I was so happy to come across this tire place that was open for late hours yesterday. The screw in my tire was unexpected and I just wanted to get it resolved right away. They saw us immediately and they didn't even have to jack up the car for the repair (which was done within minutes). Everyone there was very friendly/jolly. If I have any other tire problems I will be back. Thanks so much!

We have been coming to this little shop for about a year now. The guys that work here are SUPER friendly and helpful and won't try to sell you more than you need. Good, reasonable prices. 2 tires for my Range Rover ran me about $350. I've had a good experience every time I've come and will continue supporting this local business as long as I'm in the area.

The best around! My first choice for all tire service. Great service and affordable prices! I had to get one of my tires plugged because of a nail and they fixed it right away without any problem. The staff (specially Sisco and Simon) were are all very honest, polite, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you for the quality service. Greatly appreciated!

Went about a week ago to check a slow leak in my tire. I was informed that there were two nails. I got them both plugged and was on my way in about 45 minutes.... Great! Went in to have a different tire checked. This leak was much slower But I figured I would take it to the same place and get it repaired on Saturday 1/4. I was informed that the person that fixed the crack in my rim at another location did not do a good job so I needed to have it welded some more. I was informed that it would be a few hours. I paid $25 for a sealant to be put on and agreed to return on Monday 1/6 to have it repaired. Came back 1/6 but I did not want to wait so asked for the spare to be put on and I would come back later to pick up the repaired rim. I received a call later in the evening letting me know the rim was repaired. I was at work so I asked if I could get it first thing in the morning. I was told that was fine. I came in Tuesday morning at 10:00. I was informed that they were not sure where the rim was and was not familiar with the work since it was a different staff from the day before. I was told that the owner was not able to be reached yet that morning. I was asked to check back in an hour. When I returned I got the spare taken off and my rim put on. I went in and paid. When I got in the car and started to back out the space there was a clicking noise coming from the tire. I informed the staff. I was told it was nothing they could do about it. He said it was a mechanical problem and all they did was work on my rim. I explained that it was a rim problem. I told him the noise was coming from the tire. I asked him to call the owner. He told me to call the number on the sign of the building. I refused nd told him to contact the owner, explain the situation and then let me talk. The owner ends up telling me that it was a maintenance problem..... they did their job right...... he reviewed the work from the camera and it was accurate..... there was nothing he could do for me.... I told him to have his employee get in m car to listen with the rim on and then get in and listen with the spare. I figured that would prove to him it was not mechanical. His response was that a spare is much lighter than the rim soon. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE SHITTING ME!! I called him back and told him I was going to dispute the charge on my American Express and contact a lawyer. He had a nerve to tell me that he gave me great discount and could not believe I would call a lawyer. That was hilarious to me. A discount on a crappy job is not worth the savings. Someone needs to be responsible. He finally agreed to tell the employee to put the spare on my car and see if he still hears the noise. When he took the spare off he noticed that there was a large bump where they welded the rim. It was causing the rim to hit in that spot every time as the wheel went around. They ended up welding the bump down smooth to stop it from hitting. PROBLEM THAT THEY CAUSED SOLVED!! I do not appreciate the way I was treated or spoken to. I was not leaving that place knowing I had no mechanical problems at all with my car and whatever the issue was had to be their doing. When I complained about the noise they should have taken the tire off and checked their work instead of the employee and the owner telling me it was mechanical and there was nothing they could do for me. They never have to worry about seeing me or my my car ever again.

Needed to get my tires balanced and aligned. They did a great job.

Ask for "Dem" when you call/go. Great prices, great service. Don't go anywhere else for Tire work. Fast, efficient. Staff was super friendly and engaging. I wish more auto shops were like this.

No frills. Repairs done right on their parking lot.

