Pantusa was the provider my insurance called to get my car towed out of the impound lot and also…read moreended up being the provider to tow my car to the shop. Jedi was the one who came to drop my car off and he did it super quickly and professionally! I asked him to park the car alongside the curve of the culdesac, which was a bit of a tight squeeze for the tow truck but he managed to get it done. On the way to the shop, the first tow truck contacted by my insurance wasn't able to tow the car and recommended that we call the insurance and have them send out someone with proper equipment, and sure enough they send Pantusa. I didn't catch the guy who came out this time but he was super patient and slowly and carefully maneuvered my car onto the flatbed with no issues!

Tesla dispatched Pantusa at about 10pm to come tow my car back to the closest service center, which was back in El Paso. Shortly after hanging up with Tesla I received a call from Charles, the tow truck driver, letting me know he was dispatched, that he was coming from El Paso, and he'd let me know when he was close. I've a towing company a couple times in my life and never had that happen, it was comforting to get the communication. He text me when he was about 10 minutes out to let me know, which was now almost midnight. When he arrived he took pictures all around the car, including the underside, and sent them to me so I also had them. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that since the prior time I had my X towed they did damage to the wheel and underside of the car. He clearly was familiar with towing the model X and knew where and how to pull onto the flatbed, and was very carful when doing so. Since it was very late by the time we got back to El Paso, he offered to take me to the hotel before dropping off the car at the service center. Overall, I was dealing with crappy situation but I really appreciated that Charles was friendly, communicative, attentive to details, and very competent in what he does, which helped lessen the stress of the situation. With AI and Google is becoming increasingly more difficult to get scammed. I was on the fence with two of the repairs and the discussions I had with them, I chose not to do one of them since I'm not the owner of the car. They explained it could wait age I cos give her the option to move forward with the others. Yes, I paid a pretty penny but they were fair, fast, and detailed.
