A crew came out Jan 24th, "completed" the job in 1 day. Tiles were terrible cut, grout was cracking and falling out, trim was barely hanging on. Horrendous job. After much back and forth, they finally came out 5 weeks to fix their terrible work. I was told they would come out to do the work and it would take 1-2 days. It ended up taking them a week, Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday, to re-do the job. Some days were no call no shows, leaving us with plywood from the base construction of the building as our kitchen floors for that week. The job is still not completed as there are still areas of the flooring unfinished. Absolutely terrible work, and even worse customer experience. Would not recommend to anyone looking to have any kind of work done.

But the worst part of the job was the quality of work. See the pictures and decide for yourself. They actually used chipped tile. To top it off they used some type of grout protectant and didn't cover my wooden floor. Now I have white residue in between the wooden planks and their shoe sole prints too. I couldn't even get them to clean up their handy work in the driveway. I had to hire a cleaning company to undue the damage. I definitely wouldn't recommend this company to a friend or anyone else. He ,Cody and his worker cleaned my fireplace, installed my beutiful wood stove that was very heavy 600 lbs and they were very careful bringing it into the house and hook it up and he instructed me on how to do my first few fires. After the original installation, I raised concerns regarding the quality of the workmanship. The owner, Mark, indicated that he wanted to resolve the issues and offered to apply an additional topcoat to the driveway for an added cost. Based on those representations, I gave the company an opportunity to address the concerns. Despite investing nearly $17,000 in this project, the driveway remains unsatisfactory in my opinion. The surface appears patchy, contains depressions where water collects, and portions of the material began deteriorating almost immediately after installation. These issues have required me to seek evaluation and repairs from another contractor. I was initially assured that the company would stand behind its work and was asked not to engage another contractor while the matter was being addressed. However, my subsequent attempts to obtain a response and resolution have gone unanswered. Due to the condition of the driveway and the lack of resolution, I am currently pursuing legal remedies and have retained legal counsel regarding this matter. Consistent with my attorney's advice, I may provide additional documentation relevant to my experience, including photographs, video footage of the installation process, and records of conversations that occurred during the project, so that others may make their own informed decisions. This review reflects my personal experience and opinions regarding the workmanship, responsiveness, and overall handling of this project. I encourage prospective customers to conduct thorough due diligence, obtain detailed written warranties, and carefully document all project communications before proceeding.
