You HAVE to visit this bagel shop!! Seriously so adorable! The whole vibe is very cute! I can't believe all the hate for their images, there's nothing wrong with it at all and is so unique and fun!! But that's not all that stood out, the service was top notch - we were immediately greeted by the servers and treated so kindly the entire time. We ordered breakfast sandwiches - the everything bagel with smoked salmon was delicious! Definitely get the one that includes cucumber and red onions. The house fried, pancakes, and French toast was also so good. We loved our experience here and are so happy we stopped in. Please come visit this special place, you won't regret it!

Salmon bagel was real good. Onion rings were ok. Place was clean and staff friendly. I got the rose cardomom coffee which was delicious.

We ordered from NY Bagels and Coffee on DoorDash, and it was honestly one of the worst food experiences I've ever had. The bacon was rubbery, plastic-like, and completely inedible -- clearly microwaved from a pre-packaged box. Everything tasted stale and reheated, not freshly made. Afterward, we looked up reviews and saw people reporting mice on the counters and moldy sandwiches at their other locations, Melting Sun and Manhattan Bagel and Coffee. That explains everything. The photos they use online are totally fake -- AI-generated and misleading. Nothing we received looked like the pictures. It's pure deception across all three restaurants. This place is a total health hazard and should not be operating under multiple names. Save your money and your stomach. Do yourself a favor and avoid NY Bagels and Coffee, Melting Sun, and Manhattan Bagel and Coffee at all costs.

They dont use gloves. Touching everything, sneezing then making your bagel. Food tastes good though. Would recommend as last resort.

I had a cortado, and it was absolutely delicious -- balanced, smooth, and dialed in perfectly. If you care about flavor and craftsmanship in the cup, this place delivers every time. A quick note: the shop itself is small, with some standing room but no chairs or tables. It's not a spot to study or work from -- it's a grab-your-coffee-and-go kind of place. But for the coffee alone? Completely worth the five stars.

Good prices as well, around $5-7 range which is common for a solid coffee shop. Flannel Latte ordered iced: Good quality espresso very smooth not over or under extracted, I enjoyed the cracked allspice and maple and found they paired very well with the drink, not too milky or overbearing espresso, just a well rounded cup. My mom ordered a wet cappuccino: classic latte art that was nice to look at, perfect foam, very light rounded espresso flavor throughout due to the extra foam my mom likes. I enjoyed this hot drink on a cold day like today. I do wish there were a bit more coffee bags and the tasting notes/info/source was a bit bigger more direct on the bag kind if how jejes bags are but this is just a very minor preference. I would love to come back and try more!
