(Nothing and no one indicates the procedure that I could tell). I was getting recalls taken care of and an oil change. A newfangled trick is they send you a video of your car being inspected. They took care of everything quickly and the complimentary vacuuming was much appreciated. The two gentleman who helped me at the service counter - Chad and Dorian - were both pleasant and efficient. I'd like it if they cleaned up the upholstery in the waiting area. It's covered in long female hairs. It's not "gross" per se but it's not great, either. It's a cute set up, very stylish, although the seats are rather hard. There is a coffee machine available, a popcorn machine that I didn't quite trust (how long had the popcorn been in there?), vending machines, and I *think* complimentary snacks behind the service counter - with a hand written sign, they could up that game a little. Honestly the lobby is kind of meh, with toilet paper boxes just sitting out and almost nothing of interest on the pamphlet counter. Best part - in and out quickly, at a reasonable price. Thanks!

They had the exact vehicle we wanted and did not try to sell us something in a different color or a completely different vehicle, unlike one other dealership. Mike was upfront about what they were willing to offer on the vehicle and was not overly pushy with the sales process. Anna was very friendly and communicative and helped us by showing us the SUV and generally being awesome. Special shoutout to Joe. There was miscommunication during the paperwork, and something was added that we did not want. He did not try to force us to keep it and instead made the corrections, and everything worked out as initially agreed. Hopefully, when it comes time to service the vehicle, the service department is as good as the sales department.

I purchased a used 2025 F150 lightning, 26k miles. During the buying process the truck was not able to be test driven, "just got off the truck and needed a safety check," so i test drove an equivalent vehicle. Upon picking up the vehicle, they handed me the keys, no orientation to the vehicle, and said we were good to go. The very first time I turned on the truck, there is a notification that the car needed to be serviced and to contact the service team. I notified the dealer, who informed me that this is likely a result of the safety check, that these notifications were simply not cleared and that the truck was "all good", and to just drive home. I cleared the notification, drove home. Notifications continued the following day every time I started the truck and after having the truck less than 2 days I took it to a closer ford service center who informed me of multiple faults detected that needed repair. The truck was being repaired for the next 9 days. Just got the truck back, thankfully everything is under warranty, which would not have been yhe case if the truck had 10k more miles, or was 1 year older. I was told the repairs were very costly. The buying process, including not being able to test drive the truck, no orientation, and brushing off the notifications leads me to believe they knew of the errors and didn't want me to be aware of the issues prior to drivijg off the lot. I would be extremely cautious buying a used car from this dealership.

It took days and several messages just to reach someone in service and get an appointment. I eventually had to involve the General Manager, only to arrive at the scheduled time and be told I wasn't on the calendar. I had documented the shattered glass extensively with photos and video before moving the vehicle because it appeared to be a glass failure. Those materials were provided to the dealership but were never submitted to the warranty team. Instead, an inspection video cited missing glass as the supposed point of impact, despite there being no impact. Once the vehicle was dropped off, virtually every update required me to call. My insurance company also struggled for days to reach the service department, leaving me to help coordinate communication myself. When I finally picked the vehicle up, a loose rearview mirror I had specifically requested be repaired was still not fixed, and broken glass remained in the rear of the vehicle. Two days later, the first time I used the rear tailgate close button since the repair, I discovered it no longer works. It worked perfectly beforehand. Mistakes happen. Repairs take time. What is much harder to accept is the repeated lack of communication, ownership, and follow-through. This was also my second service experience in a row with similar scheduling and communication problems. After more than two decades of buying Acura vehicles here, I won't be returning for my next purchase.

We had one payment left of around $2,600 and that was due to deferring car payments because of unemployment, Covid-19, etc. I had misunderstood and thought payments from deferments would continue to be made monthly until car paid of. Lol. They expected payment by August 7th for the entire amount. So, VWFS would not provide payoff quote and we would have had to get a letter from them, etc. We ended up taking car back to VW dealership and paid us $100 more than offer from CarMax. They paid car off and we walked away with proceeds after their cut. The people at CarMax were very nice and tried to work with us, but it didn't work. I checked our account with VWFS this morning. We overpaid by .73 cents, lol!

I have since replaced the 1 COIL PACK and my Armada runs good as gold again, kinda funny it didnt need a whole motor replacement. After speaking to the manager a couple days prior to taking it in to this mom and pop shop, he told me to bring my suv back so he could personally look at it. No apologies no nothing. This man, his employees and this Nissan dealership are crooked! They will 100% steal your money lie to you about whats wrong with your vehicle and show you pictures of something wrong on a completely different vehicle and claim its yours and then tell you to replace the motor for 22,000 plus dollars. Absolutely do not trust your vehicles here or at least get a second opinion before trusting them with your car. This place deserves absolutely 0 stars they are lying, conniving and manipulative. I took my 2017 Nissan Armada in to this dealership because my check engine light had just come on the week prior and when I ran the codes at O'Reilly it said to replace the cam shaft positioning sensor, so I took it in because after some research it look like a little bit more difficult of a job and figured the dealership could at least tell me the actually diagnosis as that code could mean a couple things. I took it in and dropped it off they called about 2 hours later saying that they couldnt diagnose the problem but that it would need a new engine more then likely. I asked them why they thought it needed a new engine if they couldnt diagnose the problem and they said they couldnt be for sure it needed one since they couldnt diagnose it but they were pretty sure that what it needs. I picked up my vehicle up within a few minutes and the service guy at the front showed me the picture I've posted above saying that there's a yellow film in my engines oil and thats never a good sign that this is why they think it needs a new motor. I asked them to email it to me (which they never did) this all happened end of March 25, 2026 Fast forward to this week 4/20/26 I pulled the engine cover off my vehicle so we could start to flush the engine (as we were advised) and I called the dealership today yo ask them to again send me the pictures of my engine that they took which after 10 mins on hold a different guy gets on and goes "oh yea you had the armada right, i dont have pictures?" Then after a minute goes "oh yea I do I'll send them again right now" as soon as looked at the pictures I knew these pictures were not of my truck as the last picture of the all black oil intake is the picture i took from the engine. They lied about diagnosing the problem then took a picture of a different vehicles oil intake and tried to pass it off as mine. Then charged me over 200 for the service of doing absolutely nothing. I will be filing a formal complaint with nissan! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLES HERE THEY ARE DIRTY LYING POS!

When I expressed some initial nervousness looking at the Carfax, management strongly reassured me, put their reputation on the line, and explicitly promised that they fully inspect all of their cars and that I was in good hands. Turns out that was a boldface lie. The moment I drove off the lot, I got a low tire pressure warning and discovered two nails in the tire. To make matters worse, the vehicle's battery was completely dead the next day when I tried to start it at home. There's other issues as well that just seem to be snowballing into bigger problems. I have spent the last three days trying to call for help, but I am being completely ghosted with zero callbacks. They only care about making a sale and taking your money. Stay far away from these people. Don't trust their words.
