I also really enjoyed my latte, with three different syrups in the drink, I was concerned it would be too sweet but it was perfect (I did add an extra shot of espresso to it). Today the service was downright hostile. We ordered our four coffees at half-sweetness to account for our taste and they were still very sweet. When my daughter went to ask, the barista was very rude to her about it. Additionally, when I went to collect our drinks, I asked which was which, the same barista was rude to me. We are polite patrons and the store was not overly busy. The only reason I can think for the way we were treated was because we did not put a tip on the charge when we paid. Our total for four coffees was $29 and change. That's quite a tab and I am happy to pay it as the coffees were a treat, but I wait to pay a tip to see how the service is.
