Wow! Do NOT come here. They will just take your money. I paid for the floors with cash ( they made me pay cash by the way) and was told the next week they will schedule installation. I heard nothing so I called the business. The owner said I hadn't paid. So I went to the store with the hand written receipt they had given me. The owner said his system shows I hadn't paid and I can't pick up the material. I showed him the receipt but he said he doesn't know who signed it, he said He didn't get the money. WOW. I have never seen a business disorganized and unprofessional to this level! He also quoted me 50% higher than the installation fee they gave me a few days ago. Not to mention the owner was so rude. My contractor referred us to this flooring business and what an excellent referral. The selection is great for any type of flooring and the prices are excellent as well. Hu provides excellent customer service and is very knowledgeable about the products. We received our flooring in a few days and our contractor picked it up. Because it's such excellent customer service, I will be referring others. UPDATE as of 7/31/2019: I took my daughter to get flooring for her new home and I/we received the same courteous service again! If I could giver higher than 5 stars I would! My mom has been wanting to remodel and decorate her home for years, but she just didn't have the time and money. After years of saving she was finally able to start the process. We initially went to bigger suppliers like Home Depot and Empire and they were quoting use a ridiculous amount. We initially went across the street to Lumber Liquidators but then saw Nulook across the way and thought "why not check it out?" and I am so glad we did. Hugh was very accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was able to help us find a flooring that was exactly what we were looking for. And no other competitor could be beat his price. His team did a wonderful job installing the flooring over four days. We had a big house (two story, 4 bedroom and 3 baths) and they were able to work so fast and efficiently. These guys are horrible. Placed an order payed and all we received were promises of our floor arriving . After a month we called they said they would have it in a few days. A few days passed we called and turns out now it was 2-3 week. Contractor started ripping old floor since they told us it was a few days for delivery. Canceled everything and had to search for another supplier. Wouldn't recommend this place. read more

We are beyond happy with our new wood floors. We have been wanting to replace our carpet for years and was very happy to find Nulook floors. Hugh provided us with outstanding customer service, allowing us to take many sample homes to compare against our kitchen flooring. When we finally arrived at our decision, I placed the order and our floors we in within just a couple of days. We could not be happier with the work completed by NuLook. Harry was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and communicative throughout our mini-remodel. In three bathrooms and a laundry room, we had 30 year old laminate flooring. Harry provided us with a variety of options to match our budget and preferences. Not only did NuLook revamp the floors with high quality, durable porcelain tile, they helped us demolish old vanities, toilets, built us a new tiled shower, and renovated an old bathtub. Because I wanted to minimize cost, Harry was more than willing to allow me to do the plumbing, painting, and finish work where applicable. Project: laminate floor on approximately 1600 sq feet 1st floor residential house, 5 inch baseboard, removal of travertine tiles (300 sq ft), ceramic tiles (200 sq ft) and carpets (1100 sq ft), removal & installation of 2 toilets. Shopping for the laminate wood: 8/2014 to 9/30/2014 (2 months) Original completion timeline: 1 week Actual completion timeline: 2 weeks due to removal of travertine floor required strenuous efforts. It took us about 2 months to identify the laminate wood we like. We purchased 3 boxes of different styles of hardwood at about $40/box and just to see how the floor would look like when the planks are laid on the ground so we can choose which style we like the best. Hugh was very patient and professional, and he provided us a reasonable quote comparing to other quotes we received. Hugh provided various guidance to suit our needs. Nevertheless, you should do your own online research on the floor you want to get so that you can ask educated questions to Hugh. We were also pleasantly surprised about Nulook's installers. The installers are primarily a father/son in-laws team, and occasionally another installer. The workmanship was excellent!!! The installers also leveled our concrete floor in order to minimize/prevent the hollowness feeling of laminate floor in a floating system type of installation. We are in the market for a floor and visited the store in Santa Ana. They did not have the bamboo flooring that we were looking for but the salesman offered to get a sample of what they had but he had to order it. It has now been 7 days and there has been no response. I feel that if they cannot get a sample, how long would it take if I actually ordered a floor. When I mentioned it to the salesman he was not at all effected. read more

Wow! The customer service by Hugh and Oscar is off the charts! This is a huge compliment from us as we are really picky after having years working with contractors, service industry, etc. We truly feel our experience with them has been one of the best out there!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! Hugh is an exceptional! Very customer focused, fair pricing, proactive in calls and follow-up and so pleasant to work with from beginning to end. We put hardwood floors throughout our home and Oscar was the leading star installer. His workmanship was excellent - all floor boards and wall trim precision cut, quick and very, very clean on his work. His customer service attitude was so pleasant and gracious. He always would have us double check and whatever little minor item we might notice he would be so gracious about fixing. We had a problem with the drywall and he even said he would come back and put in a little round corner later if we wanted. Going above and beyond, we had water damage to the floors and they even came out to see what it might be from and how to help. It was a roof leak through the wall and caused water damage to the floors, cabinet, etc. Not only did they came out quickly when we were ready for those rooms to be redone, they also did the door casing to match the new floor board wall trim and a couple of other places that got torn up at no extra cost. My only wish is they did more services so I could use them for all our home & business needs =) read more

After a couple of months of trying to pick out tile, trying "tile mile", etc.. we found these guys while just driving by. Harry and the guys were awesome, as were the prices. They helped me load up, after the order... which was there on time, and without problems. Never had to wait for a call back, or email more then 1/2 a day, if that. Just all around great guys to work with. But specific differences to other stores, no waiting 10 minutes for "let me go check the price". Quotes were written up without excuses on the spot. I had to (not kidding) wait 30 minutes at times for someone to go back and forth with a calculator elsewhere. And any hiccups where dealt with immediately. read more

My wife and I walked in, both sales people were on the phone. 20 minutes later, They were still at their desks. No one came up to greet us or ask us if we needed help.
