I had to go back in to the Lady Lash Studio 3 times for my micro blading. I got an eye infection. For two weeks my eyes were matted. When I expressed my concerns, Hope said, oh! But, they are better now. Lady Lash Studio is only concerned about the money they make. Not the customer. When I tried to explain how I wanted my eye brows to look, Hope did not care. She will never hesitate to give you tips and advice for how to take care of your skin at home, even if the advice is for how to care for it when taking a break from her services due to budget. That being said, for the experience, quality of service and all, her prices are fabulous! She also hasn't changed the prices at all over my years with her, if I recall correctly. She is so helpful at handling whatever flare-ups I'm having, and uses quality products. Her space is very clean and she is to keep everything sanitary. She is warm & kind, is great to chat with some of the best stories, but she also knows when it's time to let silence take over and let her customers relax. The company explained that this is normal because these are not permanent lashes. I usually get lash extensions from another place and they usually last for at least 3 weeks with minimum fall out. Because of this I don't consistently attend chic lash boutique. In this economy today, if I pay a $150 for lashes. I want them to last at least 2-3 weeks without having to touch them up.
