I had a terrible experience here, I came in for a two week fill (I had acrylic overlay over my natural nails) and the woman doing my nails snipped them all off before I could say anything about it, then told me I needed a removal (not by my request). She then removed the rest of the acrylic, added tips, acrylic, and did the design I requested (a square shape nail with rounded edges). When I went to pay she states that I owed $100 because she did a removal, full set, acrylic, and an ombré French tip with a white chrome..... mind you I only came in for a two week fill which the same woman had done.... I've been going here pretty exclusively for my nails over the last few years, usually I am pretty happy with the finished result, and I would have no issues with lifting for at least 3 weeks after getting them. Unfortunately 2 weeks ago I left feeling pretty bummed about the final product. My nails were uneven in length, some were crooked, I had acrylic overlapping my skin, the polish lines were spotty, and they started lifting after only a week. Washing my hair was a pain because hair would snag and get stuck under the nails, not to mention everything else that got stuck under them . My experience here was very bad . The nails they use didn't hold up very well do to bad placement and the were rushing the process . The nails were only glued to the nail beds which didn't hold up well and gave press on . I usually never get my feet done but I did and end up getting foot fungus do to poor care . I've gone here twice both times for pedicures they are always open with no wait. Nice over the phone. The first time I had great service and nails that lasted a month from a older guy who was very nice and outgoing. Did a great job the entire time. I went a few days ago for another and I got a younger guy who didn't say anything a looked mad. He barley massaged my feet and didn't use any sea scrub which I paid extra for and the lady next to me getting the same pedicure from the nice guy the first time got everything with excellent service. Lazy nail techs....I was only with the pedicure I got at first except for the color not being opaque at all. So when I went back to get it fixed they told me it was a neon and couldn't be, but they could change the color for $15 so I said fine paid it, but he was obviously he cut me in multiple places with the drill and painted very very lazy. The lady who did my lashes was very quick with it and she didn't give me the brush to brush it out and after she didn't tell me anything about how to care for it or anything she just wanted to start it fast and finish it. Before you get lash extension from here, they don't do individual lashes to each of the hairs on your eyelashes but they glue it on top of your eyelid (like falsies but with some permanent glue). Results are nice but the hairs felt so plastic but they did last me for a little over 2 weeks now. I also suggest once they start to come out, get it professionally taken out because a lot of my eyelashes were ripped out when I tried to fix them. 1st time I came to this nail place my daughter and I we got our pedicures and a full set of nails. Our pedicure came out nice the guys that did them were really nice. When it was time for our nails we got them done with the girl that sits by the window in the second row. My daughter got her nails done 1st. I thought they were kinda long then it was my turned I told the girl I wanted my nails a little smaller then my daughters I wanted the ones that cost $30 she smirk and said same size of your nails so I just stayed quit didn't want to be rude. The girl seem like she was in a hurry maybe tired not my fault but ok. When it was time to pay she had charge me the same as my daughter nails even do my nails where smaller. I didn't want to argue so I payed. I should of learned my lesson. So then I came back again this time I got my nails done by Violet I got a fill and gel color everything was good. They charge me for a fill and gel color. On the 4th time of coming everything changed. I got a fill and I told Violet I had my own nail polish. Before she painted my nails she told me she had the same color in gel. I told her no gel I wanted my nails painted with my own color I had just got it and it was a grey glittery. She painted my nails and she told me they look matt and I said yes they do. The color did look kinda matt not glossy. Then she tells me to go sit on the purple light by the door. She comes over and puts this kinda clear polish it made my nails super matt they where not glittery anymore. My nails look plain silver not what I wanted. So again didn't say anything didn't want to be rude. When I was going to pay they charge me $20 for my fill $5 to remove the gel and $5 for a matt finish that I didn't ask for. I don't understand they never charge me to remove my gel color how was she going to do my fill without removing it I would think it's in the fill price. It's not like I had them remove it for another color. Lesson learn never go there again and always ask in advance how much for everything before they start with my nails :( read more

The employees are friendly and they know their profession. There is a wide variety of nail options with endless color choices and waxing is also an option here. I love the fact that they are open until 9 pm most weekdays, they are consistent, reliable, wonderful customer service, and honestly everything else.
