Best pizza I've had in a long time, we had the meat lovers pizza very simple. Just incredibly well executed. The red sauce was delicious, had a hint of cinnamon or nutmeg in it that enhance the whole flavor of the pizza. I got the chicken Caesar wrap. There was also delicious and a whole chicken Caesar salad included, it was monstrous. Service was fast and very kind, the staff were great and very helpful. I got food poising from this place I was very nice and immediately when I spoke to manager he is blaming me as I had a cold or something and that cause he did 100 orders it is not his issue. We decided to try the new establishment that has gone into what was Rotary Pizza. We ordered via website for pick-up and that process went fine. Everything we ordered was ready when picked up and as expected. Overall everything we had was fine. The pizza ordered was half cheese and half bacon. The bacon was clearly cooked and probably the highlight. The pizza was fine, nothing spectacular for the sauce and cheese. I was excited for the fat buffalo sub. It was buffalo chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks, French fries, and blue cheese. While it sounded like it would be amazing, it was just sort of meh. I couldn't find the mozzarella stick vs the chicken and fries. And while blue cheese was present, I think I expected it to be overall cheesier. read more

I do like the super garlicky sauce and I don't mind eating this Pizza... but A#1 of this review is that this is NOWHERE NEAR NY Pizza, unless it's way upstate, and not NYC or Long Island. LOL. My family is from the Queens, NY area, and this place would not survive. Not to mention that their "Large" here is only 16". Not the standard New York large size of 18-19" depending on pizza shop. The pie itself is nowhere near the texture of a NY Pie. I'm not sure where these owners are from, but it is NOT New York City, North Jersey or Long Island. This Pizza wouldn't even compete with the Dollar slice places there. They should rename it. I know it's nice to call pizza New York Style etc, but when it's not it's just not. read more

I've had various subs, chicken tenders and garlic bread which were all great, but their pizza is meh. Started with just a cheese and the red sauce has kind of a weird tang to it that's tasted kind of like a bad canned paste - not for me. The bbq chicken bacon pizza was not good. They left the red sauce on there so the combo of that with the bbq sauce made for an awful flavor. The crust is too thin and undercooked to support the weight of the massive chunks (and amount) of chicken they put on there, so it was really messy and falling apart. Not a very aesthetically pleasing pizza. I'll be sticking to menu items other than their ny pies. The garlic parm wings were super drenched in oil and very rubbery- my thoughts were how could you ruin fried chicken wings? This is mainly in part because they drenched a bunch of sauce on it. The chicken pesto panini was better in my opinion but still lacking that flavor of a great panini- chicken was a bit dry and it lacked veggies and a good pesto sauce. Overall the food was not bad. I frequently order from here but am typically disappointed because they don't seem to read the online orders. I ordered a salad and requested a fork but didn't get one. Another time I ordered steak tips added to my salad and although I paid for it they didn't include them. When I called to complain they said they would take care of it next time... but never did.... We ordered from NY Pie and everything was really tasty. Our food arrived on time and included a large pie w/sausage The dough was fresh and had the perfect chew to it. The NY House Special was the best pizza I have had in years - seriously. I'm just a guy with no affiliations who likes pizza. (Ask my cholesterol.) Decided to try NY Pie based on the Facebook post of being under new management. Am very glad I did and will be trying other offerings soon. The NY House Special pizza exceeded my expectations in all categories: big, loaded, awesome; crust was flavorful and perfectly baked; more than plentiful toppings with all being fresh and tasty. (Awsome meatballs!) Delivery was swift and pleasant. A final point, I am a big fan of the online ordering system they have chosen. It enables fine customization to each item and then displays your orders progression through the process. I'm now a fan of NY Pie in Westborough and recommend you give them a try. read more

Low-fat pizza is hard to find. The crust can be brushed with butter or the dough has eggs and dairy and the toppings are fried. I ordered a gluten-free crust and asked for just marinara and no cheese or toppings. The pizza was delicious! It is basically bread sticks with marinara dipping sauce but in a pie form. The only reason I do not give this place a 5- star is because I did reach out in an email to ask the ingredients in the gluten-free crust incase they do make it with eggs or dairy and no one ever got back to me. Not to be confused with the original NY Pie in Waltham. The large pepperoni was good. Pizza sauce tasted canned, a little salty but had some flavor. Convenient location in the Center of town. Clean, well kept establishment. I would go back again to try their sub sandwiches and sides. read more

We ordered a few gluten free pizza's. One chicken bacon ranch white pizza and one "Chicken Ranchero" which, I n the description, said it came with red sauce. Both came with white sauce. All crusts we're floppy. However, the kicker is one of them, The NY House Special, cane with parchment paper between the sauce/cheese layer and the crust. So essentially they cooked it inside the pizza. Unfortunately, because the pizza had so many toppings, we didn't realize it until one person ate a whole piece parchment paper and all and another person ate half their piece before realizing they were eating paper! I called to let them know and the manager tried to tell me that's how the gluten free pizza crust come in order to prevent cross contamination, however, I explained that it was IN the pizza, not under the crust. Also, tried telling me I was wrong about the Chicken Ranchero pizza, despite my having the description in front of me. Eventually he was nice and offered to replace the pizza/send another one or comp. Me on my next order, but to be honest, I didn't want another one of their pizzas and won't be ordering from there again. read more
