After hearing about how there's a kids chair here, I decided to bring my daughter in for her first mani pedi! Having a kids chair was definitely a bonus (I don't think I've noticed one at most nail shops I've been to?) and they were patient and gentle while doing my daughter's mani pedi. I think they did a good job and most importantly my daughter loves her nails! I got a classic spa pedicure. For $35, I thought it was reasonably priced and I was happy with how my toes turned out. I also enjoyed sitting in the massage chair for an hour ;) My only complaint would be the smell. The polish odor was pretty strong inside and it wasn't pleasant smelling it for the hour. It was a full shop though so I'm wondering if it's not as bad when it's less busy? Afterwards, my daughter said the smell was what she didn't like about getting her nails done :/ Smell aside, we had a good experience and time together overall and I have no regrets coming for our mommy daughter date :) read more

Stopped by this place because the recent reviews seemed decent. I previously had gel on my nails, I wanted the gel taken off and have them paint my natural nails with regular polish. This was mentioned at the beginning of my appointment. However, twice during the appointment I had to reiterate that I wanted the gel FULLY gone because my nail tech attempted to just drill SOME off and call it good both times. Ultimately, she never completely removed the gel, painted over it in a rush and sent me off. $45 for this service... plus tip. (I tipped only for the fact that they agreed to take me in at 6PM, when their closing time is 7PM). Now I'll be having to pay for this service to be done correctly elsewhere and waste another hour of my time having someone else fix a simple nail job that their techs should be fully capable of doing. I was recommended to go here from a friend, I had a shellac manicure done out of town, and decided to try this place out to get new shellac. I was a walk in, but I was told they could do a shellac manicure, so I sat and waited for a few, I have never been to a place that does not take most if not all of the shellac off your nails from the previous manicure. So I was a little shocked and thought it was a bit off to see that they left a lot of the previous shellac on my nails, then just filed them down a bit and sent me to another nail tech to put the color on my nails. What bothered me about this part of the experience was that the shellac was applied to where it looked like I already had grow out. I was not pleased. Another part of this experience , was that the entire nail was not painted from side to side, I asked that she put another coat on the nails to cover my nail and it's entirety, but it was still a sub par job. I mean, don't get me wrong, maybe they were just having an off day. But I can only review my experience and this is what it was. read more

Had my Manicure with Shellac and when I got home I noticed the sides of my nails either has no polish or over polished sticking to my skin which is uncomfortable because it was cured already. My pedicure was also bad my toe nail had a cut on the side which I was shock and it's been 3days already it still stings, I hope my nails won't be smaller because the lady cut sides of my nails which is very often here in the US unless requested. Also the polish is bubbly because they are in a hurry, it's my first time to experience this kind of treatment after spending $100 plus tips. Depending on what you wanna get done they do dips, acrylics, waxing, and more. The usual gells and mani pedis. I came in for just the mani, pedi simple color no extra ish. I believe it's 55 altogether for mani and pedi but they do a good job. A different change to where I usually go. I walked in and they sat me in within 10 minutes. Although it's better if you call in for an apt ahead of tome. I got the mani first in the classic and the pedicure after. And it's nice that they finish you manicure while in the chair so you're not going back and forth. It was nice they use black stones to massage my legs cause my legs are big but it felt great! Still a 1 star. Unfortunately they aren't friendly here at all. Nails are mid, technicians are lazy and do the bare minimum. I ask for something to be fixed and they just put acrylic on it and ignore you. The cleanliness is a MAJOR concern here. Against my better judgment, I went ahead and got a pedicure here however, I noticed that they do not clean in between their pedicure clients. All they do is rip off the plastic and move along. They don't even change gloves, or pretend to wipe down with bleach and a rag or anything. The chairs are nasty and dirty with Hair and them and they are old. Also not wiped down between customers. That is very scary and a health hazard. If you notice someone else mentioned the clean Line and the owner did not even respond to it so she is fully aware. And this is during Covid. So you can only imagine how lazy they are now. Lastly, I specifically asked not to do my pedicure and my fill at the same time. But they rushed me over anyway and had me balance a pillow while they tried to polish at the same time of doing my pedicure when I literally asked not to do that. It was very uncomfortable and I did not want to be twisted around because they don't wanna wait. Because of all of these things I will never return. I've come here several times, and the first two times I absolutely loved it. This last time, I came in and got a pedicure and a dip manicure and while the pedicure was great, the dip manicure was awful. She put four layers on my fingers, and just did a quick file and was starting to cure them without smoothing them down further. It looked like I had chiclets on my fingers they were so fat and thick. I asked her to smooth them down, and she did a little, and then I had to ask again because they were still fat. I eventually asked for someone else to come help and she grabbed my hand and filed them down again but they are still awful - thick on the side and adhered to my cuticles, so as soon as they grow out they are going to look awful and will chip horribly. She never grabbed anyone else and eventually I said it was fine because I just wanted to leave. I still tipped 15% because the pedicure lady was great, although I'm sure they'll split the tip, and I paid ~$100 to be really upset in leaving the salon. I definitely won't be coming back here, and I won't recommend this place to anyone. Seems to have gone downhill based on the reviews I'm seeing here. read more

