She says there's a lot of customer service agents who pick up the phone, but in reality, It's a few who pick up the phone at the main Jackson Hewitt Office in El Paseo. Nicola Wong is the service agent who helped my family and I have yet to meet her who I hear is very knowledgeable in customer service and knows what she's doing and kindly explains to you any questions that you have. If this Elvie picks up the phone, I would suggest you to talk to somebody else, it's worth the wait. Unless you wanna be talked to like a three year-old. And I really hope she reads this because if you are, you need more schooling in social verbiage apparently. That or maybe teaching children in a kindergarten would be more suitable in your forte.
