I always eat a bunch of shrimp off the sandwich before I take a bite because it's that loaded! The boudin ball was a first for me. I would give the meal a 9 out of 10. Whoever was in the kitchen today clearly put a lot of care into the food. Our server, Daja M, was extremely professional and attentive. She responded to every question and request I had with courtesy and a positive attitude. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us promptly and made us feel welcome.
