. I love the fact they cook the turkey fresh, it's good albeit a tad dry so important to have plenty of veggies. Good afternoon!! I went to the Granite Bay location on Saturday July 26, 2025. Found the restaurant quite clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Ordered the Waygu regular sized cheese steak. It was quite tasty yet I was EXTREMELY disappointed in the fact that there was NO horseradish sauce available. Pretty much EVERY place I've had this type of sandwich and restaurants that offers this as well most places also with French Dip as well has this condiment. It definitely makes the sandwich on another level, making it more satisfying. As I said it was a very big letdown and even though the sandwich and staff were both very good it will keep me away from coming back and recommending unless it's offered in the future. So I tried on of there Cheesesteak sandwiches, not bad the steak was tender, they offer sweet and hot peppers which is how I like it but the hot peppers were not that hot. Also could have used more peppers. I give it a 3 stars for the Cheesesteak but their Chicken Bacon Ranch and the classic Italian are at least a 4 1/2 stars. Calling MD Capriotti's was a waste of time, they would not cancel order, stating all ordering was thru doordash. So someone received 3 cheeses takes and a sub. Moving forward, this Roseville Capriotti's honored the order. I can't say enough about the excellent treatment and the very tasty cheese steaks and Italian sub. Coming from Hockessin, DE. Where Capriotti's originated and the competition between Casapulas and Capriotti's I could not be more proud. Loaded sandwich, a little expensive but it was really good and packed full of ingredients. Got the Bobbie, technically I ordered the hot bobbie, but received it cold (through delivery). It was still very good though. I only order a few times a year as I found my favorite sandwich is the Hot Bobbie, however, it is best with gravy. Since they don't have the gravy year round I only order when the gravy is available. If the gravy was available year round I would order much more often. read more

I purchased two large Bobbie's sandwiches to bring to my son in San Diego. To keep them fresh for the next day, Capriotti's "deconstructed" the sandwiches for me. However, in the process of providing the ingredients to assemble the sandwiches, they forgot the turkey. I called the restaurant and spoke to a young lady who apologized for the mistake. She said she would refund me for the two large sandwiches but was having issues with the cash register and asked if she could call me back later. I have called four times now regarding my issue. On my third call, I was told that a district manager would contact me to resolve the situation, but I have yet to hear from them. Is this how Capriotti's treats their customers? I was given an email address to reach the district manager, so let's see how this progresses. Update: I sent an email to the address provided by the woman who answered the phone last night. Unfortunately, it bounced because it is not a valid email address. What a sham! Update: 12.09.2024 The number listed below for Katelyn is for State Farm. The pricing was comparable to other like franchise type sandwich shops and even some fast food joints. Hubs had the Italian sandwich. He thought it was better than his favorite Jersey M's Italian. Now I suppose he may have a new favorite. I also liked Capriottis cheesesteak vs Jersey M's. But we do not live close to this shop or to any other Capriottis. Darn. I traveled a bit to get to Cappriotti's Sandwich Shop for the "Grand Opening", and don't regret it. The medium Wagu beef Au jus sandwich, and the Cheesesteak sandwich I bought were fantastic. The ambience is great, and greeting staff person, probably the manager was hospitable and very helpful. I will definitely be returning. I was at one of my customers houses and they had these sandwiches they live close to this place so I thought I'd give it a try. I came in. I ordered a classic Italian sandwich. and a small drink it was $21 went and got my drink. Use the bathroom came back. My sandwich was ready no tray just wrapped in paper and handed me to me like that I'm eating inside. They handed to me wrapped up. I sat down, unwrap it bite into and go man. this is dry, open it up and there's no condiments on my sandwich. They have packets of mayonnaise mustard, ketchup for you to put on your sandwich, I can get that Am p.m. down the street for a whole lot less than what I paid for here to put my own condiments on if I wanted to make my sandwich, I would've .subway makes a better sandwich will not be back. This review is based on our first visit to Capriotti's. The shop is easy to find - right on the corner of Douglas and Sierra College. Lots of parking right in front. The space is big, clean and very cool looking. Everyone is masked up and social distancing. We came in around 4:30 on a weekday to get food to go. We were the only customers in the store the entire time we were there. It took about ten minutes to get our sandwiches ready. We ordered two plain turkey sandwiches, two chips, and two cookies. It was $30.00 which seems high to me and sets my expectations for perfect sandwiches. We took our food home to eat. Both of our sandwiches were not made the way we ordered them. On mine they did not add mustard as requested and they forgot lettuce and tomatoes also. So I got turkey, cheese and huge amounts of mayo. Uck. My husband's sandwich had the wrong kid of cheese. The turkey meat on the sandwiches is fresh shredded turkey and it's delicious. I'm not sure how they got our very easy order wrong as it wasn't busy. Hearty signature subs! We ordered a party tray for a work celebration. You can customize the sandwiches to get one kind of sandwiches or mix it up and create your own party tray and choose a combination of their cold subs. My boss ordered the "Delaware's Finest" party tray. It included an assortment of their Cap's classics: The Bobbie®, Slaw Be Jo®, and the Italian sub (served with pickles, hot and sweet peppers). I like that the sandwiches came in small sizes. I was able to try two of the three sammies, they're still a nice size portion. The American Wagyu Slaw Be Jo was really good (Wagyu beef, provolone cheese, Russian dressing, homemade coleslaw, and mayo). I also tried The Bobbie... it's like all the fixing of a Thanksgiving dinner in a sandwich (homemade turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing, and mayo). Have Thanksgiving all year-round whenever you want with The Bobbie! When I looked up the location on Douglas Blvd I noticed that it was at the former Mr Pickles located at the Sierra Oaks Plaza Center. Bonus: the shop is a couple of doors down from Vampire Penguin. Pics were misleading. I was under the impression that this was a mom and pop sandwich spot but nope it's basically a chain. Despite that I gave them a shot. The workers were friendly and helpful so 5 stars due to excellent service. 2 stars for the dry Turkey sandwich I received. Don't get me wrong, flavor was good for a turkey sandwich but I had to ask for an extra side of mayo to offset the cotton mouth I had from eating the sandwich. Plus I feel like there were limited options for toppings. Price was decent for a 6" sub, but next time I'll visit Sprouts for something more filling, flavorful, and variety for the same price point. read more

My wife loves this place for the IMPOSSIBLE Cheesesteak, my kids like the Turkey and Cheese since it is freshly roasted and pulled turkey but every time they get to the end of the sandwich they complain how dry the sandwich is. There is no one to blame it is how turkey prepared that way is so no complaint just info sharing. Staff is always super friendly and timely with service. This place could be a 5 star location in my book if it wasn't for a couple things that appear more corporate or franchisee driven: Their naked fries are top 5 best fries I have ever had, this location discontinued them, they said the owner didn't want to do them anymore, not sure if it was the only thing they fried but they were AMAZING, this was one of the main items the family agreed was a reason to go eat here. I've never heard of this sandwich chain, but their sandwiches are not what you'd expect from a chain shop. So far we can't order anything but a Bobbie. It's Thanksgiving on a bun. You can order it hot or cold. We got cold and it was like any leftover sandwich you'd make at home the day after Thanksgiving. Outstanding! We've eaten it twice, first time it was the perfect ratio of turkey/stuffing/cranberry sauce vs soft roll. Next time it was a bit too "bready" for me, but that didn't stop me from eating a whole medium sandwich. Depends on who makes it. read more