Their service was exceptional and from the constant influx of regular customers I know that this place is a gem! I was able to call in and make an appointment (thankfully). they're so busy, you definitely want to go this route. My service person was a very sweet gentle woman named Minh, and it was extremely pleasant making small talk and getting my pedicure done from her. She was kind, took her time, and gave me some pointers on how I can take care of my nails better. The ambiance was nice and I was very delighted to see they took sanitary precautions seriously. I went to a different place that wanted to remove my current nails and do new ones to do the ombré look. I did not want that and so I came to number one nail pro. They were able to give me something similar to the picture I showed them without removing my current nails. I gave it a 3 star due to the fact that they didn't leave much acrylic on my nails. They feel super thin so I fear they will not last long and might break easily. Otherwise I would have given a higher rating. But so far I'm happy with my nails. 12:32am Got my nails done around 4pm and I'm looking at my nails same day and it's lifting. Usually lifting doesn't happen until maybe the 2nd week. I didn't do much at home to cause this so quickly. I'm a little disappointed because I feel like my nails won't last that long. read more

I'm blown away. I've never had such a horrible experience at a nail salon... I have been here before and gotten a great fill and the young lady that did them, did a really awesome job But the lady I got today cut my finger.. and I have a high pain tolerance but it REALLY hurt me. She was shaping my nail with her filer and filed straight down my skin and made me bleed on my pinky. She said sorry but I couldn't even muster that it was okay because it honestly really hurt. She held it and put some solution on it and then continued. She continued to use the SAME NAIL FILER that she cut me with on the rest of my nails. After painting them and they were dry she tried to do a final shape at the end and she went RIGHT OVER where she cut me AGAIN. I pulled my hand away and honestly just wanted to leave. I had to pay $40 for the fill because I had a broken nail There was no accommodation for the pain she inflicted on me during my session. The gal who did my manicure wasn't super friendly but she was very meticulous in the beginning steps, so I was impressed. Then, when it got to the polish portion she started to rush, which was a little strange. I had her to do a bit of airbrushing and I still had quite a bit of polish on my skin. I asked for one bit to be taken off and she came at me with cuticle cutters. As for the gal that did my pedicure, she was very sweet but very young. My toe cuticles were all bleeding by the end. This is obviously a very popular place especially on the weekends. I came in here on a Sunday afternoon at 11:00 am and was told the wait time would be one hour. I had her put my name down for noon and left to go run some errands. I came back at 11:50 but wasn't actually seated until 12:15. When I returned all of the pedicure stations were full. Once I finally got my turn the first lady did the nail trim and massage and a secondary lady did the nail painting. I will probably come here again but during a much less busy time like in the middle of the week. Would also like to see if they offer designs on the nails like my previous place.
