The story: I was in the market to repair my gutter that had been installed improperly by the builder. Due to the angle of the gutter. Water was leaking inside the house through the roof. It was fixed since then by the builder and everything that was damaged by the water was replaced and corrected. The leak was also addressed. However, the gutter that was improperly installed did not get replace/re-angel or fix. I am really concern of this because when it rain here it rain really hard and on multiple occasion I see so much rain that the water flow from the roof gush out like a Dam from the rain water. After searching on the internet I found HH Gutter Services. at first I did not know what to expect. I have dealt with many company who just out there to gut you clean. I am glad that I was proven wrong by Jesse. I called Jesse on Thursday. He told me to reach the office so I can be put in the system. He also told me that he is available to come and take a look on Friday to give me an estimate. He came on Friday as expected. He looked around the house and quoted me the price of the fix on the gutter and also the leafs filter which he introduced it to me when he first arrived. I was not sure if I want to install any Leaf protector because I have been quoted by many company before and it was just not worth it. He told me he use the product on his own house and it was warranty for 25yrs (unheard of. most of the company I talked with insured for 10yrs or less). Most importantly I was not feeling any pressure from him at all. He was just giving me options to choose. He also educated me on every questions or concerns that I had. Nonetheless, I gave it another go and see if he Jesse can give me a reasonable quote. To my surprise I found the price is really reasonable not only for the work I want done but also for the leaf protector. He took time installing it on that same day and I cannot be more happier that it is now done. My Gutter looks awesome! (It looked like the sewage line prior because so much dirt from the trees/moss) I cant wait to see how it works when it rains. Btw, I have never heard any company that I hired to do work on my house says this. Jesse offered me if I want, I can wait to pay him for the leaf protectors until it rains....this was in the middle of summer. Winter is not until 2-3 months later. I was a little bit shock just because how much trust he put on his customer. Nonetheless, I admire his attitude and confident to his work and the product he sells. Dec. 9th says he will install "on the 14th". I arranged with work to be home that day (unattended contractors sometimes guess wrong). Dec. 14th after 2PM got a "not having a good day, have to reschedule" text. As of Dec. 23rd, not a word: cancelled, switched to Above All Gutter Guys. I get that my job was small, it was the holidays. I get that clients cancel and stuff happens so every contractor wants a backlog of work, for security in having work to do. This is incentive to promise early installation and keep clients on the string until you have time. However I need gutters actually installed, and some confidence that a contractor will respect installation appointments and actually show up. I only have so many vacation days to burn waiting at home for someone who is not coming.

I have a metal roof and gutters with gutter guards. They company that used to do an excellent job on my roof (I'll call them "JB") is a janitorial firm that appears to no longer do roofs. I called AA based on reviews and explained that my roof was quite dirty with pollen and was clear with them it was metal. They said they would come and blow the roof off and see what else could be done. They did NOT come right out and say they could not clean up pollen. They quoted me a price lower than the previous company had been charging, so I scheduled the work about three weeks out. The tech came out late in the afternoon, spent a LOT of time looking around and talking to the office and then told me that they could only blow debris off. To do a wash would take two people a full day and cost around $2,000. Sorry, that's NOT going to happen! I said go ahead and blow the roof off, there was plenty of Douglas fir cones and other debris that needed to come off anyway. The work was fine for what it was, though there's still a mess of pollen up there. I would have preferred that they just say "we don't clean metal roofs because you won't be happy with the results."
