Fast forward a few years, we had a loose rubber seal on our front windshield and were concerned about potential water leaks so I gave Kevin a call to see if he could take a look. He responded immediately and we set up some time for him to take a look. Turns out, there was no leak and the fix was purely cosmetic, but he still wanted to perform a full diagnostic just to make sure there wasn't any leaks somewhere else in the car. He told me I could get a snake inexpensive at an auto part store to completely clear the drains and showed me where the drains are. He said he could do it for $100, but he wanted to save me $100 so he educated me so I could do it myself. He only charged me for the windshield.
