Service was spot on and they were quick to get the job done. I got all four car door windows tinted and asked for a quote prior to scheduling. They gave a quote and stayed true to their quote once project was complete. We were given clear instructions on the first 48 hours of care and they even put masking tape on the window buttons because goodness knows that if they hadn't been there I would have certainly opened the windows a few times. They do book out a ways (about a month) so prepare to plan ahead a bit. However they have a good team, they had what we were looking for, and they delivered. Definitely recommend! read more

A little pricey but they do a really good job and their customer service is really good. They call to confirm you will be there and are responsive on the phone. Only thing is their payment option tipping section is the weirdest I'd ever seen. It goes from something like $5, $10 and then 20% which, if you're in a hurry and just hit a button thinking you're doing $20, kind of sucks. They did a great job, don't get me wrong, but I hadn't budgeted for the extra almost $70 bucks I gave them. Not the end of the world, just watch out for it is all. read more

I had my windows blacked out by NW Window Tinting in 2019 & it was a fantastic job. The level of tint worked very well so when I got a different car, I took it here again. Big mistake! I explained how I wanted the windows blacked out, that I had real, valid issues with brightness so it was important to have that same level of dark tint again. The woman argued with me, saying that was too dark. Again I explained that was what I wanted and why. She checked the record from my other car and rather then go by what I told her, she decided to do what the previous paperwork said, which turned out to be the wrong level of tint for the windshield. I unfortunately paid before I saw that they'd done it wrong and due to an inability to handle a confrontation like this because of health issues, I had to deal with it over the phone, which hasn't been effective, hence this review and why I now need to go elsewhere to get the windshield done all over again. I shopped around and spoke to about a dozen local shops and NW Window Tinting stood out for several reasons. 1. Their price was extremely competitive 2. They stand behind their product - SunTek with a lifetime guarantee 3. Their location worked out well since I'm pretty close by in Vancouver 4. They worked with my schedule to find a date and time 5. They were responsive to my inquiry as well as many follow up questions. The only thing I'd disclaim to you window tint hunters out there is that their Vancouver location is in a garage of a home. So don't be surprised when you pull up. Nothing wrong with that if you know ahead of time, which I did. But the lack of a store front is not a reflection on the quality of their work at all. These guys are working hard to build up their business and I was happy to patronage it. They did a really nice job and I'm extremely satisfied with the window tinting job. I got 18% on the rears and 25% on the fronts. The rear window of my car (Chevy Volt) has a dot pretty crazy large dot matrix on the upper third of the window and Steven did a really good job working on the difficult medium. The rest of of the windows were all flawless, no bubbling of any kind, and he did a really good job cutting the film to size. I've had 4 tint jobs done to 4 other cars and am really satisfied with how this one turned out. They definitely have my stamp of approval. read more

Rolled down my window for the first time since having it tinted and I was surprised how close the tint is to the edge of the window. The cut is super clean too. I've had dozen of my personal vehicles tinted and have been very pleased with the tint jobs on those. This tint job by far is the best I've ever seen. Grade-A service. My husband had an appointment for a Friday, which he realized the day before he may not be able to make. He called them up the afternoon before and asked if they had any time that day to squeeze him in instead. They said to show up in about an hour and it may be a little bit of a wait, but they would try. When he showed up, they were luckily in between two appointments and were able to take our truck in immediately. They quickly tinted the front two windows of our Tundra in record time. They did an absolutely stellar job, and the tinting match is spot on. Daniel gave me an estimate on time, and they finished over a half hour sooner than they thought. my husband and my kids drove by here on Veterans Day weekend.First time ever getting my windows tinted and I was very impressed. The guy took his time and was very patient wit explaining the pricing and difference in tinting and what we should go with. We left it there while we ran errands and came back to pay not realizing that with tax it'd be obviously more than the estimated price given. Had windows tinted back in December 2016. Excellent job done by the staff here. Then comes a week ago. I had a break in on my car. Tweaker smashed the passenger window out of my car. Had window replaced and tinted to match. A week later the tint was bubbled and just not done well. NW Window Tinting was able to remove and re tint my window to match the awesome job they had done prior to window replaced and tinted by the body shop. Not a big fan of Yelp and writing reviews but they deserve one. I got my windows tinted on my Subaru WRX 2 years ago and they did it quick and on point. Fast forward to now I had my passenger side front window smashed out a few weeks ago and I brought it in to see how much it would cost to get it re-tinted and they fixed it same day within 30 minutes and did it for free. Had an appointment, took off work, sat in traffic and drove to the shop from Portland. Guy at the counter tells me my appointment was yesterday??? Nope, not a chance as I confirmed with him twice while scheduling. He decided he was right and I wasn't, so hey mistakes happen and I am fine with that. But seriously, pick up a phone as a courtesy if something is amiss. Said he would fit me in 4 hours later! Sorry, left and got a Groupon to a different shop for less money and will not return ever on principle alone.
