I ordered dinner for my older children today as we (parents) were running errands. Food gets delivered by Door Dash, wings missing and I call restaurant... So rude, miserable, ogre-guy (maybe owner) who answered said it wasn't his problem and to take up with Door Dash. So wait you are a business that partners with another one, you think you don't bear responsibility if your product doesn't get to the customer!? On top of that, the customer is paying and you don't offer a refund or credit to try to keep the customer? So it's ok to steal from residents in your community. This not only happened today, but on a previous order where the chicken parm sandwich was missing. On this day, restaurant made it right and sent something else out (only after making a big deal about it). This is unacceptable and I will be reporting and reviewing your restaurant until you comprehend that who you partner with is an EXTENSION of your business and as such you should try your very best to make the situation right. The pasta is enough to feed me for a week and was positively perfect. There must have been a pound of jumbo shrimp in the dish, which included bread and a salad. It tasted like stale bread that may have heard of something called pizza in a movie it saw 15 years ago. The "Caprese" was just thin slices of white American cheese with grainy, mushy, paper-thin tomato slices, and canned "roasted" red peppers. I don't make it to New Jersey very often but when I do I make a point to see if this diamond in the rough is still there. For the past 15+ years I have been making my visit. The service has always been good and the front counter folks always are friendly even when I ask my "out of towner" questions. Over the years I have tried most of their pies and while there have been a few that I would not order again it is more of a personal taste than quality of product. Two of us ate medium pie, dessert and drinks and a Jamician meat pie for $26. Pretty good in my book. read more

We have been here twice as a family now and the food has been delicious each time. The portions are huge so you will always end up with leftovers. Their veal marsala is really delicious. Definitely two sets of owners or two chefs because given if you're calling in the middle of the week or calling on a weekend you're speaking to two different attitudes and two different ways the quality comes out. The first time I ever ordered off grubhub we got amazing chicken Marsala and great penne vodka but every time after that the food had been subpar. Sometimes the pasta has a burnt metallic taste. This most recent order looks like our food was just thrown in the containers. We ordered Fresca appetizer and it looks awful. I can't believe they sent something so pitiful out of their restaurant. I also ordered a personal pizza and paid an extra $3 for anchovies and garlic and I swear they put maybe a total of 3 anchovies on my pizza. Terrible, the crust was also super salty. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because I like their pizza, otherwise it'd be one star for poor service. I've been going to Nunzios for years now, and I never had any issues. However, this entire year so far, every time I order food there, they overcharge me. It's usually just an extra dollar, so I usually let it slide. I just ordered pizza again and used the $1 off coupon inside their menu, making their large pizza $9.99. When I paid, the cashier said it was $10, which was fine, but I went to sign the receipt and he charged me $12 because of a "pre-tip amount." I've been to lots of pizza places and never once have I been scammed like this every time, so that will be my very last time eating there. It's unfortunate because I do like their pizza, but I will just start going to Pizza Time in Colonia instead where they also have great pizza and charge the correct amount each time. read more

I was told it would take a couple of more minutes. 10 minutes later I inquire how much longer. The response given was "I told you a couple of minutes." Every time I called to collect on such a promise I was given the run around until finally someone got on the phone and told me that they were going to do it but not charge me for the topping.