That was amazing and I'm very thankful, but even better was the very friendly service, actually inviting me into the shop to watch the process. Paul explained everything about the tires and recommended better ones next time. And the workflow is interesting where you put your car in line and in my case they actually allowed me to drive my 10K lbs diesel camper van into and out of the shop myself. I really appreciated that. I typically do all my own maintenance to make sure it's done right, but may give some of to them because I watched them work and trust their expertise. I highly recommend Radial Tire in Silver Spring and will definitely go back for anything they're willing to do. I couldn't believe they did what others couldn't for only $20 per tire and mine are over 100 lbs each! And they're one of the few shops in the area that have very tall shop doors. Great experience all around. Thanks guys!

I am including a brief description of the condition of the vehicle when I arrived at Radial Tire Monday (2/16/26) at 2:00pm. The receiving manager and I discussed the tire issues and history. I told him I had a service light in the dash that was saying a tire was low on air and they were new tires (vs the previous service light for sensors not functioning). He measured the tire pressure of all the tires and they were all at different psi (33, 34, 42 and 18). My vehicle was placed in a service line and I waited in a lobby for approximately an hour. Radial tires took the low tire off the vehicle and tested it for leaks and determined the problem was that a valve stem hadn't been correctly sealed, the tires were all fine. Before leaving the work bay, I noticed the sensor light was still on, so a retest determined the driver's front sensor was going bad and it was replaced. The service manager told me Toyota and Lexus have challenging tire sensors, that they can often get one sensor working and the computer will then say another good sensor stopped working. I left Radial Tire around 4:30, problems solved and paid for one new sensor and install. I've had several people tell me Radial Tire is the BEST in this area and they will have all of my business in the future and that of anyone I know. Thank you for resolving what was a time consuming, frustrating experience!! I'm so glad my friend recommended you!!

Auto Tech Service - Their waiting room is great. I had my feet kicked up on the leather recliner with the remote in my hand and writing stories via Wi-Fi.

First of all, let me just ask: Why is it so difficult to find a good mechanic?…read more I've been to Auto Tech before and loved their personalized service, but since then I've moved to Baltimore. I tried another mechanic for my Honda Civic, but it just wasn't the service I wanted or expected. So, fast forward to an issue with my window. Long story short, I had it replaced by a certain well-known company, and three months later it wouldn't roll all the way up. They came back out to honor the lifetime warranty only to tell me it was the regulator. IMO they/he was responsible for breaking the regulator, as there was no problem with the window until it was replaced. There was definitely a nexus. But I digress. Instead of having to search for another mechanic in Baltimore, I just returned to what I already knew was good--Auto Tech. Todd and family are very personable and make you feel like you're at home. They're not trying to cheat you out of your hard-earned money by making up things that need to be repaired. If there's an issue, they'll lay out your options and let you choose which route you'd like to take. Again, I'm in Baltimore. But that's not a problem, as their waiting area is superb. You'll find the Wi-Fi code right there where you can see it. At one point Todd came out and said I could change the channel if I wanted to. They've got a nice coffee machine, snacks, and leather chairs that are as comfortable as the ones I have at home. My AC was also running warm so they checked that and topped it off. I also had them check my brakes. And they quickly repaired my window. The price was very reasonable. So, I'll just have to keep coming back to Bowie to have my Honda Civic serviced. No problem.

We found Ancash Roadside Assistance on Yelp and called because they had such great reviews. He answered immediately, sent me a location-sharing request, and arrived in about 20 minutes. After spending nearly two hours stranded on the side of the road, that level of responsiveness was a huge relief. Once he arrived, he got right to work and had the tire changed in less than 15 minutes. The entire process was quick, efficient, and stress-free, and we were safely back on the road much faster than expected. My only suggestion for improvement would be to introduce yourself before getting started. It was dark, and we were two women stranded on the side of the highway. When he arrived, he pulled up behind us and immediately started changing the tire without introducing himself. I genuinely appreciated the urgency and willingness to jump right in and get the job done, but in that situation, a quick introduction would have gone a long way in helping us feel more comfortable and know that the person approaching our vehicle was the roadside assistance we had called. Overall, though, the service was excellent. He showed up when we needed help, worked quickly, and got us moving again in no time. If you're stranded with a flat tire and need someone reliable, I would definitely recommend Ancash Roadside Assistance.
