They had my car for over a week, but kept me updated every time there was a new development. When parts were ordered, when maintenance started, when paint was added, and when the estimated pick up would be. They worked quickly with the insurance company and I had no issues with what insurance paid for. I would definitely use them again, but hope I don't have to. Highly recommend.

Even with the holidays on them, I was given a very generous quote, and they said it would be ready in 2.5 working days. I haven't seen the result, however the professionalism I was met with over the phone, in their spacious office area and the fact that I got a text message (before I got home, most important thing to me) letting me know they would stay in close contact with me means the world to me. I'm sure it does with every customer. It's not always about the money. With this kind of work ethic, I have absolutely no doubt the work will be of the same caliber. Amazing quality and customer service…read more I took in my 2010 Toyota Tundra in December 2024 for a paint job as the clear coat was coming off due to age and the paint was starting to come off as well. Bob Maloney did a great job - paint matched perfectly and made the truck look almost new. Price was very reasonable! They did a great job. Only areas for improvement was took a little longer than expected and had a couple items for repair had to return for - but they took quick care of them. 100% recommend and will return if I ever need more work done.

Walking through the door feels less like pulling into a repair shop and more like stepping into Floyd's Barber Shop...familiar faces, easy conversation, and that comfortable, slow-paced small-town rhythm where nobody's in a rush but everything gets done right and on-time. You might call and speak with one guy, talk to another when you arrive, and settle-up the bill with someone different...yet the same warm, neighborly Mayberry vibe carries through with every employee. Razorback Muffler really is the automotive version of Floyd the Barber: dependable, personable, and impossible not to trust. To make a long story short, Everett went above and beyond in customer service. We got a new Jetta for a loaner while ours was being repaired, and that job was done great. The professionalism of Matt, our service rep, has insured Everett is where we will always take our VW for service, and if the need arises for a new car, they will be first on the list. The service cost is reasonable, and as with most things, you get what you pay for. At Everett, you got a lot more. We highly recommend this dealership.
